Nothing the place can do but they change my location pick up which cost me more in gas. And I didn't know the area at all. Pick close to pickerington so canal Winchester and got change to Columbus. Was not happy and upset I had to drive further with my 3 year old in the car after doing 12 hours the day before.Katie M.

Unfortunately this was the third location I was sent to to get the right truck I had ordered a month earlier. The second location I was at, the man was rude and basically a real asshole! I would NEVER do business again at Victorian Village Market at 184 W 5th Ave Columbus OH 43201 and U-HAUL would be wise to do the same!!!!JAMES M.

One issue i had was with the return process. I tried to do that but it could not find my reservation. I think it might have had something to do with my account setup (maybe i had 2). The key Dropbox was very difficult to find in the dark. I drove around probably 6 times looking for it, and contemplated leaving and bringing the key back in the morning. The website shows a picture of a square box - an unmarked slit in the door is not what I was looking for. I read the sign on the door referring to the drop box several times before noticing the slit. When I checked in there was another customer at the counter, and two employees at computers so was not assisted immediately by the second employee, but it was not a big deal as the wait was not excessive.James H.

Yes for one y'all reported my truck stolen because I didn't know I had to report in and pass out $100 every day to get a $19 a day rental but yet you didn't take the money off my credit card when you should have took it off you waited a month later and sent me a bill from was hundred dollars and then started taking money off of my bank account card so yeah I think you're pretty s***** service I would never rent a truck from y'all againRaetta S.

There was roach in the truck (the box area) when I opened it up to start putting my stuff in. We killed it and I swept the box out to try to make sure there weren't any egg cases or any more bugs in there, but I was on too tight a schedule to take it back and ask for refund. So I'm basically just crossing my fingers rn that I don't get infested. You should fumigate the trucks or something.Elizabeth B.

The gas meter on the truck was broken. I would recommend that you fix your equipment before use. So that there will not be any confusion about the final cost, over the gas mileage.ROSALIND G.

Check Engine light on. Chip in windshield. Damaged back cargo door. Look like it had been in a collision. The van rode very well in spite of damage. Staff was excellent at check in and checkout. The two young ladies working at this location should not be employed by any professional company. One of them literally spoke on speakerphone with their boyfriend as I waited for them to stumble through the rental distracted by multiple personal conversations. The best part was her informing me that it was parked in the very last row against the fence because she was â€œtoo lazyâ€ to move it. Those words literally came from her mouth. Amazing. I then waited on hold for over an hour combined to speak with someone at Uhaul regarding my experience to no avail. Thankfully, there are many other moving companies to use. I will pay more to not have to experience anything like this ever again.TAHLIA G.

The only issue I had was with the billing account system. The way it displays your payments/balance is not user-friendly. When looking at the balance column, it shows dollar balances in parenthesis. In any other system, that would mean that there is a credit on your account, but not theirs. That was a bit inconvenient because I had to take the time to try and figure it out and then email my question to the location's GM, Erin. The truck was all over the road. It needs an alignment ASAP!!! I was told by a man named Fred that the entire process time would be 7-10 minutes. It took 50 minutes for me to get the truck and storage unit. The staff needs to be thoroughly crossed train... The the unit door would not slide back to open, so I called an employee to help me to get the door open, and by the time he got back to the unit, I had managed to get it open and unload my car...
