1. Your website would not allow me to return truck through the online method after hours. Then you turned around and charged me $20 in fees. That's on your end! 2. You charged me $7 for a utility dolly that I never used. The zip-tie was never on that dolly when I picked it up...that's on your end! I didn't touch that dolly. 3. You claim that I left the truck's gas short 1.7 gallons? What are you talking about? The gauge was exactly in the same spot one-tick above quarter of a tank. I have photo documentation. Conclusion: I was charged $40 extra on this transaction ($20 plus, $7 plus, $8 in gas, plus taxes) for no good reason. I have spent a ton of money this year with Uhaul..look it up. Location is legit and not so mom and pop. Which is rad, but the calls go through call center and I was sent to the wrong location. I arrived and internet was being serviced (after weirdo rep didn't acknowledge me for a legit 5 minutes), and I waited 20 minutes for service to be restored to find my reservation wasn't there. So I went to correct place and though I was way behind schedule the rest went great. Wish I could just deal with the team.HUNTER R.

I tried calling at least 8-10 times prior to picking up the trailer. No one ever answered, the calls were always forwarded. I rented a 15 foot truck to pick up an item that was 5.3 miles from the Uhaul location. My house is less than .2 miles from the Uhaul location. I picked up the truck and upon arriving at my destination realized that the roll up door was locked and the key provided did not open it. They told me they would not charge me for the mileage to return and pick up the correct key. I went back, got the key, and returned to my destination. As a result, what should have been an 11 mile round trip turned into a 22 mile round trip. When I returned the truck the GM of this location informed me I had driven 56 miles. I told him that was incorrect, and showed him my exact route. He agreed to lower the mileage to 20 or so. So in the end he still charged me for my extra mileage, even though it was his fault. Then he said it wasn't his job to check the mileage and made it seem like I had done something wrong even though I was inconvenienced by his incompetence and overcharged. Even though it is close, I will never return to this location. There's a Penske just down the street and they have never provided me with poor customer service like this. If I can help it, I will not use Uhaul again.IAN A.

I had reserved a dolly. When I got there I was told it wasn't available. This was a major inconvenience because I needed it for what I was moving in the truck I had rented. The girl was not apologetic and recommended I go buy one for cheap somewhere. I explained that it was a bait-and-switch situation as I would not have rented if I realized there was no guarantee that this essential tool would be available. I then went outside and told my boyfriend what happened, we went back in and tried talking to someone else working. He gave us a hard time as well until he finally called to someone asking if there was one available that they did not know about. Turns out that there was one back there the whole time that they could have gave me! They just never took the time to check until we made a big enough deal out of the situation. Despite all the issues and drama they still had the audacity to charge me for it, which I found extremely rude and petty. There was no remorse or apology. Horrible customer service. I will now seek out another company if I need to rent a haul vehicle that can guarantee my reservation and better customer service for troubleshooting.Patrick P.

Ryan was great!! He hooked up our cargo trailer and he was there for us when we turned it in. He was professional, nice and really showed a concern for our safety with the trailer. Thank you Ryan if it hadn't been for you we would never use U-Haul again because trying to get and reserve the trailer was a nightmare through the phone system. My complain is not about the location but abut Uhaul. Uhaul didn't have the size of the truck I reserved and I was contacted one day prior so I had to get a smaller truck and go back and forth a couple times, I wouldn't recommend Uhaul.ERICK R.
Answer the phone. When I called to ask if the rental was for 24 hrs because your site did not make it clear, it took 1/2 hour. When I called to confirm that the trailer was there for my reservation the day of pickup, it took 1/2 hour. When I picked up the trailer, I stood in line 1/2 hour. Some people in the yard had their mask below their nose. These people believe that covid is not worse than the flu. (flu=20,000deaths/year+/-, covid=250,000 deaths in 9 months, probably 400,000 deaths when we get to 12 months) I don't care what thoughts are going through their ignorant and arrogant heads, but leave me out of it. I had a reservation for 1:30pm for a car trailer it said they had it at there location and i was about to pull in to uhaul and they called me saying they didn't have the trailer on the lot so i said a car dolly is fine so i walked in and went to go pay and the lady at the cash register said i would get some of my money back when i returned the car dolly the pricing starts at $44.95 for a car dolly after insurance and taxes it came out to $75.00 for some odd reason charges didn't add up and the service was slow with only one person in front of me and they still continued to try and persuade me buy stuff i didn't need and ended up being there for 45 minutes to and hour just waiting for them to get the car dolly hooked up going to a different company next time really bad service at that locationphilip M.

First off I was promised a 15" truck when I made the reservation 2 weeks before I needed it. 3 days before My rental day I asked if I can drive it 1 way. They said yes, 2 days before I was asked it I would take a 20" truck instead. I didnt want to, U haul said I would be charged the 15' price and they would take care of me. I took the 20' was charged for the 20' where I dropped it off gave me a hard time because it was like a 1/2 gallon short. Comunicate between stores.
