The staff were great. -When we moved everything out and picked up the tarp we had laid down, there was a lot of water underneath. Lucky we thought of laying the tarp. -It seems that our end unit was where all garbage and loose stuff was blown to. i know times are tough(with staffing), but ya def need to have more people out on counter. 1 guy was trying to help a line of 7 people. & at the very least, be more interactive with those waiting in line, let them know you see them, apologize for the wait, etc. just some + customer engagement & validationhelps a lot in those situations.Thomas L.

The auto process did not work - I thinks its called self- off hours pick up. Luckily someone was there, early in the morning, so pickup went smoothly. The UHAUL app needs some work.Michael G.

One employee carried on a full conversation about gardening for about 10 min. Luckily another employee walked in and was able to start ringing up retail customers. Also, they forgot to put the appliance dolly in the truck. This i discovered once i was at the gas station filling up the truck that was given to me empty.Nathan C.

The woman who assisted me Saturday morning was wonderful. She was doing the best she could while trying to assist two people at once. I do not blame her at all. The app was not working properly and the information I entered obviously did not carry over which made the process confusing and also took more time than it should have. When trying to leave, the app would not allow me to submit the photos of the damage I saw that was not marked so I decided to take my own just incase rather than bothering the clerk again about app issues. I scheduled a 7 am pick up and did not leave the lot until about 7:50 am because of this. Upon returning the rental, there were two people in line in front of me, I was not in a rush and wanted to discuss the damage I saw upon pick up and also verify the drop off information since what was showing on the app differed from what I had originally put in. While helping the person at the counter the clerk hollered back "is anyone here just dropping off that 10 ft truck outside" to which I responded, "I am dropping off a truck but would like the go over a few things". He responded with "well what are your questions" (in a tone that seemed demeaning) I responded and mentioned the previously caused damage and also the confusion with the app and he responded stating he already knew about the previously caused damage I mentioned (the e-brake release which is not functional and should be considered a safety issue) He then he insisted I just drop the key in the drop box and that I would find my receipt in my email. I found this rude and inconsiderate to not only me, but the other two women in line, one of which he was in the middle of waiting on. Like I said, I was not in a rush but it seemed like he was in a rush to get people out the door with their concerns left unaddressed. I left there feeling unheard and still confused about what I would be charged for and had to somehow "trust" in his verbal account of the damage that was previously caused.Kayla F.

There was no help available when we arrived and we had to wait 45 minutes to rent it and another 45 minutes when we returned the rental. The steering in the van was broken - alternating from automatic to manual steering as we drove. When we informed the attendant upon return he appeared unconcerned and was unapologetic.John M.

The online check in doesn't work. The pin I was given doesn't work on the key pad, so I had to go into the store and get a key card.
