Friendly and helpful staff, clean facilities. Easy check-in and check-out.
Spent 10 years renting units there. Scaled down from 2 lockers to a medium then a smaller one as the years went by. The facility was very helpful & convenient. In 10 years, I figure I must have spent around $12,000.00 while there! Guess I somehow helped the massive renovations & expansion. The place is great. Accessible, helpful staff, kept clean as well as climate-controlled. It was a good experience. Thanks!
A client for many years Excellent service
The mattress cart seemed very narrow and wouldn't fit my mattress. I don't know how many people have this problem, but it would've been a huge help to have it fit on the cart.
Hello, I left my Cardinal of Canada Jacket in the Uhaul van that I rented yesterday from the Park Slope, Brooklyn, NY location. It is a navy blue coat and was left in the front seat. I am trying to get in touch with a representative from the location but am having difficulties getting through. Please let me know if you can assist or point me in the right direction. Thanks!!
I moved out, informed them but I forgot to take the lock off and she is trying to charge me $600 and I was out before I should have even been billed.

The check in was easy and efficient. The young lady that checked me in was very knowledgeable and took the time to go over my reservation and make sure I understood the process. She even helped me figure the correct size unit I needed which was bigger than what I had reserved but exactly what I needed. She knows her stuff. Thank you again for being the best part of the customer experience.
Conveniently located. Parking available. Hand trucks and elevators made moving in and out very easy.
The storage space itself was great—no complaints there. However, when I tried to ask about getting my rent for the last month pro rated (I was only using the space for the first week of the month), I talked with people over email, the phone, and in person and got a different answer each time, and don’t have my money back.
I was surprised and pleased to be offered a free month of storage thanks to a one-day van rental. This proved to be just the ticket for absorbing some of our excess boxes in our local move. The facility was exceptionally well-organized, with clean and well-lit spaces and brand new equipment in top working order. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for storage space!

Terrible customer service. Tried to rent storage on-line, system wasn’t working. Sat on hold for 15 minutes, then drove to location. Treated rudely. I formed I was not eligible for a free month, nor even a free lock. So much for being a good customer for more than five years. I see why you have such a low rating on yelp. Now I have two storage units. Still no free month or free lock. No recognition or thank you. Just rudeness.
Expensive for a small space. When I tried moving out, on of the staff members were rude and unhelpful. The storage unit I had had no light just the light from hallway, when I went to grab some some things I needed my own flashlight.

Thank you for taking the time to read this over. I appreciate that you're working on making a better business. The whole experience working with the office staff was horrible. To purchase anything from a roll of tape or securing the storage unit took min. of 30 mins. I waited in lines for over an hour, with slow moving staff that didn't seem to care. I was given the wrong storage unit number and asked to wait back in line. After activating my entrance card it didn't work they told me to wait back in line. The second time it didn't work again and I was told they don't know what to do. So my wife and I had to share a single entrance card because your staff refused to replace it without me paying $5. The entire front office staff could not care less about the customer experience or helping in a timely manner. They gave everyone attitude knowing there was nothing we could do about it. The staff in the actual facility and working on the trucks was great and very helpful. Please feel free to contact me if you'd like to chat about what I have written. As things stand now I will never use Uhaul again and direct my friends and family to not use them either. Thank you, Alan
Honestly... it took 30 min to finally get my storage unit! It’s so pricey compared to the size of it and then they ask 3 different contacts information! Please give us a break! But the staff was kind and helpful and the facility is clean.
Overall i think the storage process was very seamless, but I didn't appreciate how there was a hidden fee for a lock, which is never mentioned anywhere I saw on the website when I made my reservation.
Honestly, this could have been a great experience. I loved that it was possible to move in out-of-hours, but I was shocked to discover that my unit was "upstairs". Although there was an elevator to the appropriate floor, there was no indication that I would then have to lift all my furniture up a flight of stairs to my unit. I would not have made this booking had I known, and it was not made clear at all during the booking process. This is a deceptive practice and will put me off ever working with U-Haul in the future.

