If your app for taking photos of issues isn't going to function, you should give the staff and client some other means of documenting issues with the truck. I specifically refused to use your mobile app pickup as the last two times I have used it, it has been a nightmare. Seriously, who brings their passport with them to pick up a rental truck? If you are going to have ridiculous check in requirements, you should at least prepare the client by telling them what will be expected so they are not standing in the cold rain trying to work their way through your poorly developed and poorly communicated app.Mark W.

I believe we got a really old truck because it rode so rough. â˜¹ï¸ In fact fully loaded we cringed every time we went up a hill because it groaned in protest! I worried it would t make it even. The mobile pickup did not work, and it took an hour and forty minutes on the phone after hours just to pickup my van. This delay prevented me from being able to load it when I needed because the storage unit closed ten minutes after I arrived (due to the delay). The time of rental was entered incorrectly twice and caused issues as well. And to even find the vehicle I had to walk the huge property twice looking at every licensee plate to find the van because there was no record of where it was parked (in 30 degree weather). The lockbox was NOT located where they said it was, not was it labeled the way the picture was - so much outdated, incorrect information. Very, very frustrating and upsetting experience.LAURA R.

I used the online process to pick up and return. The photo and directions of where the lock box is located is incorrect. I had to finally ask an employee who confirmed the description and the photo are old and need to be updated. Also, when returning, I followed the instructions in the online tool but when looking for the drop box for to return the keys, was told that I couldn't do that process because that is only for after hours. I pointed out the website let me go through the entire process and they call it 24/7 return so that is very misleading. I love the idea of contactless pickup and return but the execution of the process isn't quite what it needs to be.Joe V.

Truck was clean but I could not adjust the driver's seat and the windows were not sealed well. The truck had a lot of miles on it so I'm sure this attributed to the wear and tear. The Staff at the store were very professional and check in and check out went smoothly.ROY D.

I returned my rental with 7/8ths of a tank, yet the workers said it was 3/4ths and I got charged additional money. Had I known I was going to get charged for something that I shouldn't have, I would've completed the returning steps on my own. When you make a reservation and choose a location, keep the location. I specifically chose this location because it was a large dealer and had over 50 vehicles. Couldn't get the van we wanted because we don't have local (Texas) drivers license. Got the mini truck and couldn't use it because our garage has an 8ft ceiling limit. When I arrived, 2 pieces of equipment I reserved for my trip were not available due to previous customers taking them. The employees worked with me to call other stores where I was ultimately able to rent from. A potential system enhancement would be, adding the ability to block a customer from renting equipment of that equipment will not be available by their date due to no returns from one-way trips or no incoming from other customer returns.SHANI R.

The day we moved in we realized the locking panel didn't work. We reported it to the office and they said we could move our items to another unit or we could use a tool like a hammer or screw driver to bang the panel closed every time we wanted to enter. As we had JUST moved in, we told them we wanted them to fix the panel. We left a key to our lock and asked to be called when it was repaired. We never received as call. We went to the office and they had no idea what we were talking about AND our account had been closed. After explaining, they found our key, notes about the unit and had to reinstate the account. Again, we left asking them to repair the locking panel. After that was finally taken care of, the flood occurred in which we lost the only valuable items we had in storage. We decided to move out, only to show up and find a notice that the building was on lockdown until further notice...having been given NO prior notice via email or any other source before clearing our day to move out. Then, comically we were informed that the rents would be increasing. Getting in touch with anyone in the office by phone is impossible. The ONLY time we were able to communicate with anyone was if we emailed "Jordan" directly. Worst experience we've ever had with a storage facility.Delight H. | Overall Experience

When I signed up and paid for my storage unit, the sales associate never told me I needed an access code or gave me an access card. Therefore, when we showed up at 9p with a truckload to put in the Unit, we were not able to get in! I had hired movers to help, so now have to pay them again to come a second time.
