The main problem with this location is that access to the loading dock is dususlly difficult. There's very little customer parking and often employees and customers who are not actively using the loading dock are parked in the spots in front of the loading dock. Personally once I have unloaded I move my car so that somebody else can unload while I'm inside the building. Don't force people to rent for 4 days minimum. It is a scam. It is a grift. People should be alllwed to rent for as many days as they think they need. If thet go over then charge them. I was forced to rent for 4 days. I returned the truck in 3 days. I couldve returned it on day 2.KONSTANTIN F.

Arrived a few minutes before my scheduled time to pick up the van. One of the team directs me to a vehicle he's finishing up (and not the one I thought was mine). I had already started the check in process on my phone when I was directed to the counter because "it's faster". I explained I already completed the step where you submit your pic and click on the I found my vehicle link. He still sent me inside. This was not faster. The friend behind the counter was polite and helpful and answered my questions. Unfortunately, checking in at the counter added about 10 minutes to my experience that I was not counting on since I planned to use the self check in feature. Never got a firm answer why I had to come inside to finish the pick up. My sense is the check in team needed a few more minutes to finish cleaning the windows. Also, the van was clean inside, however it was muddy on the running board which is why I checked equipment was not clean.brian S.

Everything was good except the final price I have paid. I rented a cargo van and I also paid for mileage too, I drove 144 miles and return it the same day in 6 hours and I paid about $136. Would be better if you won't charge for mileage.GHEVOND M.

My discontent is not so much with the location as it is with UHaul policy in general. I called looking for a 4x8 closed trailer for a 3 day rental. There were no 4x8 available in my area. There was a 5x8 but I would wave to pay the difference because UHaul didn't have the one I requested. If you rent an economy car at a car rental and they don't have, they bump you to the next size with no extra charge. Secondly.... I live in Glendale CA. There is a UHaul about 2.5 miles from me. They did not have trailer. I would have to go to North Hollywood to pick up. Not too bad, until they called the night before to tell me that the party currently renting was extending their rental. Now the trailer I need is not available. The associate was helpful in locating yet another one in Northridge, not really easily travelled. I made the drive to Northridge and requested to drop off at location near me on the day I return saving an entire day rental fee. They wouldn't let me do that, resulting in me having to return on 4th day, all the way back to Northridge. I feel I should have paid rate for 4x8 and that I should have been able to return to your Burbank location, saving me about $40 form what I paid.Edward D.

Extremely poor service from your company. I had made a reservation for a cargo van and when I arrived it was not available. NO attempt at contact to me was made to inform me that the rental is not available which is unacceptable. Thereafter, you found a truck 25 minutes away in north ridge... Well for one when customer calls customer service to tell you that truck is accelerating by itself and when trying to brake it Actually gets stuck accelerating and the RPM goes all the way up to the red number please listen to customer and look at videos he took to show mechanic,, but instead I had mechanic connect his device to engine computer and tells me that truck is ok and that the only problem is that I accelerated truck to hard and I'm forcing it,, basically everything I told him truck was doing by itself,,, he wouldn't see video and told customer service that I could drive it without problems,, I kept truck for extra days trying to make my delivery but every time I try driving it it gave me same issues and of course customer service just kept on telling me that it's ok to drive because technician said it was,,, I risked my kids life and myself trying to keep on driving it,, when I stopped at another U-Haul store they refused to do anything because it wasn't the location where I initially rented truck Bottom line is that no one took me seriously enough and did anything to help me when I was given a defective vehicleJose F.

The steering was sloppy, I had a hard time staying in my lane on the freeway. There was no wind pushing me around and yet it felt like it. Maybe that truck needs a front end alignment. That little cart was in the way, I needed all the space I could get and that bag was in the way as well. I rented a appliance dolly, why would I want a little cart? It was in the way.Don J.