I’ve never had a worst time at a U-Haul location and I used to work in film production and was there all the time. The staff were completely incompetent and extremely unkind. All of their devices computers vestibules scanners for cards to check in to storage we’re not working adequately. Other customers and I would be wandering around trying to figure out how to do this because the staff would be so unhelpful. The only good part of this experience was when I was driving the truck itself and that was only a couple blocks..
The process of renting the truck and using the moving helpers was really difficult. The movers were poorly booked by U-haul and on the loading in to storage side were booked for the wrong date. The Truck was delivered to me with an empty tank and the brakes on the truck were problematic. The staff at the counter were really nasty and I really do not want to ever go back to your office every again now that I have my belongings in storage. Your staff is really nasty and the everything about the truck rental was a disaster. Best, Charles Herzfeld
Need to be super clear what your terms mean - split level, upper level, etc
Customer service is very poor. There is no continuity between the information provided and no one is held accountable. Different information is provided by staff at the location and via phones. Staff is extremely slow and unprofessional. The storage units are not as shown in the office/lobby. They are very poorly lit, doors don’t work well, and the are smelly/dirty/old. I had a very bad experience and will not be recommending or using U-Haul storage in the future.
Your internet functionality is very poor. Pages load as fast as dial-up. Account integration between rentals and storage is poorly integrated. Modifying payment methods doesn't seem to work. In the 21st century I would expect more.
I was charge a late fee after my first month and I was told if I set up auto payment the fee was going to be reimbursed. I contacted customer service after it wasn't reimbursed and never got an answer.
The only complaint that I have is that it's very hard to get through on the telephone.
Rude. Didn't cancel my contract for 20 days after form submitted. Terrible customer service
Everything was great but I must question why we are mandated to purchase a lock when we already had a lock. This additional expense seems forced upon customers. I’ve never had to do this at other storage facilities, uHaul and others, in my lifetime.
I’ve been to this facility many a times.. yesterday, closed out my account as I moved all my storage out. I couldn’t have asked for a friendlier staff, better service and the ease of which it was conducted. I recommend them highly. Btw, their rates are more palatable than most others.

The only thing was the instructions did not explain you need to enter your access code outside of the elevator.
There were no maps available indicating where the storage unit was located . There was no information indicating which floor the unit was on. In addition, the staff was poorly informed and ill equipped to answer questions. They were rude when I informed them that my lock was not in my room and insisted that my lock was not included with my rate. Finally someone intervened and gave me a lock.
Pros - convenient location and mattress dolly. Cons - the gate card didn't work twice when activated- had to wait 30 minutes inside. When I got to my unit you had to go up two sets of stairs to get to it - as I was unloading furniture this would have been a nightmare. The unit inside was dark - like a dungeon! I sadly had to load up all my stuff and go to another business to store my items. An elevator would have been really helpful
The lines in store are inefficient.

The physical plant was clean and well maintained. The staff is universally professional. But there are several issues: 1. The facility allows non-employees to roam around offering to "help" customers more in and out; most are well-mannered but some guys are aggressive and made the female customers uncomfortable and threatened. Only employees and customers should be allowed on the premises. 2. The facility is terribly understaffed. During busy periods, there was literally a line out the door because the same people process truck rentals as manage the purchase of moving supplies. On several occasions, I walked out rather than stand in line for 45 minutes during a pandemic when more than a few customers and employees were not wearing masks or had them dangling around their necks. 3. The staff fails to rigorously enforce a mask policy in the store. 4. There are frequently not enough carts available during busy periods. 5. The parking lot was sometimes so packed with vans that it was impossible to park in the customer section.
The wait time in the office was sometimes long and frustrating, no one was really available to help with random quick questions to even know if you had to wait on line or not. Otherwise the storage unit and services were excellent. Thank you!
Very easy to access and convenient for moving. Would recommend having more parking and hand trucks available for use while moving items into/out of storage as I found there were too few of both

I love the location at 394 4th Ave in Brooklyn. They have excellent customer service and the location is a New Yorkers dream....moving truck and storage all in one place. The hours of operation are the best of any Uhaul in Brooklyn and again can’t say enough about how the staff works together to service the clients. It’s wonderful to see.
There was misunderstanding with the price of the storage I rented, so we were a bit disappointed. Other than that, the service was good and the location convenient and very clean. I recommend it.
Move out was fine, service when I was moving in was not great. Rude and unhelpful staff.
I am disputing my charge of 182.00 with American Express. I moved out early due to my safety. This storage became a homeless shelter. I was told that I would get reimbursed for the months I left early. I feel violated.
Unfortunately, kind of a frustrating experience. had a few helpful staff members but I showed up with a mobile reservation and it was very unclear where I was supposed to go to get the keys, and then I went to the key pickup desk and the person there told me, 'if you don't have a key number, go wait in the line…', and I still don't really know what that means. I said I had an online reservation but she still said, go to the back of the line, which does seem to move quite slowly. Took about an hour of the rental time, and then when I got back, had a bunch of problems getting into the storage unit. Didn't get an explainer on the swipe-in system which is somewhat complicated, and came back and they did explain but I was in the system under the wrong name so I just couldn't get up the elevator at all and had to come back. So I had a ton of wait time that tacked onto my day significantly. I did have some staff who helped me out, but I was surprised that the process involved a lot of inefficiency and just wanted to pass along so you knew. I'm sure there's a lot that goes into all of this, and I know the staff is quite busy too, so many thanks and hoping this proves helpful.
The staff was very rude and made me not want to return again. Next time I will go with a different company in hopes that they have different standards of customer service.
Uhaul is the best. They are essential in every way. Especially our friends on 4th Avenue. Always warm and friendly, always clean and safe. Thank you!

