Might be helpful to give customers a tutorial on the basics such as: where headlights switch and interior lights are located, wipers etc.

I already recommended You to a Daughter in the Lord, who’s rented, used and has returned a van, last week. I intend using U-haul storage space after I pay off what I owe and dirt out things fir Overseas shipping.... The staff has been most gracious to an old woman....

This facility was excellent. Unfortunately we were notified weeks ago that our truck would be at a different facility, and we got there to find the place was closed. Called the 800 number and then got directed to 225 Scotland Road. Apparently the pickup location had been changed but nobody had told me.

Better costumer service. Because they didn't explain me what I was supposed to do on the link. They over charged me. The lady was not helpful. They said on the paper that fuel was full and when I left I took a picture of it. When I return the truck they said I didn't full the gas and I put gas as I first received and they said that was my fault for not checking or do something on the link. First they should warn us. Or advice me.. to make sure everything was correct, before saying "we can't do anything." Very bad experience.

The share service needs major improvement. The whole.point is to just arrive on location, get your key fr the box and be on your way. Nothing worked and I ended up having to go inside, and pretty much having an attendant do my order all over again. Spent almost 30 minutes doing all of this. Precious time that I didn't have

I would not advise using this service. I had a $350 wing back chair that was heavily damaged in the move. There was several rips and tears in the leather. The damage was not repairable, so we had to throw the chair out, which was very disappointing. Additionally, when i went to unload my UBox, it was not pulled, so i had to pay my movers an additional fee to hang out and wait for the UBox to be pulled down, which took over an hour to even start the process. I will not use the UBox system again because of the unnecessary hassle and expenses that i inquired during this process.

My reservation got pushed 3 hrs in this far place location I scheduled ahead of time and there was one furniture dolly I reserved which was not available and made my moving more tiring. Also It took them 30 mins to give me the truck with the moving blankets to be ready for me to leave. Very poor organization and management of the place.

Only accounting problem was that I paid 2 mos rent in advance but U-Haul kept sending me late notices in error. Took calls, emails, and 3 weeks to fix it, but they gave me a credit for my trouble

Horrible experience , my lock was removed and replaced by Uhaul and all my furniture was stolen. Reported to police and took 3 days after several calls and messages for manager to return call.

UBOX was perfect for my daughter's dorm items for summer break. We live in California and it would have been difficult to move items back and forth. I would highly recommend this option.

I told the staff a few times that I'd be putting some large garbage bags in the dumpster & asked re: "dumpster fee". Got different answers. Checked out with $25 "cleaning fee". Confusing.
