RICHARD DGive Gen Mgr a raise and a bonus. She made my rental experience @ U-haul positive+++. Met her before @ a planned rental which I cancelled in OctoberThis time 2 mos later she was in a meeting.The employee present set me up to go to another location( an auto shop that also rented U-haul equipment) a day later & did not open until 10:00 a.m. I could not sleep(literally) with that decision so I woke early the next day & met Laura Smith as she was opening shop. I told her the plan the other employee had for me. She pulled me up on the computer & said hmm... we have the truck & dolly here, soon I was set for the rental here not miles away @ 10 a.m. Believe me Laura Smith was the difference.Yhank you, John Echols
JOHN EI was told my receipt would be emailed to me in a few minutes, so I left without a printed receipt. I never received that receipt. Don't say you're going to do something and not do it!

Judy L | First ImpressionsI made a complaint about what happened to me I reserved my truck a week and half advance to be in Baytown tx off of 565 road well it wasn't there when I called then they had to call to find out where it was. Then they told me it was at 2703 N main in Baytown tx I get there then I was told it wasn't there I was told the wrong information. The lady had to get with someone to find out where i could go to get the truck that was supposed to be shipped to 565 Baytown tx well it wasn't off of red bluff Pasadena tx which was 40 min drive and I was charged for all this I am very upset I would like something to be done about this

When we checked the truck back in, the guy stood outside the truck, staring at me, not saying anything, he didn't instruct us on what to do. He only spoke to state the total for the mileage overage. Ran my card gave me the receipt then left.

ERIC FListen to customer. They should be able to adjust prices. We rented truck we extra days then dud not need them. Miles were under also. But no adjustments or credit given!!!!

JOSE TThe only thing l don't like is the hitch is a little large for a 2 inch ball and does a lot of rattling when pulling and bouncing on roads. Real noise traveling for 1300 miles.

DIANNE SYour manager and employees misbehaved badly you’re my your manager for starters had an attitude with my wife the whole time we were there they did not give me all the information I needed to rent a U-Haul. They also rented me a storage unit that was already with somebody else’s lock on Your employees never answered the phone whenever I was trying to call them for over three hours and when they did decide to answer the phone they had added to when I asked for a refund your manager still had a bigger attitude, rolling her eyes at me over and over And telling me over and over whatever.

If you need U-Haul services, I highly recommend visiting the Red Bluff location and requesting Shawntay; you will not be disappointed.

JAMES ABetter security. Someone tried breaking into my storage unit. The store rep didn't offer another unit and said they couldn't do anything about it or review the cameras. Thus, the reason I moved my items to another storage facility.

LEROY TI was told the truck sat 3 people, it did not. I rented the truck during the day. When night came, the headlights were so dim and out of whack that the truck was almost impossible to drive. I had to use the high beam headlights to drive back to the lot. That is a serious safety issue.
PHILLIP AClean. Safe. Secured. I got a non air conditioned unit on the first floor right by the door and it was never "too hot" inside even during the summer. Amazing staff-always.

MITCHEL JNot force a two day rental on a dolly. I only needed it for several hours, but had to pay for two days , I'm guessing since I was dropping it off 3hrs away from the pickup location.

JULIO OWe have usually been happy with the service at the Red Bluff Pasadena location but Your rep Clinon was cold and unfriendly. He acted like he was there for community service. He treated us like we were a bother. We rented an appliance hand truck and he put a furniture dolly in the truck. We have rented at least 7 trucks in the last 4 month and do not want to go to another truck company. But we do not want Clinon to wait on us when we come back.

Leticia I | Overall ExperienceI had paid for 24hr access and I was moving from Beaumont, TX and could not access my unit. I had to drive all the way back with a full load because I could not get access nor could I get the manager Laura Pack to EVER return my calls. The door to which you would enter would not close properly and lock after hours, many times propped upon with a large brick. I made the office aware of this and was told we have cameras onsite. That doesn't help anyone that gets assaulted because UHaul does not maintain the property. I will NEVER use UHaul again nor will I recommend to anyone.

Regina W | Overall ExperienceNever had any issues with them. I've had a storage unit with UHaul for 15 years. When it came time for me to move out of the unit I realized that I had lost my key to the lock. I asked the staff if they can break the lock for me and they told me that it would be considered "breaking and entering". Wait, what?!?! was my response. Although its MY UNIT and I'm asking you to break the lock. They still said no and was advised to get a locksmith to break the lock or get them to pick the lock (which is not cheap). I then asked what if i break it myself, they said i would be evicted from the storage unit. News flash....I no longer need the unit anyway.