The men working on the lot are TERRIFIC! Kind, friendly, go out of their way. the men working in the storage space are terrific. Friendly and efficient. The women at the registration desk have much to be desired. I wish that it wasn't so gendered. The don't look at you in the eye, which is especially critical with masks. They don't try to be understood. They rather get more annoyed saying the same thing 15 times than use their eyes to help you/ There is not a sense of kindness, which made me think they are just not being paid enough. I will try to do as much as possible online next time so I don't have to deal with this group at the front
Everyone in the center was really helpful, especially Louis. He was extremely helpful in assisting us navigating the facility and even went out of his way to help us move a heavy mirror we were worried about.
My experience was excellent until I moved out of my storage unit N1337 in July. The unit was rented immediately. Every week my contacrs and myself are being sent notification of unpaid cost and late fees. I have spoken to the various managers and they too confirmed that the unit was closed out and re- rented. Why is U-haul still senting out bills to me. I am deeply concerned. Why can't Uhaul get it together?

My storage unit had a damaged latch when it was rented to me that I am hoping can be fixed.
The process could be streamlined with an app or mobile check in. Protocols could have been explained better. Given people are storing their belongings in the units, I would have liked a better idea of the contract.

For me it was confusing at the start with the keypad check in and checkout for elevator access. Having someone there to walk you through the process would be great but because of Covid it’s understandable that staffing is limited. Nothing on website explains what split level meant, so I was unsure what to expect and explains why the unit heights are 6’ high. Thankfully I didn’t get an upper level unit or that would’ve been major issues. I love the online reservations!
Figuring out the procedures for accessing the unit was a little confusing. I would have appreciated a sheet with all of the procedures in one place. The sheet I got was a contract, but it didn't explain how to access the unit, use the access card, elevator etc.
I have not yet moved in, but my initial experience was hassle free and congenial which is important. Liked that there were cubes replicating the actual sizes of the spaces making it simple to choose and make a final decision. Only need I think might help, after getting the paperwork done, it would be helpful to be taken to the space as a first run-as its a huge facility and I don't like having to follow maps, even the most simple.a skill that I lack. Thanks to a helpful fellow tenant, I was able to find my space. Second run-no problem-as I now know where I'm going. That's my take on the experience. Thanks for reading. Enjoy!
I came on Saturday morning to sign the contract on a space I reserved online. Thus needed to go inside the store to do so. The system to get in the store and the navigation for shopping vs. waiting in line for spaces vs truck rental were disorganized. I waited in line for over a hour. Perhaps adding staff during the weekends would be super beneficial to customers.
Business model, facility, prices are all great. Customer service was an atrocity. I asked for clarification on what I needed to close my storage unit, they said “You gotta wait in line.” So I stood in line for one hour and 20 minutes. Then at the desk, asked to go get a picture, wait in line for another hour to close account. Was told by a employee on the lot that I could not park where the trucks park and was not offered a viable solution of where to park in exchange, met with attitude. Customer service will ruin your business.
The storage unit that I reserved online was not available when I arrived and after waiting in line for almost one hour the associate assigned me a storage unit that was smaller in size then what I reserved without thinking I would notice. Then after requesting assistance to move to a larger unit they were completely rude and honestly the worst customer service experience. However, the storage unit is the cheapest around so I guess that comes with cheap customer service too. Very disappointed. I would have preferred them be honest about not having the unit rather than just giving me any available unit that was not the correct size.
Your facility is fine, however people are LIVING THERE. The staff in the office of this location is very unfriendly and lacking in customer service, although the staff in the actual storage area were much nicer and tried to be helpful. Based on these issues I chose to move to a different storage facility after my first month there.
I had a great experience using U-Haul services at this location. Amanda, Louis, katelyn and Isabela were terrific. Very helpful, professionals and tend to all our needs. They were awesome. Thank you.
A square unit was referred To as a 5x7. When we complained we were told to speak to management. Then we asked for a 5x10 and the unit was locked. We wasted at leasts 1-1/2 hour moving boxes in and out of units.

