Upon arrival I was observed entering the building by an employee and ignored. After standing in the lobby for 10 minutes without being greeted I returned outside to the same employee who witnessed me entering earlier and mentioned I had a reservation. The employee rolled his eyes & sighed as if he was being put out in some way having to assist a customer. He was rude the remaining time throughout the rental exchange. The wiring on the trailer was faulty however it was suggested that the wiring in my truck was the issue and I needed an adapter which was purchased. Upon returning to the vehicle it was determined it wasn't the truck but the the trailer with faulty wiring. I of course was out an additional $15 for an adapter I didn't need in the first place. Just absolutely pathetic customer service. I will make it a point to avoid renting from uhaul in the future and use competitive services moving forward

I was charged for a mechanical defective truck that left us strained on the shoulder of i75 for 8 hrs, just less than 3 minutes after leaving the house u-haul parking lot. The same location finally replaced the truck with the promise to cancel the charge. That was a lie. I was charged twice, for the defective truck, and the new one. This location acted as an organized crime. Reimburse my money.

I scheduled a 6x12 utility trailer without ramp. someone even called me to confirm they had it. i get there they try to give me the wrong trailer because they didnt have the one i reserved a week in advance. they gave me a car hauler which was just narrow enough to work. then they charged me the car hauler price when they said they would charge me the utility trailer price. ASSHOLES!

For starters, when someone orders a motorcycle trailer from you make sure the get a motorcycle trailer. I reserved one and got something heavier which cost more in gas for the vehicle. Speaking of vehicle. You knew this was a one way trip to Oklahoma and put me in a truck with a severe oil leak. Had to use my own money to keep oil in the damn thing. After giving you $500 of my money. This shit sucked

The morning crew with the females was awesome, they were fast and very helpful as was the guy that hook the trailer to my vehicle! But my return at 4pm was awful! I couldn't understand what guy was saying he wasn't courteous, he seemed like he didn't want to help me or do his job! So now if I need a trailer I'll go further away to the garland super store.

First, the only employee who showed up for work at this location was great, very overworked but nice attitude and capable. I felt for her. When we arrived, we found no one in the offices or front lot anywhere, we searched and found her taking care of someone in the other lot. Once we found her, she finished up with the other people and took care of us. We only rented a trailer for a little over an hour and on returning had the same scenario, although she did say a couple of people were arriving that afternoon to help out.

The reservation was for 10:30 A.M. uhaul didn't have a truck until 4:30 P.M. that truck broke down 2 minutes after leaving the location. I was charged twice for getting another truck. Because of uhaul broken business process, we got to Austin at 4:30 A.M. for the job relocation. It was a nightmare.

When I arrived at approximately 8:00 am on Monday, 4/26/2021, there was no place to park the truck. Additionally, I entered the office on 2 different times and nobody was manning the desk. Finally, I went back in a third time and one person was working the counter and I was 3rd in line. Then a second person came in to work the counter and took very good care of me checking in the truck.

Your key drop location is a mess. Had me going round the building like 10 times literally looking for the key drop as depicted in the picture shown after completing the returning process. I had to locate the key drop spot by chance. Please make it more visible, as shown in the picture. If I may suggest put in at the customer entrance.

Store and lot are very crowded. Most equipment is stored in a 2nd lot behind and across a side street from the main "store" building. Store building is also somewhat cramped. That being said, staff is very helpful and know their stuff. Check out and check in was handled quickly and efficiently. Friendly staff.

•The Customer Service Rep, Kalip Tristan, was unpleasant and rude. I entered the store and wasn't greeted, I had to greet him. He had a stone cold in the face look (serial killer much?) and was not helpful. It was like I was interrupting his day when HE is paid minimum wage to do nothing. What a horrible way to start a lovely Saturday morning. •The U-Haul wasn't horrible but it wasn't clean either. I could tell it wasn't thoroughly cleaned because I found another customer's work ID in the truck. How do you miss that? By not cleaning, that's how. I left the ID in the cup holder so someone could get it this time and hopefully return it to its rightful owner. The rental smelled and it made a horrible noise. Annoying. •The return process was horrible! My reservation could not be found when I signed into my account so I had to call a phone rep to resolve the issue. Took pictures for my own records and left the crowded facility in disgust and irritation. I've rented trucks and storage units from U-haul many times in the past but I will search for other options in the future. U-Haul has charged me with toll fees that weren't mine, merged my account with someone else's and the customer service is pathetic! Taking my business elsewhere and spreading the word for others to do the same. Good riddance!

Pick up of the small trailer went well - staff was helpful and friendly. Drop off was laughably rude. Counter person and check in person seemed angry to be working. Neither made even an attempt to be friendly or helpful. When I asked for the manager, counter person just pushed a deck of biz cards across the counter - no apology, no attempt to see what went wrong. Left a voice mail for the GM - of course, no return call. I'm not much on doing reviews, but this was so hilariously rude I had to say something.

My belongings were infested with roaches and now i have to deal with roaches at my new residence the staff was friendly and helpful so i cant say anything bad about them but there is clearly a bug problem that needs be addressed perhaps spray more or leave baits to draw them away from the units.. the company could also look into making the units impenetrable to insects

The reserved trailer was not available. The chains would not fit on my truck so could not use the replacement trailer. The person who said the trailer was incompatible due to the chains not working with my vehicle said they would cancel and refund but did not. I am still trying to resolve the issue and will report it to my credit card if not addressed quickly. Home Depot was able to accommodate and I will recommend them over U-Haul.

Bigger Truck I reserved online was taken by another location as I was in line. Smaller truck cost me more in time, mileage, and labor. Not really the store as employee was professional. Previous night's phonecall to Garland McCree location put me on hold for 43 mins, 20 mins before closing time.

We specifically requested 24 hour access as we needed to put in all of our stuff past office hours. When we got to the facility, the storage room which we paid for was locked and we will we're given no keys, we had already loaded our U-Haul van with our furniture. Also, the customer care was not helpful as no one picked up. Very bad experience here.

We were asked to repeat sensitive information no less than 3 times. We didn't get the impression that our business and especially our time mattered. Employees weren't urgent and lacked the knowledge needed to serve us the way we needed to be served. There were about 4 people who needed to service us. We arrived a few minutes after 5pm on a Friday and left close to 8.pm The only thing we needed to do was return our truck, get a storage unit, and move the things out of our truck into our unit. If needing U-haul services and products in the future, this will not be the location we seek said services and products. My name isn't even spelled correctly for this account even though my wife and I were asked our names and other sensitive information several times while trying to secure a storage room.
