My trailer was already paid for in advance so, it was super easy to get in and get out with trailer. When I called to reserve the trailer, I told the guy I was hauling a golf cart but he had me scheduled for a car hauler, which would not work so, we were upgraded to the enclosed flat trailer no problem.Tonya B.

Attendant was not very helpful. Wanted to charge me $18 fuel charge. I took the truck and put 1 gallon in it, then she was happy. This is the second place I tried to return the truck. The first place didn't accept any more returns because of a lack of space. So the attendant wanted to charge me for trying to return to the wrong location. Contact information was incorrect and I revived emails and text messages for a truck I never rented. This uhaul location somehow mixed up my account information with someone else who really rented a truck so I received all updates and information on my phone and email. All because they put in my phone number instead of the real person who rented the truck. They should have verified info and seen the name was different. It scared me because I thought somehow my credit /name would become compromised. When I called customer service they were very friendly and helpful but it was a busy day for me and I was on the phone for 15 min to try to correct this situation which was unnecessary.JANET H.

My pods were delivered in a manner that prevented me from accessing one of them and that wasn't resolved until the next business day requiring me to cancel flights and miss an extra day of work. The pods were then delivered a day late requiring requiring rescheduling of movers and taking additional time off from work. I called asking for help was promised calls back and updates which were never done. I am still waiting on a call back from a manager for well over a week regarding my overall experience and nothing.Scott W.

This was the first time that I had a bad experience with a uhaul storage unit. This place from the get go looks very old and run down, the only reason I didn't turn around and leave first thing is cause I already booked it before ever seeing the place and I had first month free. I purchased climate controled so my things would stay in good condition but this was the worst version of climate control I've dealt with, every time I visited the unit didn't feel very cool at all and after a few months I see that my things are molding. I've never had a climate controlled unit mold my belongings before so I left this bad experience of a storage unit and as I was checking out, I find it that the AC for my unit building was broke for some time and that they finally fixed it. It would have been really nice for whom ever runs this location to let the people who have units know that they are having problems so that they can decide whether they want to change units or move out so things don't get bad but instead nothing war said and now I'm sorting through things with mold on them cause of their greed I'm guessing on not wanting to lose business. Jami dropped the ball in customer service. I called ahead to make sure returning the truck early was going to be OK so that we didn't drive the hour and find that their lot was full for instance. They never answered the phone. I was re-routed to a call center, which said it was fine. When we arrived, she was flustered when another truck pulled up (commenting on how it was always the case of everyone showing up at the same time). Turns out the 2nd truck was just bringing stuff to unload in their storage unit. She never had us sign any papers or gave us any release papers, so I took a photo of the truck, indicating to my husband, we had no proof that we returned the truck. She did say that she would later email us a document. The email I received was an invoice for $56.80. No where on the invoice did it tell me what the charge was for. There was no indication that there would be any further charges to the paid in full original contract. I called their facility and was re-routed to customer service. One HOUR, one minute later, I finally had an answer. She had charged for an extra day. The thing is, our contract stated Due Date/Time 5/15/2021 11:00AM. We returned the truck 5/13/2021 1:46pm (per time stamp on the photo). I was told it was supposed to be returned by 11:00AM. I pointed out that it was returned 2 days early as per the contract. I was told I would receive a response from a manager with the resolution decision. I did receive an email saying the charge would be refunded. The sad thing is, Jami charged me basically $57 for returning the truck early, in better condition than when we rented it and with an extra half-tank of fuel in it. I lost an hour of valuable post-move time in order to get this mistake resolved. Not happy.Janice S.

Everything was great except the complete disregard of mask wearing by staff to help protect customers. I'm fully vaccinated but it's not 100% protection either giving or receiving the virus. Everything went great! I booked online. I did the pre check in through my email confirmation, so pickup was quick and easy. The ladies at the pickup desk and return were both really nice, even though it was obvious the girl at return was overheated and overwhelmed trying to check in numerous vehicles by herself. When I picked up the truck there was hardly any gas in it. I made a local trip one way twice from my home. From my home to the storage unit is 14 miles...so that total is 52 miles. From my home is 4.1 miles...total mileage 60.2 miles....They said I had driven 80...then they said there wasn't the same amount of gas. One my first trip to storage I added 20 in gas and then last night upon finishing I added 20 more. The vehicle actually had more gas in it when it was returned then what it had when I picked it up. The staff members were excellent from the jump. One gentlemen, perhaps the manager, wasn't all that great, however, I upon my departure of renting two storage units, renting two one-way trucks and a trailer, I met the regional manger, "Bravo," whom was excellent. I wish I would have had the opportunity to work with Bravo from the beginning. Everyone needs a good wingman and Bravo went over and beyond to accommodate my last requests before departing.