I will be writing to U-Haul HQ to recommend that you put in place a zero tolerance of abuse of your staff similar to e.g. the MTA in New York City - the communication style of your customers is generally abusive and your staff have a coping mechanism to tolerate it that essentially tunes it out ... it's quite something to observe ... added to this a number of staff at this location are African American. At this moment in time it's essential that you act immediately to address this. The staff at this location are wonderful, kind, helpful and putting up with an outrageous amount of aggressive behavior. I am not sure why that is happening, but it should be stopped and immediately.
I made a reservation and it was not available, I was forced to move in to smaller unit or pay 100 dollars more for a bigger unit. Beyond disappointed that my reservation was not respected and I had to pay more for less. Additionally the unit I got has a huge beam that I was not told about.
Compared with my experience at other local storage facilities this one was definitely below par. The office staff was not helpful or efficient and seemed annoyed by simple questions. There is a 2x1 foot column taking up precious space in the unit I was assigned which I wasn't told about prior to renting and only found out about when I started moving into the unit. I had to wait a half hour for someone to address this issue and then another half hour to find out there wasn't really another alternative; all the while paying my movers to wait around at $150/hour....This is not good customer service! Also there was food spilling out of two units, not to mention rodent traps everywhere. When I mentioned this to one of the staff they said, "well, some people actually live in their units" This seems completely unacceptable to me. How could your staff know this and not do anything about it? Not sure how long I will stay. It's not a bad facility but you should really work on your customer service.
Spoke to the agent two days prior to the need of the storage unit. All worked out perfectly upon arrival of the storage unit.
The entry was painful, the code didn't work, then the keycard was a struggle to be able to know which entry point to swipe into, there are at least 3 in the same area but I have to go the correct one.
Everyone was very professional. Amanda and Isabela were very kind, patient and helpful to accommodate us and our needs. We really appreciated all theIr help.

My customer service was very poor no real help or directions.
I found all of the staff I observed were very pleasant and helpful. They took precautions of keeping themselves and clients safe with proper mask, gloves and social distancing. The storage areas were well lit, vended and clean. I would return and recommend to anyone to consider using this facility .
Top staff and faculty.
This facility has really stepped up for the times we are in. Someone checked in with me as I got there to ask if I needed anything as I was vacating one of our units and then when I checked out the person who helped me was extra helpful and patient.
Staff went out of their way to help us, even during a global crisis.
Great place and very clean
after 6 attempts to have my contact information updated w/ the staff at uhaul, my ex spouse is still receiving emails regarding my rental & storage space (( billing, confirmations for van & starage facility, etc. )) instead of me. fortunately, my ex spouse reached out to me & shared the information needed but my ex spouse & I are not on good terms, have a difficult past & these communications were NOT an enjoyable experience associated w/ my move // storage experience. my initial booking was made in early march of 2020 & my ex spouse was still receiving emails as of this morning ((4/25/20)) instead of me *after 6 attempts // phone & in-person conversations w/ uhaul staff. one would hope one staff member at uhaul could have been successful at correcting this issue.

There are a few places where improvement is needed. It seems one of the elevators is chronically under repair. Also, I had trouble loading the van when I moved out. It seemed there were a great many vehicles from the staff that were parked in the very few spaces that are available to the customers to get stuff in and out of their storage unit. I didn't notice before I moved out because I walked to my storage unit to drop off/pick up just a few things at a time. There were way too many UHaul vans parked behind the spots making it really hard to maneuver. I understand the staff need a place to park, but when say 10 out of 12 spaces are taken, the customers suffer. Lastly, it could have just been the day, but the bathrooms on the third floor and ground floor were a mess. I had used the 3rd floor bathroom two hours before and it was clean and stocked. I know you cannot monitor all bathrooms, but this storage space seemed to have a problem with the bathrooms just about any time I used them. Again, I know you have limits, but something must be done to serve the paying customers. Cheers!

