Roadside experience was 0 out of 10. I would not recommend to anyone. I had the absolute worst experience. I would never call roadside again, they wanted me to wait 2 hours to fix a flat and would not allow local shop to repair.Doug K.

When I arrived at the location for drop off about 9 15 am place was closed we waited about 25 minutes finally employee named NATASHA showed up, she said give me few minutes I waited 5 minutes then she checked the truck and transporter then another customer came in she started helping him instead of taking care of me first, then she got up realizing what she is doing and tells me more customers are coming soon and I said excuse me but I am a customer too, finally a young employee came in she was very good and did all in 3 minutes and I was finished. but I was very disappointed in NATASHA I don't think she is competent enough to handle multi task and she is not doing right thing as far as first come first serve basis on customers.PERSAL A.

I was attended by a girl, and I self put the trailer in my car, because she didn't have nobody to help with it. And I can't to delivery the trailer on time, before 3 hours I called to there and explained her itâ€¦ however for my surprise she was very rude to me and she yelled at me and hung up the phone! No improvement needed. Everything went great! The truck assigned to us had mechanical issues (it happens) they gave us a bigger one at same rate. Although I would have preferred the smaller one, things happen and the second truck was a great and no delay getting started. We also brought the truck back with more gas than we got and received a credit! Love it - will use again in future!Barbara Hedwig A.

I originally made an appointment for Monday at 7:30. Went to location the location was closed and there was no drop box to get keys so I had to edit my reservation for the next day to before they closed to make sure I could get a truck. Received truck with hardly any gas in it.Elizabeth S.

29.95 fee is a vehicle fee. Another 50 dollars is the rental fee. Just say what it is. 79.95 to rent a trailer. I was never told to do self dropoff paperwork. So my bill ballooned to 195.00 Because they didn't process anything until a day and a half after dropoff. Money was refunded by UHaul corporate.John V.

U-haul have some of most Rude And Unprofessional Females And workers ever. I call to make my payment then I was been yelled at like am some kid . Then my payment was blocked don't know why. Then I was set up by the same Female Rude And Unprofessional Employee you guys have working at the Location in Pompano Beach I rented from. Then got pulled over Treated Like Am some Criminal on my way to work. Then got Arrested. With No Intentions of Stealing A U-haul Pick up. No I have a Grand Theft charge for no reason on my Record. THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER IN MY LIFE. IT'S WAS LIFE A NIGHTMARE . DEALING WITH THAT LOCATION AND THAT EMPLOYEE . I ALSO HAVE SOME PROPERTY IN THE PICK UP TRUCK TOO I NEED THEM .Andre W.

They didn't have the truck that i rented gave to me a way bigger one that didn't fit at the place that i had to go nor at my parking. And they charged the price of the bigger truck and not the one that i rented. It was saying that was available at that unit ( which is not the one close to my house) if u-haul dont have isn't my fault so isn't me that have to pay for the upgrade that gave me lots of problemstalita D.

I reserved a truck for 7:30 AM. We had to be somewhere by 9:15 am. But! I had to call customer service once we arrived just to find out that unfortunately the truck was not was not preped/ready for a mobile pickup. At 9am I was able to get the truck... well , the 1st one. It had a flat tire. So I got a second truck. Off we went! super late but at least it had decent tires. The truck was dirty , the doors were already unlocked ...smelled bad! but I didn't care at that point. Until! We got to our destination and my sister seen a "drug pipe" roll out from under her seat and someone's ID We of course didn't want to touch it! So I snapped a photo and we headed right back to U-Haul. We told the staff what happened. To my surprise I still had to pay! I'm very disappointed with my experience. It's scary to know this goes on. Obviously that truck wasn't cleaned and someone left drug paraphernalia in it , or got it because the doors were unlocked.michelle K.

The lady at the desk was fantastic in setting up the I haul. I'm the U haul I received was fine. When I opened the door to start loading the dolly that U haul charges you 7 dollars was set up on the floor locked into place and the only way to remove it was to cut the tag. Nice trick. My friend rented the same day at the state road 84 location and had the same issue. He took a picture and showed the manager. That's a shameful trick to out the dolly in your way and attempt to get another 7 dollars out of the customersâ€¦.ANDREW P.
Didn't check my returned truck in for over 24 hours. Had a lady call me asking when I was going to return it when I already did. Called myself to get them to process it& lady on phone was very rude and told me to call the location I picked it up from cities away??? Which come to find out after to speaking to many more representatives that information was completely incorrect. Do not recommend at all.Stephen H.

Person was clueless told us we owed them 350 dollars when we pre paid it in cash and had a receipt. She failed to give us our deposit and gave us someone else's receipt with all their personal information, name, address. and phone number. We will have to return a 3rd time to location to get our deposit back. Truck wind shield washer fluid was empty and the hood release didn't work so it was dangerous driving at night with the glare from on coming cars.steve M.
