The guy working the desk was very friendly and helpful. Met all my needs. Glad you have found better staff because the previous girl which I'm pretty sure was the manager was AWFUL and rude. Man, let me start off by saying there wasn't a craps game going on in the back room so that was a plus for Pine Bluff but also at the same time a let down! I had brought my 20's and also my best pulling truck because I came to move shit! The trailer was ready to go and worked great. I enjoyed it more than a fat kid loves cake! And you know how fat kids are! Not sure how you can improve the service here because it was top notch. I've lived in Pine Bluff for 26 years and never have I had service that good!ROBERT M.

Awesome experience, but I did have some issues at the drop off location. The guy that was on staff that Sunday evening was very rude and upset that. My arrival time came right about the time he was leaving and didn't give me the proper information to return the equipment.RODNEY T.

I contacted the store spoke to Ms. Martin, she was most pleasant and knew her stuff. Went to the store met another young lady she was very knowledgeable as well. Met Gregg Simmons . My experience was very pleasant and so was the atmosphere. My family went to Houston to clear my neices apartment after she was struck and installed killed by a drunk driver. I went to the Pine Bluff location because two other locations in Little Rock didn't have trucks available, even after I made reservations. By the time I got my truck, I was 4 hours behind on my schedule and an extra $60 over budget for an Uber trip from Little Rock to Pine Bluff.ROGER J.

The air conditioning in the truck i rented would only blow out the floor and defrost vents. The truck did get cool but not having direct air from the panel vents caused me to have to run the a/c on high the entire time.JOHN H.

Mr. Carter did a great job and was very helpful with my rental. It was a breath of fresh air to work with him. The last rental that I had was not good at all.The manager, Toy was NOT friendly in the least bit. She had a nasty attitude and was very snappy attitude when she spoke to me. I have been a customer of Uhaul for over forty years. I usually rent from the dealers and not the center for this very reason. I was considering getting my equipment from another company because of the way that I was treated by Toy,but because of the decent business practice of Mr. Carter, I will be back. Customer Service rep was very rude. My church was quoted 79 cent a mile ,but we were charged 99 cent a mile. We were fine with paying the difference, but if you made the mistake please admit to your mistake and please be professional. Customer Service needs some training on talking to customers. I will recommend the company to my friends ,but please be aware of the customer reps at the counter. Ask for a clear understanding before paying for service.LASTIDA B.

One way to improve Ubox is to implement a method of allowing a customer to track their Ubox. My Ubox was late arriving and I had no idea where it was. I called customer service several times and they could not locate it. I think tracking your Ubox would greatly enhance the experience.Cindy H.
Ms. Richards is a stellar employee. She went above and beyond to assist me. There was a misunderstanding regarding my scheduled appointment and there weren't any vehicles available. Ms. Richards told me she would call me if she had any cancellations. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a follow up call. U-haul is a scam artist, I spoke with an representative over the phone and was told that i had received a big discount, and left out the part,that stated that I would need a credit or atm card to receive the discount! I stated that I would pick up the truck around 3PM, which I did,but my pickup time and return said 2PM? I feel that i was lied to and manipulated by u-haul! Scamming people!!!!SHAUNTEL J.

On the site it said lower lever. But it was upper level. No way I could get a piano in there. It should be more clear that stairs with no elevator are required to move into the unit.
