Trailer was great, pickup process was great, that part was definitely 5 stars. Your after hours return process was a nightmare, and ultimately didn't work. I had to call customer service to get that done once your website started sending me in circles. Probably an easier way to do that, especially for a trailer. I suggest dropping the share my location step, and have the directions go straight to the code on the office door.

Rented truck that had just been returned. No clean out on between. Would have been close to get truck turned around, but didn't help that employee sat in truck right where it was dropped off doing nothing for 10 mins as I waited inside to rent it before another employee helped me and ultimately called the other employee to bring truck around.

After I returned the truck, I noticed a charge for gasoline & a "service charge" of $30. The line was just shy of the 1/4 mark. I returned it with the same amount. Had I known I would be charged anyway, I wouldn't have wasted my time to bother getting a refuel. Why would a rental company NOT then fill it to full for the next person? It's a lot easier to refuel a vehicle to full, than to attempt to get it on an exact mark. Ridiculous.

Easy rental and return. Fast. Appliance dolly was in disrepair. Unbalanced when not in use and kept falling on people or anytime something was removed. Stair climber piece was broken so couldn't be used on stairs. It was also missing the rubber bumper on one side so loads slid to one side. Ended up not using at all because it was unsafe. Trailer was in ok shape overall.

We had to retrieve our truck ourselves from the back side lot in the rain with only 1.5 feet clearance on both sides. Then, when we returned it, the "system" was down so we never got checked in. So today, I had to call to get our receipt emailed to me. Not the usual smooth service like I get at the U-Haul on Morse Rd.

The instructions on where to find my reservation were too vague, a more specific location would have been helpful. While verifying my rental information via a second contact, I had to reach out to a representative to facilitate the process. Plus, I originally reserved at a different location and was transferred to this one while attempting to pick up my reservation. Overall, it was not a straightforward process to pick up my reservation.

The truck we rented was not in good shape at all. It was clean, but the steering was very loose, the drivers side door didn't seal at all, and was old overall. Definitely the worst truck I've ever rented from U-Haul.

I was charged for gas when I returned the vehicle with a full tank. $24.70 if they are seriously concerned with a little more than ONE GALLON, that is really something! Considering that I was NOT greeted. The two gals sitting behind the desk were startled by my presence because they were BOTH looking at their cell phones and having a personal conversation while eating breakfast. And offered to email my receipt. NEVER did they look over the truck while I was there and again I returned with a full tank of gas. If it held $4.70 that is just slightly over one gallon! Aren't we being a wee bit “PICKY” that would have BARELY even registered on the gas gage!!! WITALF?!?!?!

The location didn't check my vehicle in properly when I returned it so kept calling me asking when I was going to return. The message on the first day was indecipherable so I didn't know what was asking. On day two I called back after the second message and they saw that they had the key in their possession. This is TERRIBLE. If they hadn't found the key what would my recourse had been??? They should issue paper receipts at time of return so the customer has some proof of return. This is a huge liability issue to the customer.

Overall customer service was great. But I had To call at least 4 different people and continued to be charged for either my box or my storage unit that I was not using. Everyone said they'd fix it, but it took multiple calls to different people to fix and 2 months to get things straightened out and I'm still not confident that next month we won't repeat this process of being charged and me having to call won't happen.

Nothing but problems from DAY 1 , gave me the wrong unit had to go back several times to the office . Then when I went after hours I couldn't access my locker. Said I couldn't put my card in auto pay. Next month tried to charge me a late fee, then the manger put the same card on file for auto pay, the Previous rep said I couldn't. They made cards for entrance never let me know . Paid months for storage I couldn't even access. The least they could have done when I closed out my unit EARLY Was advise that there is no pro rated refunded and refunded something for the complete inconvenience. I may also report to the BBB- this was the most awful experience, don't know if I will use or recommend uhaul until you make me whole as a customer.

Rented me wrong size unit It was not cleaned Top of u it was not covered during g Construction and my unit and all my stuff is full of dry wall dust and not one offered to do anything g about it. Holes drilled in unit after rented to attach things outside of unit. Barely missing by personal belongings. And I can go one.... I can talk and ask what r they going to do and they blow it off and pretty much told t's my fault I rented while they r still construction. What a way to treat customer!! One thing was fixed and it wasn't done enough to my satisfaction. Which was to cover my whole initial fro. The buuted up unit to reaching in and getting my stuff. They still can reach and was told well not everyone will pack so so high . Which dnt matter cause they still reach mine just more convenient to reach in mine of they do pack high. Again ... Appalled on such treatment. To busy care....I want my stuff cleaned and moved to the right size unit and a discount for such awlful dissmal of customer service conduct. I wouldn't refer I to a flea or rat. Apparently they all ready occupy the facility during open hours to you as a uhaul company fix this...darn mess. And that's me putting things nicely.

i liked the experience at this location as well the calls on Nov 29 that lead me to this place. I like the way Mrs Heather handled the call and arranged the return of my belongings in the u-box container. I liked the way the manager kylie and Taylor helped me unload / load my mattress from the container to my truck , without them i would not have been able to move this. thanks a ton for both. special mention for Lyndsay for helping me understand the options that i use going forward at u-haul , checking my vehicle at the end of day with patiene and kindness. Thanks to the team on this location , wondeful :).

The 1st truck I was given had water in the back and the check engine light was on so the second truck still had a small water leak but not as bad and the door on the back was Alittle hard to open it was like it was stuck or something

Very good experience and staff that checked me in were great. Very friendly and got through the process quickly. Just FYI ... I did an after hours check in and the app would NOT allow me upload any photos and therefore did not allow me to complete the process on-line. I spent 20 minutes at 2AM trying to get it to work. I appreciate the next day return done by the staff at this location. I use a Galaxy S21 Ultra phone on Verizon.

The one way charge for the smallest enclosed trailer from Columbus Ohio to Plant City Florida ($650) is absolutely outrageous. Because Uhaul has the only rental trailers available in the industry seems to lead them to believe that they can PRICE GOUGE AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS. I will buy a trailer befor I rent one from UHAUL again.

The staff are helpful and the facility is clean and looks secured. Moving things into a storage unit isn't easy and not a lot of access points or ways to make it easier based on how the building is made.
