Your people were great. The trailer is advertised as 6' inside clear. It is but where u inter the trailer it is not. I couldn't move the piece of equipment with it. I had to rent another trailer from someone else. Please keep that in mind when renting those trailers. GraciasLARRY M.

The truck's engine has not been properly serviced. The unit died at idle speed, required throttle to turn the power steering, and misfired under acceleration. The staff were helpful and, friendly on pickup and were efficient at getting me in and on my way.Samuel W.

I gave this location HIGH marks...and I genuinely like the place, the people. My wife has 2 storage units there and I've had them before as well. MY PROBLEM?...I did NOT purposely authorize the $10 CDW fee ony rental. It's only %10...but its MINE. And I want it back. I TOLD the clerk I has USAA and it covered rentals...she said OK...JUST CLICK AT THE BOTTOM. And guess what....it was charged to me. I brought this up on my return sheet and no one called me and no 1 took it off and no 1 has even sent me a freaking end receipt...so...Ronald P.

You need to improve communications among Uhaul & moving vendors. I am the customer, not your project manager. The moving company in OKC did not return calls, did not know where/when to pick up my box and was several hours late and I had to make multiple calls that stressed me out when I was doing other things for the move. OKC movers blamed it on Uhaul and Uhaul blamed it on OKC moving company. #failMarady H.

I say that the equipment was clean and well-maintained for the most part. We had ordered a half dozen pads, but my husband didn't know he was supposed to be getting them when he went inside to pay for the trailer. Unfortunately, those were not included, but we were charged for them. The bottom inside of the trailer appeared clean, so when he and another man moved the cloth bunk bed into the trailer to move it, they just laid it on the bottom inside of the trailer. When we unloaded it, there is grease or something black all over the cloth. I will have to try to clean that by hand. If it doesn't come out, we will have wasted money on the bed itself, the trailer rental, the pads we didn't get (we were charged $5 per day, and when my husband returned the trailer, we were given a $5 refund, even though we had the rental for 2 days, so we are still out $5 for pads we never got), and the gas it cost to drive to Dallas to pick up the bed. The outside of the trailer was clean and well-maintained. The people at this location were friendly.Sarah T.

I called while on the road from Arkansas and I was told I had an outdoor unit . When I arrived I was told their were no units outdoor and I had to get one on the inside , which I didn't want because that was more moving around for my husband . Ok I got the unit and went inside there was a lock already inside , so I kindly went to the front desk to return the one I purchased one lady told me I could . I stood in the long line to only be told I couldn't and the lock didn't belong to me ( she was very rude. ) ok I gave the lock back , I proceeded to my unit where another worker told me they had unit outside for the size I wanted . This U-haul Moving & Storage of Quail Springs has a manager, Ryan Gibson. who is patient, expert knowledge, kindness, vast experience which he conveys to his staff. This reflects to any customer who enters this facility. I have had to store my entire household for a number of years and service has Always been Excellent. I appreciate old and new staff members for attention to detail. Leadership begins w management and flows to the members of staff. When I opened the storage contract on 3/1/21 I PAID for the month of March or you would not have allowed me to put my things in your unit. Then I received 20 calls to pay my bill & I talked to everyone to try to fix it. NOW, I close my account on 8/30/21 & sure enough you charge me for September. I can't get ahold of anyone and the manager who sent this survey is the one who sent the payment notice!!! I need the Quail Springs people to refund my money & fix it so it doesn't happen again!!!! Overall my experience was great but there are two more logistical things I feel need attention, both in the loading dock area. First one is that the edge of the dock is rough and warn with missing splintered wood and bolts sticking out. This could cause harm to vehicles but for myself it meant snagged jeans and a bruise. We dropped off storage items before 10 and access to the storage facility doors were a little confusing. We started to move items in after finally gaining access. We accidentally let the doors close and it was a little after 10pm and when I swiped my access card to get back in the display said something like it was after hours and access denied! I thought it was supposed to be 24hr access? Maybe I'm wrong?