Dear Marybeth thank you and Uhaul so so much for helping me to get my things back, I've been your customer for 7 or 8 years until I had my misfortune, I really apreciate your help and I will recommend you always, I just recived 4 big bags and 1 small bag but there's supposed to be 4 big bags and 3 small bags, i' m missing 2 small bags, the 2 small bags are a store box with a pair of expensive cowboy boots and a small suitcase, the delivery driver said he had 6 bags In total but he only had 5 bags In total and said that's It, Please check this and find the other 2 small bags please = the small suitcase and the store box with the cowboy boots, thank you.
Over-priced; website doesn't work to make payments. Also, the staff on the phone seemed incompetent when I tried to make payments, so I had to physically go into the store to pay my monthly bill. Is this 2020? Not according to Uhaul!

I felt my personal belonging were in a nice safe storage area that was well maintained. I would definitely refer my friends to u-haul.
The manager of this site is responsive, efficient and helpful. However my experience was that front desk staff is disengaged from customers, more engaged with each other, not very communicative

Open late which was a plus! The line to get set up with a unit was very slow and I had to go back through it three times to finish. The unit is perfect though! Worth the wait.

When I terminated my rental, the facility charged my credit card for an additional month. I am now disputing this but cannot get the facility manager to return my call. Bad customer service!
I moved out earlier than expected because my unit was never set up on autopay even though that is what I requested at the time I signed up. I called and emailed the location SEVERAL times.
since I am a first time customer, when I called and got a reservation number I though we had established a room and a price...spent a lot of time exploring different options. When I go there it wasn't
Changed my res without telling me, reserved incorrect unit, switched my unit, had to leave my truck and $500 worth of belongings were stolen. Terrible company and even worse cust service- disgraceful.
For starters, there was an inexplicably long wait just to check in or pick up my reservation. In addition, the customer service reps were really rude and inattentive. I wasn’t happy with my experience
We have had a very positive experience at this U-Haul recently as we prepared for a move and rented a storage unit. Everyone was very helpful and friendly and provided excellent customer service.

There is an exceptional amount of slow time here. It seem many people aren't working and just hanging around. All the storage bays are blocked by staff personal cars, and noone gets up to help.
The amount of time each person spends in line is absolutely ridiculous. It took me longer to get through the line than it did to load my entire storage unit.
The line was long but it was fast

Terrible place. Water fountain hasn’t worked for 6 months. Most carts are broken. Some members of staff are nice, but most are extremely rude. Avoid like the plague.

I had help from Kaelynn, Ms. Diamond, and Nadiah (on the phone) that was EXCEPTIONAL. I told Ms. Diamond that they clearly hire workers who are both friendly and very helpful. I recommend strongly!

Our truck was not ready so we had to wait over 30 mins. When the agent found a truck for us, all went well
Anytime I had an issue I had trouble finding help and was given a run around. Manager was never present at the time of need. It was advertised that it was 24hr access which they denied me.

I was charged when I was told I wouldn't be for storage. A month was supposed to be free with my van rental.
The staff is very aggressive toward customers. The amount of day laborers on the property and within the storage areas is over whelming. There are never any available parking spaces either.
There are not enough staff to run this facility. The lines are very long and you will have a terrible wait. There are not enough carts for the storage facility. The parking lot staff are unhelpful.
I would never use U haul storage ever again. Worst experience ever. First, my phone call to reserve felt rush almost like a sales call. Then it took me 2hrs at storage to get a storage unit. They SUCK

Worst storage experience anyone could have asked for. We got stuck in the elevator several times. The team there took forever to check out anyone on the line. The keycards kept getting disabled. Awful

facility well lighted but not secure, day workers in premises looking to be hired. can not access spots reserved for tenants to load and unload because to many u-haul trucks blocking area .

Storing at UHaul Park Slope was an extremely pleasant experience, the staff is incredibly helpful and pleasant and the facility was clean and convenient.
Convenient location and easy access. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful.
While I am excited about the unit I was able to secure, the service could not have been slower. Between the urgency of the staff and the system being slow, I was there for 90min before I was helped.
The experience was smooth snd would use this facility again
I am most disappointed that I did not receive a refund for the services that I did not. I no longer needed storage after day 6, so 80% of my time remained, and I didn't get a refund for that.

The check in staff was very lackadaisical and did not fully explain the procedures involved with using the storage space. We had to rely on other customers to explain how to use the access card.
It was an overall great experience and I will recommend Uhaul to friends.

i had to call 3 times in order to receive my vacancy confirmation. 3 TIMES! Staff needs to learn the basics of customer service. Obvious they all hate their jobs and resent their customers.

