It was ok. Agents did not go out of the way to bring you the truck. I found it in the middle of several others and then had to wait forever to get help to move the other trucks. They the fuel tank said 1/4 a tank, but the low fuel light turned on as soon as I got it. . which was a bit frustrating.AIMEELYNNE H.

They have charged me more money for supposedly not taking the truck with the gasoline that it was. but when it was collected in Michigan they gave it to me with a low level of gasoline and that same level was the one with which I delivered it. Please make a dedicated counter for customers who have made reservations . We made a reservation to expedite the process and still ended up in the same line with customers returning vehicles and Requesting vehicles. I was given an old track that the engine make some unusual sound. The truck had Â¼ of the fuel tank filled. I bought more than 10.5 gallons of fuel drove 58 miles only about 85-90 percent of it Highway miles and return it with at least 5/16-3/8 gas in the tank, but I was falsely charged 58.50 for service and gas for returning the truck 1/8 tank full. The saddest part of it was waste of my time and to get my money back and to realize that the manager was not even surprise it happed as if it was done deliberately and then ok now you're aware we will refund your money. Very disappointing experience to say the least.SISAY Y.

I will never understand how this location can offer service that gets worse the more you use them. Last time we moved, we used this location and was given a truck that had not been cleaned. This time, even though I had an email from Uhaul, stating that my reservation was for Woodbridge, my rep told me my pick up location was for Lorton. There was no reason given about as to why this happened. The rep made it seem like it was an error on my behalf. The rep even tried to show me the computer because "I was showing her my screen." As time went on and back and forth with the rep, the person next to her offered us a cargo van, which is what we reserved and were told that we couldn't get because the location "didn't have anymore" by the previous rep. They were able to get us into a small truck, which was fine but still, this is sadly, now the level of service I expect at this location. Which is really sad. I've had A LOT of issues with Uhaul and I think this might be the last time you all inconvenience me while moving. Moving is already stressful enough, I don't need reps who are on some freaking power trip to make it more stressful. Trailer smelled like phosphate fertilizer and was charged over the quoted amount from central booking ($250+ instead of $170 quoted for 4 day one-way with 5x8 cargo trailer). I would like for U-Haul to look out for the Military community. Most company's give discounts for the Military, but U-Haul do not. The only thing you do is one-way. What about the local moves? I am asking for 69 cents a mile for local moves?CLIFTONE P.

Some of the reps are lazy. Don't want to get up and come assist you in checking the truck keys are handed over and you are on your own. Ine of them cursed me out when I was returning the tr k at night. She driving the wrong way in the front, parked and walk out of her personal vehicle. I blew my horn once after waiting for some minutes. She then came back and cursed me out and fled offIBRAHIM K.

Mo a good customer service at first when I was picking up the truck the associate was very disrespectful . I waited until she finished her conversation with the other associate. Plus when I received the truck at first showed full tank of gas as soonest I drive of the lot , wasn't full tank . The app was abysmal. I even tried to change my time reservation through the mobile site, only to get an "error processing your request". Same with "chat now" button, it didn't work on my phone, mobile browser, nor my laptop browser. I called the first time, after 15+ min wait time to get through, rep tried to "transfer" my call to service dept bc he had issues accessing my reservation (bc system was slow)- only to be transferred to a line that wasn't in service and being discounted. Called again, waited another 6 min, received help. While the rep, Doug, was extremely helpful, he even admitted that it online system being delayed on his end. He was very apologetic but it wasn't his fault and I'm grateful for his help. Finally, going to pick up vehicle, using the "24/7" app was useless, since I was told i had to come inside to sign contract. The rental truck smelled like cigarette smoke, the tank half full. I couldn't upload the picture to check in (or out when returning). Since the app didn't work, when i tried to drop off the vehicle, i had to wait an additional 30 min to get assistance since you only had one person helping others. Also, i made the mistake of leaving my transponder (for tolls) in the truck, i called at 540pm ET (local uhaul store I went to) closes at 7pm ET, to what I thought was the "local" number based on website, however the wait time to finally speak to someone was 27 min to get through. Your representatives at the local location and on the phone were great and helpful. I have no issues with them. However, your service, via app, website, and the longevity it took to connect to a live person was such an atrocious experience that I'm hesitant to ever use your service again.Anna E.

Stop allowing people to schedule a reservation and waiting until their moving day to tell them they can't rent a truck and to call a 1800 # to be told they have a balance when they did NOT and the reason for a flag is because of an error in YOUR SYSTEM. I was told I owed a balance for not returning a vehicle with the proper amount of gas when there was NO gas in the truck to begin with and we sent photographic proof showing this, Still we had to be inconvenienced once more a month later because someone failed to do their job in correcting this error. This has inconvenienced me twice. I will not be using uhal ever again if I can help it. And trust my family is so displeased with uhal inconveniencing me and them that they vow not to use you.Marciano N.
