computer system was not friendly to associate and the contract was confused and unclear to her. I had told her that the earliest I could return the trailer was November 3rd and the documents initially seemed to indicate that it was due on November 2nd.

Only 1 thing to comment on. I was like 7 days late on rent and when i paid my bill the day of moving out there was a lock on my unit and an alarm set . Should have been removed that same day . Other than that great experience

Josh Peterson, the GM for the Price location was phenomenal!!! Our truck broke down as we were able to coast into Wellington, Utah at 11:30 on a Sunday night; Labor Day weekend. Nothing was open that night nor did we have any means of transportation to even stay at a hotel. We spent the night in our truck and tried finding a rental car company Monday morning. Too small of a town but the Uhaul place was open. Talked to Josh about our dilemma. He offered to have his wife come pick us up in Wellington and drive us to his location in Price so we could rent a Uhaul 15 ft truck. Josh went above and beyond by providing us with excellent customer service in what could have been a really bad experience. Thanks again Josh!!

I pointed out to the U-Haul representative that one tire had a slice in the sidewall and the other had something stuck in the tire. He told me he would send me a text with a link that I could dispute any conditions of the trailer. I never received the text and I ended up with a flat tire halfway through the trip. The light connection was also left loose and it frayed from dragging on the ground and I lost the lights. I waited almost 5 hours for u-Haul to get somebody to replace the flat tire.

When I got a call about the truck being late for drop off, I explained that I had reserved it for two days. He said that since it was a Uhaul mistake, he would not charge for the second day. I had already been charged. I now have a SECOND CHARGE!!!

The only problem I have with this location is sometimes when you go in there's nobody at the front desk they are out doing work in other locations and you have to wait sometimes quite a while to get help. Other then that it is good.
