The app and website for “truckshare” was extremely insufficient and did not function as stated. I scheduled self pick up for 5am and because the “pick up truck” option was not provided, I had to wait until the store opened at 7 in order to pick up the keys for my truck. There needs to be MUCH more information provided by the front desk clerks as well as on the website for instructions on the process. This was a most inconvenient and unfortunate experience with Uhaul.

I was not impressed with the 24/7 check in. I understand that with Covid we are trying to be safe but it was a very difficult experience getting the truck and finding everything myself. It was pouring down the rain which made it even more difficult. Check in was a breeze because someone immediately came out to help…the same service for pick up would have been appreciated.

I rented 2 trailers from you which I have done for the last few years to do a food pickup for church for our Christmas baskets 118 of them but I couldn't pay ahead at 9.00am and then pick up the trailers later at different times. We were doing a food pickup. We needed to get the trailers at different times later in the day but we had to be there at the same time which was very inconvenient as we needed to be elsewhere independent of each other to get the food at meijers. So if you could make it a option to pay for the trailers then pick them up later it would help us out for next year thanks

Tried the online rental, could not find truck, person inside told me where to find me truck. The directions then said go back to the person I just talked to to find the truck. The truck was at the other end of a long lot. Why did the person send me all the way there knowing I had to come back to get the keys. Flaw in your rental system if this is the actual process. The guy was pretty rude also. I have rented from UHaul through the years. Hope this is an isolated incident

Reserved truck was not there ! Some at U-Haul changed the size truck we wanted for a bigger truck without our permission ! We had to go across town in Dayton Ohio the next day to get a truck ! We were over charged TWICE !! U-HAUL WAS NOT A PLEASENT EXPERIENCE FOR US AT ALL !!!

Uhaul is a secondary business here and they tend to uhaul customers only in between customers for the primary business. They have to stop helping the uhaul customer if a customer drives in for the primary business and only return to the uhaul customer after all primary business customers are gone. Trailer I picked up from there was also filthy inside.

I signed up for contactless pickup and yet I showed up and had to go in and wait in line. Not only that but they didn't seem to care that I signed up ahead of time. Maybe just a disconnect between the website and the franchisee. It was just a very disjointed process that I didn't enjoy at all.

I was told to fill the tank. I traveled 30 miles and put 5.6 gallons in the vehicle. If it was really full when I picked it up that means it got about 5.76 miles per gallon. Not good.

I wish the representative had told me there was an app I need to use when I first got in the truck. The representative told me the truck was filed up with gas when I got into the truck it was not full of gas. I drove the truck 9 miles and had to put more than $12.00 of gas in the truck when I brought it back. I could have put it in the app before I left the lot if I had known about the app.

I've been calling the 800 number and local for 2 weeks now trying to connect my linden ave rental to my online account. The lady on the 800 # didn't know how and no one answers the phone at the store.. so how am I supposed to pay my bill ??? This is ridiculous

We were there on Thursday July 2 to check and see about placing a few of our boxes.. We were "yelled" at since it was already after 6 pm and we had not done "all the paperwork" yet. The store was open until 7. We had reserved the unit for Thursday, July 2. Since the unit had also "not been cleaned," we agreed to come back on Friday July 3. When we arrived the next morning, the unit had STILL not been swept and mopped. So the unit was WET when it was turned over to us. Cardboard and wet floors do not make a good mix. Our time was wasted waiting for the unit to be cleaned and the floor to dry so we could place our boxes in the unit. The unit should have been cleaned in a timely manner, maybe Wednesday? Thursday morning?
