When I attempted to return the vehicle with a full tank of gas I was unable to because the gas tank opening was broken. Upon arrival back to the location the management officials told me it was my responsibility to find a way to get the vehicle gassed up so I was charged the premium gas rate. Since they were aware of the defective gas tank before I rented the vehicle, why would they rent it out. WHERE DID CUSTOMER SERVICE GO?

My reservation was for 5 a.m. in the morning using a self-help option . My reservation requested a appliance dolly to be on the truck which it was not. Because of this I wasn't able to move my appliances until later that morning when the U-Haul office open . I asked the customer service rep in the office for more time with the truck since I lost 4hrs off moving time by not having the dolly and he told me know if the truck rental was not back I would be charged he said he would just charge me for the mileage but that didn't happen I paid full price.

The lady took my key, told me I was free to go and then checked the truck in after it was due to return. They charged me for an extra day. They also charged me a random damage fee even though I had the insurance provided by Uhaul.

Takes entirely too long to complete any task at the customer service desk. I waited in line over 30 minutes before getting assistance. The units do not have lights. The parking lot is entirely too small. You can't even get the 26' foot truck down the aisle to your unit. I was not able to access the climate controlled unit with the code I created. I had to wait for someone to let me in and I was not able to get into my unit after hours because my code didn't work.

Lower the price per mile rate for your vehicles. $0.99 per mile is outrageous. For this reason alone, I will probably not use a U-Haul again. A $0.99 per mile rental rate tells customers without actually saying it, that U-Haul discourages medium & long distance moving.

Inventory was low. It took entirely too long to check in. Storage unit does not have light. Aisle to drive down are very narrow. You can't even get all of the UHaul equipment down the aisle (26'foot truck).

I paid for a unit, the door was broken and the unit looked bad. Returned it the same day, got my money back and was still being called a few days later about the storage unit not being paid for. Uhaul never ceases to be unprofessional. Would NEVER recommend.

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The outside male attendant was Not not offering no assistance to help unhook the car dolly. He told me to call road side assistance. I am a 66 year old senior, I paid $20 for assistance with help with the car dolly, plus insurance and did not receive it. I was very disappointed in U-Haul!

Overall my experience was good. I feel as long as I was with you all Uhaul never offered a dicount, a skip payment. Also the assistant manager Shmar is rude, and disrespectful. He acts like he can't speak and he always has his phone in his face. All other attendants where pleasant and helpful. The customer service i received Tuesday, Aug 11th was phenomenal. The staff was very knowledgeable. professional and pleasant. I was completely clueless about getting a storage and they made the process easy which called my nerves before a busy day of moving. Waited almost 2 hrs to get a unit.I rented a truck earlier that morn to go pick up some furniture reserved a unit once I found out what size I needed I wasn't able to get anyone on the phone to confirm reservation so when I got there with moving company they had to wait 2 hrs before they could unload truck that costed me an extra $120.00]. And the staff was rude.I wasn't given any direction as to where the unit was

Never kept there promises one person said one thing and someone else would say another. The associates are VERY playful with one another in the presents of customers, and from that when they are told something it's forgotten and NOT place in your files/computerized file. I had reserved a truck for 24 hours, when I went to pick up the truck, I was told I could only have it for 6 hours. My reservation was at 12:30, it took over an hour to process out. Unacceptable
