The truck was clean and almost like new. The air-conditioner came on and off. It was difficult sometimes during the drive, even with the windows down. The air was more constant after the sun went down. The truck was very good, the service in OKC was excellent, and this was the first time I used to option to drop the truck off after hours on the Jimmy Carter location.John B.
Very kind staff, we knew we missed our window to check in with the workers because we pulled up at 5:05, but they were still inside and ran to us to take our keys! They said they were still there so they will continue to help us with our service even though they were technically closed! That was so appreciated because the last time i had so much trouble with the online checking in. Thanks UHaul!Brianna R.

The back of the truck was not clean. The uhaul wouldn't start and needed a jump. I told the person at the uhaul location and she still chose me for another day because i couldn't get the truck started not once but three different times. The representative was rude and hung up the phone in my face when i called to see why i was charged extra. I also put $20 in the gas tank literally before i dropped it off and they said i didn't put gas in the vehicleTERRANCE W.

The extra star came because it had available units and boxes for sell; otherwise, It would've been one star. 1st off, I go to the store to pickup the 10x10 conditioned unit I reserved online. The manager argues with me the unit I reserved is non-conditioned. Then after some debate she rereads the paperwork to see I was right. 2nd I had purchased a lock with the reservation. She then argues I did not and charges me for a lock. I had to call later and inquire later in why I got charged for two locks and a separate employee had to refund me the money. 3rd the 10x10 unit measures a couple inches short of 9 ft one way and ~6 inches short of 10 ft the other way. I called 3 times on separate days to get an answer why and if I could get an actual 10x10 or reduced rate for the loss in square feet. I was told by the employees they would have to talk to the manager and call me back. I never received a call back. I then had to show up in person for the manager to argue with me again that it measures 10 ft by 10 ft. We go up and measure and sure enough the unit measured in short. Even as I watched the manager measure at angles to make it longer and measure the grate of the wall too. She then says to bad and says take it or move out. She can not provide me a deal and said take it up with corporate because it's over her head. 4th because the unit is smaller than expected, I had to reserve another unit. I called and they said they had none available but then was able to reserve one with corporate. I showed up and they had availability.Monte K. | First Impressions

I drove 48 miles, put 6.5 gallons of gas in and the worker say he has to charge me a gas fee. I tell them about my gas again and the manager says the worker didn't read it right. They give me the paperwork and as I get home I find they still charged me $12 for 2 gallons of gas. That means their truck gets 5 mikes per gallon. Something's wrong here either the truck or the management. Won't go there again.GREG E.

The lady working was extremely rude. She called me early Monday morning demanding I return the truck. I explained we extended our rental online and she argued with me and said it needs to be returned at 1:00 at the latest. When I explained why that wasn't possible, she said â€œso that's how it's gonna be, huh?â€ and then hung up on me. She should be fired.Brandon B.

It was so hot yesterday, that I had to stop to try and cool down numerous times. Since I was in Moore, OK. I called in to advise ( due to the heat I would not be able to make it by 6:45 as I had checked the truck out at 2 ish. I called in as instructed. A gentleman answered and advised if I brought it in by 8: am there would be no extra charge. So I got charged an extra day and was not told until after I checked in. Had I known that, I, would have kept the truck for the time I was charged. Next time I will go to RYDER!! I have been a really good customer for many years. I am a Senior Citizen, female do-it-yourselfer. I going to RYDER OR HERTZ next time.MONICA L.

So, moving is listed as one of the top three most stressful events a person will ever experience, right? Well if you want to make it the number one most stressful, then look no further! Robin at the NW Expressway store has you covered. I ordered my vehicle ahead of time through excellent customer service reps at the 39th and Tulsa location (Shout out to Chris for being kind and helpful!) and then had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Robin at the NW Expressway location. I came in to pick up my vehicle and she asked what my plans for the vehicle were. Moving. Did I really think I was going to need my vehicle for the multiple days I had booked it? Yes, that's why I booked it for multiple days. Then the fun came down the pipe. "You know there's a catalytic converter thief going around? He's gonna find you and he's gonna take the converter off this truck and you're going to have to pay for it." Well, I said I'm not too worried we have security cameras and it'll be stored in a safe place. "Oh you're using this for storage? Oh forget the converter he's gonna hotwire this truck and steal all your stuff and then you're not gonna have anything and you're gonna owe us a truck." I could go on and on about how she continues to go on and on about how all our possessions would be stolen and that renting the truck was a horrible idea but I'll move on to the way she treated the customer who walked in while we were dealing with paperwork. Her first words to this person were, "Oh I know you're not standing there looking at the menu like you ain't got a reservation. We don't have anything for you." Needless to say during the entire time I had the reservation I was so stressed out about theft or catalytic converter bandits that I didn't sleep for three days straight. So. I would personally like to thank Robin for her excellent maneuvering and making the process of moving truly the most stressful time in my entire life.Becki N.

This is the SECOND time I have been charged more than what my receipt says. Yes it will come off in 3 days but it's still annoying. I also got charged before I dropped my truck, then when I dropped it off I did not get a receipt in my email. My total was $77, my bank account says $99 was charged. Truck blew a tire after 15 miles. Tires were obviously worn and uhaul knew we were driving ~400 miles. Added 3 hours to our already long drive. On top of that, a last minute change to the pickup location wasn't ideal. The reservation was made in advance I'd expect uhaul to ensure the vehicle is at the expected location rather than pushing that to their customers.Ryan G.

Next time let me know that the $5.00 furniture pad rental is $5.00 per day .. It does not state that in the agreement nor was I told that by the rental agent. For $25.00 I could have bought a suitable replacement and kept all 6 of them....Patrick A.

You never know who you are talking to or what the customer does. Comments made and pictures being taken of the customers setup (trailer hitch) can be taken as a insult. The setup maybe that way for the customers living. If I accept the equipment that way then it is my responsibility and return it the same way I received it. That was the agreement.Jimmy S.
