The ladies there were very nice and helpful. My only issue was that I had ordered a 15 ft truck and they didn't have one when I arrived. They called around and asked other stores but no stores had them. I had to pay extra for a larger 26 ft truck because that was the only one available. It would have been nice to not have to pay the extra money for a larger truck that was harder for me to drive and maneuver because they couldn't accommodate me.BRIDGETT L.

To be completely honest , the women behind the counter are unprofessional . One talked about another customer to me & the other cursed and lit a cigarette in front of me. I returned the equipment the same day and received a phone call two days later asking me when I would be returning the equipment . I'm assuming the company doesn't do yard checks but maybe you all should go ahead and make that mandatory to eliminate any confusion caused by the employees.XZAHUNDREYA G.

They rented me a truck with no gas in it I sat on the side of the raid fir 5 hours waiting for a tow truck and they had audacity to say teier suing me for the cost of the tow truck I wouldn't reccomend U Haul to anyone a Big Rip Off. Perhaps you could Have a system wherein the local dealers would know about equipment availability nearby so we would not have to jump through hoops with the national U-Haul to find what we need. During our search, We were also promised a return call from the main office within an hour. It never came!! There was a mistake on the pick up time which caused it to appear that we had picked up truck which we had not. We had no idea it was not correct until we received a call to find out why truck not returned. I went by the center and they corrected it. No other problems and pick up and return went smooth. I rented a truck and storage unit. The unit was to smalll so I had to go to another location which made me late on returning the truck. The truck was to small I was rushed with the truck because I only had 6 hours instead of a full day. I live 45 minutes away from the store so 2 hours was just for driving and I had 4 hours to load n unload the truck. It was a mess. Now I have to rent another truck to finish getting the rest of my stuff out the house. Just unreal. Just more money I have to spend now.CARLA M.

We noticed while waiting on our trailer that several non customers were bringing in their household trash and putting it in the u-haul location dumpster causing it to overfill and spill out on the ground making the corner lot look bad. Someone may need to look into this.Kelly N.

Aaron lied about everything he said he would do about my interaction with wrong information input on my account NEVER EVER will I deal with that location again this is the first time I've had a problem but thinking about years passing things would be better but they're notEBONE S.
I was recommended this location by a MM in my Lodge. Bottom Line: Give Aaron a raise/bonus/THIS GUY DESERVES MORE MONEY. If U-haul is interested in keeping good people who work hard, the powers that be owe this man more $$/responsibility/respect. I don't know what he makes & it doesn't matter because IF U-HAUL WANTS TO KEEP GOOD PEOPLE THAT WORK HARD YOU WILL GIVE HIM MORE. As a business owner, Aaron is exactly the kind of person I'd want to work with & more importantly FOR.Jason B.
