At that location should have better customer service. There attitude was deflating. I've never went to a location at Uhaul that showed so much unconcerned, Tried to have conversation on my receipt, just completed ignored me. She was a supervisor of that location, went to the back of building inside totally ignore me. I couldn't go to the back so I waited at least 29 minutes, for her to come out. Went to the side where the garage door was look inside she was upstairs at the top with the door open. She heard me knock hard on the garage door and went back inside of upstairs door. There was another employee who was there and I tried to get info from her about my receipt, she explain some detail but told me I need to speak with the Supvisor.Which I tried and she wouldn't respond, rented truck 9/22/2021 around 4(:0, brought truck back at 6:15pm or so. Walk in the supervisor was counting money on counter for the end of the day. She said hold on till her employee finish up with another customer, evidently she was still with customer and it was about 29 to 25 minutes before closing time so she decided to check me in herself, which took to almost closing time as she sat in the truck on her phone, wasn't using it for work detail, then came in around 10 min till closing time gave me the sheet said your card was charge for the job, which I stated to the employee who rented the truck out in the beginning that I want to pay cash, she said can do that when I get back.If that is the rule to do that than why don't they go by it. I inform the supervisor about it and she just ignored me completely. With attitude like that treating customer in a informal way, that location will loose buissness and I hope that someone would speak to that supervisor and make her aware of her actions. Just mark my words you want her the last of her attitude, there will be more come forth about her. I'm highly disappointed in this whole ordeal. It's so very sad that u guys dont give prompt attention to customer regards & complaints only by emails or surveys how do we know that you guys take heed to it. Where is the Headquarters the upper management that will give you feedback. Highly disappointed, I've used Uhaul all over the states and never got treated with so much disrespect. I just hope and Pray that your company will look into this matter, because it will happen again at that same location.MICHAEL R.

I was a little worried because the agent didn't go over all the dents, dings, scratches, and other defectives with me. I wasn't charged any additional fees so I was worried about nothing, but I would have preferred to have a list of previous damage areas or little stickers on all the damage prior to accepting the vehicles.DAVID R.

I was told that I could rent after hours via the app at this location, but it turned out that this location cannot do after hours rentals. When I showed up at 6:55, all of the employees were leaving for the day and I had to talk them into staying to make my rental. If I had been five minutes later, I would've missed my rental completely. The truck had a broken passenger-side mirror that should have been repaired prior to rental.David B.

The truck we were given was â€œsupposed to be taken out of rotationâ€ but was given to us anyway. When driving it, fumes would get into the cab and it gave us headaches. The AC didn't work in the first truck I picked up. I drove it a few miles to make sure it didn't get cold and to find a place to turn around. When I went back to trade for a different truck, the agent told me I would be charged for those miles. I said that's ridiculous and then she said, "If I have to fill out all this paper work to change trucks, I'm going to charge you for the miles". Later she mentioned something about charging me for miles and gas. I didn't think much about it until I got home. The truck had about 3/8 of a tank of gas and my paper work showed 1/2. She charged me an extra 1/8 tank of gas for driving 4-5 miles in the first truck. If I hadn't been in need of getting the truck that night, I would have cancelled and never gone back. I'll be calling customer service as well.DARRELL R.

I had concerns the day of rental with the truck and I mentioned my concerns with the location manager and she shrugged my major concern off as if I didn't know what I was taking about.Stating that its a a diesel truck and that they sound like that however I told her that I've never heard a U-Haul truck sound like that before also I mentioned that the passenger handle in the cab was broken on the on the right hand side of the truck she said she was aware of it however my major concern was the high idle and the rugged way it was running and she said that it had just received a new Muffler and that is fine. However it was not the battery light keep coming on and when the truck was parked backwards into a driveway on an incline it would not start. I am not happy and I do not agree with the charges for this vehicle. I've been renting from U-Haul for over 20 years and this was one of my worst experiences.DAHLIA P.

I didn't get the dolly I paid for until the next day. Then when I went to go get it the next morning the lady was rude when I pulled up. Didn't even want to answer my question because I didn't pull into the correct area. She just shook her head no. Then pointed to the parking area. Then when I said I just have a question. She shook her head no. So I parked went inside showed the lady at the desk my order. Went back outside to get what I had paid for then she had the nerve to question if I went inside to confirm rather or not I showed my order to the front desk lady. At that point I didn't even want her to speak to me. She could've been nice about the whole thing and told me what I needed to do to get what I paid for. I went up there at 9:30am and that's when this occurred. So whoever was working on the inside of that truck this morning needs to learn better customer service skills.ELSTON B.
The owner had a temper and proceeded with cursing because a door was locked. This was after she gave attitude about the estimated mileage for the move. The vehicle was turned in with 2.5 miles less than estimated. Let's just say that she might have missed the day customer service was on the topic. Moving is hard enough when the temperatures are over 100 degrees and the only help you have is your wife with a bad back and your 3 kids, 13, 10, & 8. We also returned the truck 4 hours early.Ryan H.

I was falsely accused of being responsible for cigarette ashes in cup holder and charged $50 cleaning fee. I do not smoke never have never will (63yrs old). The tall young man working that day (7/15/2021) needs to be addressed with Corporate HR. He showed indications of anger and disrespect to customers. After several minutes discussing this situation with 2 Uhaul lady employees I was able to get the $50 cleaning fee refunded but it wasn't an easy task.
