The person that used the trailer before me left it dirty with a bunch of cardboard and a dirty blanket on the floor and twine hanging on the walls. I know that trailers are parked tightly together but this one wasn't checked. I cleaned out the trailer and swept it before I returned it. The previous user should have been charged to get it clean.

Yes I would I went to another U-Haul location just before this one and they were very unprofessional and rude so left there and went to this location great customer service

Not enough staff when I dropped off the trailer. I had to disconnect it myself. Other than that, this rental experience was high quality.

Staff was good, vehicle was good. The only problem I have is the lack of parking for customers to leave vehicles while using U-haul autos.

When I originally reserved my truck I asked the agent what was the biggest truck a G license could drive and she said 15 foot so I took her at her word and reserved that. I later found out by my friend on the day of the move that I could have reserved a 20 foot truck. When I called to complain the guy said it was my problem and I should have doubled checked when I got to the location to make sure. So I told him "So your telling me that the cx agents are stupid and I should double check everything? Plus there were only 15' or smaller at the location" he said he would file a co.complaint and I'd hear back within 24/48hrs which is bullshit cuz I haven't " 1* If that

Equipment ready when we got there to pick it up...Easy check in and an even easier check out on returning equipment.

Offer parking in the lot. It’s really inconvenient to rent a truck and have to find somewhere else to park our vehicle.

The vehicle was not clean at all and I had to wipe down. We also had to stop along the way to buy window cleaner to clean the inside window as when the sun hit we couldn't see for the grim. Other than that it was a seamless rental and we were very happy with everything.

Truck had cockroaches...bad customer service...and yet they charged us a whole day for extra 30 mins

Be more dependable. It seemed like I was always updating my reservation. I had enough stressful things going on. Every time I thought I could put the truck issue behind me, I would get another email with wrong conformation information again. A lot of my time wad spent on the phone. On the 30th through the corse of the day, I spent about 3 hours on hold. The whole time hearing “make your reservations now, be prepared. Why you don’t keep reservations, so why say be prepared. U- Haul caused me a lit of stress. I am sorry that I did not understand how your operation worked.

It always takes way too long to get through checkout. My friends came to help me and we ended up waiting for over 30 min to get our truck and all the paper work done. When they are the ones volunteering their time to help me move. Then they couldn’t find my truck. I’m sorry but it should have been ready and waiting. VERY disorganized. I’ve also waited forever to wait to drop my car off. They don’t seem too concerned for customer experience or even their job

While this location was overall acceptable, after I dropped off the unit, I received an automated message a few days later telling me I never returned the unit. After phoning the location to try to sort this out, and essentially being blamed for the incident and not having 'correct information' (even though I presented the info I had available to me and at drop off I was told a receipt would be emailed to me for verification, that never came), they eventually went and checked their lot and phoned me back to say "sorry it was here and not logged correctly" and that was it. Now I understand that mistakes happen, but to blame the customer and waste my time 1) to phone in and wait on hold 2) to be transferred and defend myself against blame and 3) to be phoned back only to say "sorry" is very off-putting to me. Not sure what else I would have liked to have happen to remediate the situation, other than it being done correctly in the first place, it did not make for a pleasurable experience, adding to all of the issues I had in attempted booking and pickup to start at other locations.

Benjamin and Donald were great. Ben went out of his way to be really helpful and without his help I would have struggled. All the staff was friendly and helpful

There was one older gentleman working there who just seemed to be angry and yelling at everyone. In person and on the phone. other staff were all great. But this one guy - miserable.

Reserved a dolly for my move then was informed that they rented it out to somebody else. Was told they are rented first-come-first-served, regardless of reservation, which utterly defeats the purpose.

They ran out of ice melt and the place was so piled full of snow my unit was hazardous to access. The outside guys were kind, moving 4 trailers so we could get my truck a little closer. rough day.

The experience of storing items at this Uhaul went very well. The staff member seemed to know his stuff, and was very efficient.

Ordered a 26' truck more than a week in advance and was offered a 15' with a small trailer add on. Cancelled order and went with Penske. Never use or want to hear from you people again

Forced to take a large storage after reserving a small, credit card was not billed and was forced to pay a late fee even though the office staff messed up. Staff are not friendly. Not using again

I had reserved my storage online and when I came in person the reservation was non existing. Then it took longer for them to get me another storage. Now my storage has water in it. Expensive not happy

We had a very good experience at this location. The young gentleman that assisted us showed us a two different storage rooms and was very efficient with the paperwork. He explained the process well.

I didn’t like the fact that they were rats in the facility and my things had rat feces. Other than that staff was amazing and very helpful.

Service and staff were great the only drawback is how busy the end of month was, there were too many clients for the amount of staff but they were friendly and courteous.

I enjoyed my experience at U-Haul. The storage unit kep my things dry and clean. My storage was in the basement so it wasn’t always practical to get into the storage unit sometimes the clerk was busy

Please update your point of sale card readers to accept chips. Using machines that only swipe cards triggers fraud alerts for TD Bank since most Canadian businesses use swipe-only card readers.

I am appalled by what's happened to my personal belongings at this storage facility. 75% of my items (most valuable!) were bitten into and damaged by mice urine and feces. Missing basic pest control!

Upon calling to confirm receipt of my storage, I was told that my confirmed storage unit was given to someone else but to throw more salt in the wound, there was no more units at all & told "oh well"

I was told by your call centre that a unit was reserved and would be waiting for me at this location - I arrived and staff said there were no available units. It was stressful / shouldn't have occured

The storage unit leaked rain water and several of our belongings got wet. One day over the phone staff mistakenly advised that they had no record of our information.

DO NOT RENT A STORAGE LOCKER FROM THIS PLACE. Tamrat Meherete cannot get it through her head that my storage contract ended the 4th of April 2018. I keep getting threats for payment. Duh.contract over
