The staff was incredibly rude. At one point, when I was waiting in line, the cashier was literally yelling at another employee through a radio because she didn't know how to make the computer work. When I went to get checked in to my storage locker, the guy who set it up didn't know how to use the key card system. It took 45 minutes or so. When he was done, he confessed that he had never been in the storage building. Parkin g is a nightmare. When I was finally checked out, an 18 wheeler had blocked the driveway so I couldn't leave. There are many other storage facilities in town. I would choose any of them over this one.Bryan H. | Overall Experience

Wait time at 7AM when the store opens is an issue, took about 25 minutes to get the truck. Also, most of the better/longer ratchet straps were sold out and I had to purchase 8ft straps that were short for my job, but overall this was a terrific rental and truck experience. Gracias.EVAN R.

I had enough furniture pads but the moving help team I hired in NJ didn't use most of them. The moving help team in Pasadena, CA was great, and they noticed that most of the furniture was not wrapped in the pads provided. In some cases, this resulted in some minor damage to my furniture.Lois H.
The trailer was in horrible condition. It has an electrical issue that drained both batteries in my truck. I had to call AAA twice to jump start the vehicle. Plus the trailer is so out of alignment that it tracked at an angle behind my truck. And when I turned it it nobody really cared. And nobody did anything. I am not through with this yet.STEVEN S.
I rented a trailer and got all the way to my storage unit to load up but when I opened the back it was completely filled with boxes and trash. Such an inconvenience because I had to leave the storage and go dump all the trash. It set me back a hour. Not happy at all!!CARLA L.

Pick up was great; several employees inside and out. Van was spacious, and clean, and comfortable. Upon return, there was only one truck check in employee (which was fine, unless you needed a receiptâ€¦in which case there was a wait, but not a problem). The problem stemmed from the inside check in customer serviceâ€¦there was no one at the desk, and no way to call anyone; when an employee finally came in (assuming to start his shift), he went directly to the restroom and didn't acknowledge us, nor at least indicate whether or not someone would be with us soon). I waited about 10 minutes for a rep to come in and give me my printed receipt. Overall I would rate 4 stars, even despite the wait (I'm not expecting instant gratification, but some â€œsigns of lifeâ€ would be nice).MONICA G.

The service i recieved was not acceptable. the guy at the counter was rude and abnoxoius. I told him i was there and that i had a reservation for a car trailer. He asked me what size trailer and i said i dont know and he told me i didnt need to give him an attitude and told me to go get helped by his manager. And the manager heard all of it and did nothing. I would never use this place again! Also the lady that took my reservation over the phone was rude The dimensions of the trailer were irrelevant. I told him i had a reservation. He should have asked for my name. When i made my reservation the dimension of the trailer were not provided to me nor should i have been treated that way by that ignorant employee and weak manager for allowing it!! that branch should be cleaned out and new managment should be brought in. I think these people are racist and this is why they behaved that way!TROY F.

Both Pasadena and Atwater UHaul Centers have Por customer service. Pasadena South Raymond Office suddenly told us that there were no storage available after we have already loaded up your truck with boxes to be stored. Then by phone, they called Atwater Fletcher UHaul Center inquiring for availability of storage space. The Michael staff of Atwater Confirmed that there was. So the truck left for Atwater. I personally called Atwater to pay online the storage space which initially, even in Pasadena they did not allow me to pay unless the items were there. Suddenly again, the guy who answered said that there's no available space there. How do you call such kind of customer service? Inefficient. Unreliable. Cannot be trusted.. Do improve your work ethics and don't keep your customers going around specially I received a storage space three weeks prior pick up.EDWARD C.

From the cashier to the manager all the way around To the employee working at the receiving vehicle section. How comprehensive and well you all did to make everything go smoothly and affective. There was a discrepancy on my end In several moments but you all where understand. Not to mention you have every piece of equipment you could possibly need to move any thing from an office building, residential home, Down to Massive Egyptian pyramid blocks. I will definitely be recommending this location specifically to anyone and everyone I know that needs any moving equipment rental. I was helped right away, but there were some people that came in behind me and were waiting. Would have been courteous at least for the first one or two to say something like â€œI'll help you right after this customerâ€. The computers in this location kept failing so completing the transaction took way longer than it should have renting it even though the pick up truck I rented was reserved over the phone. But over all I had an excellent experience and customer service was the best !JESUS B.

Although the staff was friendly, they didn't have my reserved unit available which required a downgrade in size and was on the second level with no elevator. This required multiple trips up and down with heavy boxes and heavy furniture to a non-air conditioned second level. This was very frustrating and took 3 hours to load the unit where it should have been up to an 1 hour with the reserved unit that was on the first floor.Isaac A. | First Impressions

I asked for receipt to be email and it has not, and your system was "down" and had to wait 30 minutes to pay for 8 months of storage. Would like rent not continue to raised I have been here since 2013, 6 years is the cut off of storage rent increase if not may find another, and there was a White male worker, no name tag, being very annoying and female Black was also annoyed by him she said something about gas he was working on, he also said "your storage went up another 5 bucks". when general manager came out that guy was gone from office.
