The customer service was the worst I have ever had. I was made to feel like I was the first inconvience of the day , having this been my first time ever renting a moving truck I had questions about the policy and agreement and the awnsers were very short and I was left with many questions. My sales rep was the general manager I hope he was just filling in because he should not have contact with any customers that come their he really ruined the experience for me.

U-haul seems to think everyone has internet to log truck return and for pick up also. Many people in Montana DO NOT have internet. I called the company Saturday night to advise we dropped of the truck. I was put on hold for 43 minutes and then the guy answered and hung up before I could say hello. I called back and was told I should not of been transferred and had to fill out information on the internet. I explained I did not have internet service at our home. Her answer was I am sorry you must do it on line. I had to drive 30 miles to return the truck and call. It is crazy I am required to find internet to do the work u-haul should be responsible for. I will not recommend your company to anyone. Your customer service stinks

1. The cabin of the truck was filthy dirty, it had animal hair all over, animal food spilled everywhere and was infested with Fleas. We got bit by fleas the whole way to our destination, my dog got infested with fleas, we had to look for a place to stop by and buy flea medication and flea poison. 2. The door insulation was old and torn, it kept coming off, therefore the air noise in the cabin was extreme and very uncomfortable.

The returning of a truck having to go online, is nothing Las then difficult , twice I have had to call in to check in that it has been returned. I believe most customers are tired and exhausted after their move to have to deal with this prices after hours ,, it takes me an additional 45-@0 just to return the truck online, what happened to dropping off the keys and go,, wait also an additional $20 for doing that . What happened to taking care off your VALUED CUSTOMERS, That they will be charged a fee ??

The left handle on the ramp was missing making it very difficult to re-insert the ramp to the truck. Also, the ramp was very difficult to raise and insert to the truck

I took trailer # UV6475C to U-Haul Service Center @ 1402 S. 3rd Ave. Yuma, Az 85364 on approx 10:30 AM on Nov 01, 2019. I waited about 10 minutes and went into your office and your General Manager said, someone is out in lot and they would be with me shortly. I went back outside and waited under your drive way canopy about another 10 minutes finally a uhaul rep that was running a forklift moving some storage boxes came and unhooked and pushed my trailer into your lot. I asked him if he needed my contract papers and he said, "no that was not necessary. He did say, our pickup truck is setting in way of your leaving let me move it and you are free to go." I said fine thank you for your help. He movied the pickup truck that was setting idle under cannapy so I could leave. Now today I get an email that says I have not returned the trailer and I talked with one of your rep's at 800-468-4285. After talking to your rep I decided to go back to your Service Center and see if my trailer was still there. Sure enough it was not there. I went into office today Nov 4 and talked to a rep about dropping off trailer on Nov 1, 2019 at approx 10:30AM. He looked in computer records and said it was not checked in... He asked me if I dropped it off under canopy on drive way because he has a video camera there and recorder and wanted to know what date and time I dropped it off. I explained it was about 10:30AM Nov 01, 2019... I said no I was not directly under canopy when he unhooked because there was a Uhaul pickup truck setting under canopy when I was there. Your rep looked at video and said he had nothing showing at that time of day... that's all he said... so where does this leave me??? Does this mean you have an employee that parked a pickup under canopy which blocked me from pulling under camera's so I would not be recorded as delivering trailer and then he could steal the trailer and have it charged to me.... no thank you I will not pay for the trailer as being stolen... your General Mgr. was setting behind desk and not monitoring anything in your uhaul service center on Nov 1, and he was doing only the same thing on Monday Nov 4, when I was there today... the building where your employee was working moving rental boxes with fork lift was not there today as he was on Friday. So did he steal trailer ??? I am very discusted with UHaul at this time because of this issue and the location that was on contract to return trailer to was locked up and no one there to receive trailer... that is another issue with problems in Yuma, AZ Oh, and your employee would not give me a receipt for trailer when I asked for one... he said it would be logged in today (Nov 01, 2019) and automatically end contract. So I suggest you have problems in Yuma, that need supervision changes done...

I rented this trailer due to its advertised measurements. When I loaded it, I noticed the 4ft advertised width was in fact, 9inches narrower! It was, however a bit longer than the advertised 7ft, so i was still able to load what i needed, with no other issues!

Right after signing my contract, I found a discrepancy in the amount of gas in the truck. There was less in the tank than on the contract. I did not appreciate being told to “take a picture and send it in to the website.” After some discussion, the U Haul employee amended my contract, but it added more anxiety to an already stressful day.

I confirmed my pick up time and apparently that was not communicated to the people working that day so they had to scramble to make my container available. Friendly and helpful though.

First time using UBox Shipped goods from East Coast to Yuma. All went well. Very positive experience. Yuma UHaul stored UBox for about 10 days. Very professional staff. Great manager
