This facility has an alarm system that is not fully functional. My unit alarm was never activated. Opening units without disarming them usually does not result in an alarm to go off. For the price I would expect the alarm to actually work because people are storing valuables in their storage units. The alarm is just for show there, and didn’t even work for the last 2 units I had.

He was very helpful and courteous, kind and explained from the size difference of a 5x5 to a 5x10, how to use the keypad box to unlock the storage unit, to asking if I'd like the payment to automatically come out of my acct. every month and explained how to get in the unit for the first time and how to leave the unit when done. 5 stars to him and the company there!! I clean out the storage on the 5 May 2021, but didn't know that I was already charge for the month of May and could not get a refund for the days not use. That is poor business practices. I try to resolve dispute with U haul Storage Facility but the way they answer me was unprofessional and they didn't care.

David ThomasThe equipment I reserved was a 15' truck with a flatbed vehicle trailer and 1 bag of blankets. I picked up the equipment in a blizzard and didn't inspect everything like a I should have. When I got home, I found that they didn't put the blankets in the back, there was a low tire on the trailer which I had to fill up on my way out of town, and both the inside of the cab and the cargo bay were filthy. It was clear that no one inspected the equipment when it was turned in from the last rental. Unfortunately I didn't have time to exchange equipment and have the location fix it so I did it myself. I drove from NY to ID and when I was almost to my destination, both of the front tires on the two-axel trailer blew out. I will never even suggest using this location to anyone and I will hesitate to recommend U-Haul at any location to anyone if this is the standard for the equipment I will be renting.

KENNETH BARNESI initially reserved a trailer in Thurday the 24th of August. When I went to pick the trailer up there were none available. I had to wait until the next day trip get the trailer I needed.
