The original equipment was not acceptable. When I drove it to the loading location and i opened up the back, I was overwhelmed with marijuana odor.. I called and complained and was asked to return to the pick up location and get another truck,,which I did. Replacement truck was acceptable.Tim M.
The truck rented made a very very high pitch squeal inside the cab at any speed above 50mph. I had to listen to that for 4hours, I had a migraine the whole time because of this. I would like a partial refund.Logan M.

The young man that was there when we picked it up was great. He was very overwhelmed (alone and busy) but he stayed professional and very personable. The guy that was there when we dropped it off was another story. My husband took a photo of the odometer when we picked it up from the satellite lot because it was off by a mile(no big deal) but the attendant all but called him a liar and was very disrespectful.carl M.

I had to go from ponca city to Stillwater to get the truck even though you guys were very accommodating on giving me more time and mileage was still very inconvenient. Everyone there was excellent no issues with how they treated me just going an hour and a 1/2 round trip I found trip to get a truck was a little time consuming.Michael M.

Had my reservation incorrect, and different that what I had saved on my phone. The employee refused to help with changing the errors on my reservation, I needed three days with the truck and the error had us with two days. The truck was not cleaned out and given to us with dirt all over inside the cab and trailor/bed. The ramp would not come in and out of its storage under the truck until we had to oil it up with WD40 at home. I asked him to fix my reservation and he refused and threated me with extra fees and fines if we weren't on time returning it. I explained we needed the extra time for packing, travel, unloading, he wouldnt fix it. VERY UNHAPPY with my experience. I will never rent from Uhaul ever again. Was less than a hour late retning rental. I had called and was told as long as we had back by 12 noon their would be NO CHARGE. Told by person working counter would need cc for rental charge. Explained we had already paid with cc. He said that the cc wasn't billed until it was returned. So I gave cc. He never told me he was charging for a full day. When I saw email with receipt for extra day charge I called Uhaul was told their was a note in the order not to charge for extra day as long as returned by Noon. We returned less than an hour late. LESS THAN AN HOUR. Was told the charges would be refunded for extra day. Never received receipt like I was told I would receive. Really disappointed. First of all the location of pickup changed and was never told. That slowed down our plans and caused the delay returning. Really disappointed in UHAUL!Anthony N.

I didn't understand the after hours drop off procedures, and they charged me an extra $20. I tried 3 times to reach someone by phone for help. Put on hold for 30 minutes each time, no help answered. Tried the 3rd time the next morning, waited another 20 minutes, only then to find out it was too late and my truck was already checked in and with an extra $20 fee.RALPH S.

not much every problem that sprung up This location had a gentleman working that was awesome ( I forgot his name) but he was working alone even on a saturday and when the mobile devices failed to work like they always do he was there to make sure my rental went great. Customer service was very bad. The man that came out when I returned my trailer rudely asked me to turn on my lights. I mean why are you asking for lights before even inspecting the trailer? This seemed like an odd request so I asked for clarification. He responded, â€œWell obviously you have no intention of helping me so just leave.â€ I replied, â€œI'm happy to help, just explain what you want. You don't want to check the trailer over first?â€ His reply was, â€œNo, just leave. I'll do it myself.â€ Although the place looked nice and was very clean, would not recommend.STEPHEN M.

The agent that I spoke with prior to pick up wasn't very friendly and did not explain things very well. He seemed eager to get me out of the door. Also, when I dropped off my rental, the charges were different from what I agreed to at pick up. The difference was approximately $38.52 and even though it's not a lot of money, it's the principle. I still haven't been refunded the difference and after contacting my financial institution, I was informed that they had nothing to do with it. I tried calling, but after spending an entire day of packing, driving and moving, waiting for 39 minutes to speak to someone didn't sound very appealing.SHERRY F.

Many problems with this location and my reservations. 1. Rented a storage unit and truck. My account showed I had both reserved. I tried to do the online check in a few days before and it would not work. I contacted them and was told it wasn't working as I didn't have one reserved. Again, my account showed I did. I was then told by the manager of the location to 'think of it like eBay', that someone had booked the same unit at the same time and the first one to do the online checkout got the unit. He said I was â€˜beaten to the punch'. I don't see anywhere on their website that states they operate a bidding site. The manager then kept saying it was the software's fault and proceeded to trash the company he works for, blaming them and not his location. Again, my account showed I had the unit booked and that there was no problem. If I had not checked I would have showed up at the location to then find out they did not have my unit reserved. I was then told not to expect the truck at the time reserved either, as the people renting it before are notorious for not returning it on time. As they had sold the storage to someone else I didn't need the truck, but it was another reservation they couldn't meet. 2. I was able to change storage plans, but still needed a truck. I rented a truck from them again as there was no other option. I rented one with two dollies. Picked the truck up via mobile contactless pickup. Guess what? No dollies. I called the office and was greeted by a very rude man who could not care less that I had no dollies to move with. I mentioned this to the manager, who was very flippant and made silly comments like they 'can't just manufacture items'. I know that, but you could make sure the items I reserved are in the truck, or let me know you didn't have them. Tried to blame the software again, but this was a human error, especially the horrible attitude of the man who answered the phone. Had to move in 100 degree heat with no dollies! No apology from the rude individual answering their phone. The truck I did get was also horrible. Old and worn out. No doubt the manager will reply to this saying he did everything he could, but don't believe it. This location, it's manager, and their employee are rude and frankly a bit useless. If you have anything booked I would contact them to make sure you actually do, as nothing there is guaranteed. I highly recommend avoiding using them if possible.Dave E.

It was very hard to locate anyone in the office. I stopped by 10 times and it said they were out on the property. The number they gave was ultimately sent you to a call center for Uhaul. If someone is renting a truck and a space from your company online, it should be able to pick up and recommend a storage size that can accommodate that truck. For example, I got the 10' truck for my daughters dorm and a 5x5 storage unit. The website should have told me that not everything in a 10' truck could hold everything in a 5x5. It would have been nice to have had a warning that popped up telling me that the storage unit I chose may not fit what can fill a 10' truck. I would have then gotten a larger one! Thankfully, by the power of God, I got everything to fit in there. But a warning would have been nice. Not everyone can see how big a 5x5 is until they are there. I ordered a lock online with my purchase and was unaware each locker already came with one. The employee at the front desk was rather lethargic and unenthusiastic to be there. Almost made me feel like I shouldn't be there. A lady out in the yard though was helpful and polite when I needed help finding the reserved locker.