I have seen rodent droppings in my unit a few times, and on many occasions there were various dirty objects pushed into my unit either from other units or through the cracks around the door.
Staff was very helpful and accomodating. They sent my u-box quickly as well as text message updates on ETA.

The reason for the 3 stars is two(2) things. 1. The extremely slow process. This has to do with the customer service line. 2. People in uhaul property, offering to help for a price. Not good.

Filthy. Not climate controlled. Second elevator added only after expansion. Had a room at Extra Space just blocks away where the it felt like a hotel- Clean, nice smell and climate controlled.

The staff here are among the most rude people I have encountered. Not interested in even basic customer service and treating everyone with contempt- was there on a busy day and they couldnt handle it

Had a storage here for years, and it was always convenient and reasonably priced, with small increases in price year over year. Moved because I moved away. Had one leak into my unit 2 years ago,
It seems there were multiple internal miscommunications on my move in and move out date; on both occasions leaving us waiting there for over an hour and a half or longer. Friendly, but not helpful
Moving Help had to wait 2-3 hrs for my Ubox, I had called many times to ensure that all was ready but it was not. Just called again to try to understand but wasn't able to sort it out.
My box was on one of the newer floors, which was brightly lit and always clean. Staff mopping every time I was there ... day or night. Bathrooms so clean and spotless. Wanted to move in myself! WOW
Had a great experience this time around. Promptly made it to the counter without any wait. Assisted with promphecck out of the unit too. The facility including the restrooms is alwaclean
I don't have any complaints about this facility. Secure & clean ..I would recommend using this Park Slope location.

The only thing I was not happy about was how hot it was on the 2nd floor where my storage unit is.

Service was extremely slow, only one person was at the counter with so many people in line. The map to my storage unit was useless. The 4th floor smelled like a sewer. My unit wasn’t locked.
I was sent to the wrong storage unit. Wait time was 2 hours to just get access to my pre-registered storage unit, granted it was the end of the month, so I understand that.
Very convenient location, friendly staff, easy access, but definitely has some cockroaches! Saw live ones once a month in the facilities, and found a couple dead ones in my boxes when I moved out. EWW
The staff is simply amazing especially the manager that was taking care of my cancellation. If all U-HAUL facilities had the same professional and friendly staff teams, that would be stellar!
My 10 years storing things here was great. Just wanted to know if Uhaul could provide a lock cutters on the premises. The disk locks jam after long use and cause the keys to break inside the locks.

Miss Laura; the customer service representative who assisted me with rental of the storage unit was professional, courteous, kind and overall awesome. The cleaning staff is very hard working.
The staff at U Haul of Pakslope were champs dealing with the long line of customers on Saturday. An extremely busy day and they were professional and courteous - great job!
Upon arrival the line was wrapped around the store, but there were only two employees at the counter. It took one hour to get to the front. They should have separate lines for different services!

At the facility, staff makes no attempt to work quickly when there is a long line. When I called, I was on hold for a full hour—no one ever picked up. Natl cust svc could not reach anyone by phone/IM.

Storage account closure made difficult. You move everything out then go to checkout, only to have the service rep walkie-talkie to someone for a storage check. Then you hope someone heard it. Time!!!
I like this location, but you need more staff! There is always a line. Other than that, I have no complaints. It's always clean, there are always rental trucks available.

Some of the worst service I've ever experienced. So understaffed and some of them incompetent. Way too busy of a location. Two hours to pick up a Ubox and we had to tell the worker it was loaded wrong

I have never seen such poor customer service! Between not answering the phone, not returning phone calls, lack of communication between employees, misinformation multiple times, errors on the order.
Truck parking was too far from storage. Staff was not helpful. Illogical/inefficient layout of storage with low ceilings, no light and a large column in the middle of the storage unit. Bad experience
I just emptied my storage unit at Uhaul's 4th Ave. and 6th St. location in Park Slope - same unit for 9 years and I've never had a problem. I'd go there again.
My first time using their storage and I couldn't have wished for a better experience: affordable, convenient and really helpful staff.
The staff is slow, under trained, and unorganized. It took me 25 minutes to buy boxes. I will never use another U-Haul facility again based on my experience.
Disorganized operation. Ubox arrived to wrong location, Made reservation 30 hours prior to pick up my items from Ubox in my day off, upon arrival was told that reservation does not exist! No excuses
