Great communication. Only issue I had was the email that I was sent with a list of online “to do” before delivery of Ubox (provide delivery location, etc) kept giving me an error message. I ended up driving to the uhaul office to verify everything was set. Woman who helped me and the driver were wonderful.

Wonderful pick up experience except for one thing. Pick up is in a small office. The lady checking us out was excellent and wore a mask. The gentleman at the other register did not. The office is way too small to socially distance. It was uncomfortable in this pandemic time.

, I rent very often from uhaul and upon returning my trailer last evening I was not given the link to complete the after hours return. The trailer was return in perfect condition and clean, so therefore I'm asking for the $20 to be returned to my credit card on file used for the purchase.

This location has TONS of choices and makes it so easy. Since you refill the truck back to what it was when you checked out, they even give you an easy chart to show you how many gallons will bring it back to the level you need so you don't overpay. Brilliant! Also, Rachel is a joy to work with. Highly recommend!!

The managers have a bad attitude and did not want to take my Uhaul trailer. When I said the others were closed, he whispered under his breath that I could have left it there anyway. The road to this facility is extremely rough. The younger workers are friendly and the one that helped me unload was very professional and polite. You need new Managers!

When I was driving this uhaul the truck was shaking the whole time and i was going 40. The truck also jumped when i went to press on the breaks and at one point the truck wouldnt go faster than 30. The truck was making a very loud sound when I took my foot of the gas and went to press on the breaks.

I have been a regular customer for over 30 years . I had my daughter go to rent small u haul to move to Austin Tx . A bill of $750 is absolutely absurd. I could have hired two men and a truck for that price . I will pay my obligations to u haul . As a father of three 18-23 Daughters , I will instruct them to NEVER BE OVER CHARGED BY U HAUL AGAIN , This will not make a dent in your business, but I will never use your company again for anything . I will also tell as many golfs in my large neighborhood right here next to your location not to be taken by your company.

The staff was extremely professional and courteous. My storage unit was flooded in front of it every time it rained. Numerous times when I got out of my vehicle I stepped in small ponds that covered my shoes. My storage unit itself was more than adequate.

When we entered the gate, we pulled through, the moving truck came through, and our friend's truck all came through the gate with no issue. After we unloaded our trucks, we were pulling out of the property. The gate started to close. There apparently was no safety sensor on the gate and it hit our truck. It broke the door handle, rear wheel well, and scratched the paint down the side of the truck.

Travel trailer for 2yrs (?). I mowed grass and weeds for the first year. Repeatedly told they did it. Not. Rent raised at least twice and I played maintenance man. Staff more than rude at the time.

The access drive is very bumpy and hauling a trailer full of items is difficult not to shift the load. We were caught in the facility after 10:00, so our access code did not work for the exit.
