I was given a location for pickup when I made my reservation on line and requested "text" as contact method. I showed up at the original location and the location had changed. Today I saw the e-mail but was packing and had not checked e-mail. Expected to receive a text as specified. Drove to the new location and key was in the wrong lockbox. Finally got key and then phone check in stopped working and we were told to see a customer representative. Had to wait 23 minutes to talk to someone. More than two hours from the time we got to the first location, we left with the truck. We had an 8 am reservation and got on the road after 10 am. Totally unacceptable.Allen K.
I used your online login to try to get my truck. It took significantly longer to process than going to the counter. While the store was clean and stocked, they were very understaffed. The gentleman who helped me on Thursday when I picked up did an excellent job of managing the store and finalizing the processing of my pickup.Stephanie S.

Empty crate was not picked up on scheduled day, there were mice in my crate, and then the delivery rates were double what I originally signed up for, from $99 to $199. My reservation was moved to another location two days beforehand. It's my understanding that I ordered a furniture dolly. When I got to pick-up the people behind the counter said dollies get given out as they come in and they were out. That left me in a lurch. When I dropped the truck off I was 1/16th off and got dinged for $10. It is what it is, it if a friend asksâ€¦SEAN O.

The pickup- location was actually the 2nd pick-up location. My first pick-up location was actually Baltimore. I was supposed to rent a 10ft truck from 5129 Reistertown Rd at 4pm. Uhaul arrived a day late dropping off our UBox putting us way behind schedule. Then, they were a day late picking it back up (mechanical issues) and the persons moving in complained as it blocked the driveway/garage and they couldn't unload. It was then 5 days late (over 1 month later) arriving to Arizona!! We were also told that we would be able to borrow a ball to tow it to our home and back and upon arrival to the Uhaul facility we were told that we would have to purchase one? Terrible!! We have always used PODS and unless Uhaul rectifies this horrible moving experience for us, we will go back to using them again! This was incredibly expensive for us to go through all that we did and expect more of a compensation!Angie R.

The truck was 2 hours late being returned by the person before us which cost us an unnecessary added 2 hours of paying movers to total $240. Then we were still charged $20 for the after hours return fee. So, this location cost us $260 that was not part of our moving budget, nor was it our fault.
