Todas las veces que usado la compañía nunca he tenido ningún problemas,hasta el día de ayer ..cuando me hicieron el cobro final, me cobraron $550 cuando en realidad mi factura debió de ser $120 dollar., me acusaron que el vehículo tenía un choque en la puerta., Gracias a que de costumbre tomó fotos del vehículo a la hora de entrega y entregarlo Asi pude probar que yo no choqué el cargo van. Aun estoy en espera un día más por mi reembolso de mi dinero el cual sigue un día más pendiente…….. me ha ocasionado problema en mi cuenta bancarias para pagar mis demás facturas….. recomiendo a todo el que lea esto que se proteja tomando fiscos siempre….Katia W. | Overall Experience
I went to location "A" thinking this was the place to pick up on Thursday, 9/23. I was told, No, you must go to location "B". Upset, I went and the lady was nice; I got the truck. I asked her to confirm the second pickup for the same location on Sunday, 9/26. She did. But upon arrival at Location "B", I was told to go to location "A". Being able to track u-box online would be nice. Also scheduling delivery could be done online - this should reduce the need to call representative. But i really like u-box, i will use it next time i move.ALEXANDRE C.

They need another service representative inside. They only had 2 and they're managing a slow computer system / database. Changes take too long. Plus they're constantly putting callers on hold. Before showing up to the location, I had an important question, was put on hold for 15-20 minutes. Realized that it's quicker to show up (10 minute drive) & ask the question. I did & saw why I was holding so long, as per above. More staff = more business done. Make it so! Ala JeanLuc Picard. ;)Louis B.
My first location did not have the truck I reserved. In the future you need to tell me BEFORE I arrive to pick it up. The next location gave me a truck with engine problems and a padlock on the rear door and I was not given a key. Then roadside assistance would not come to me to get the lock off. I was sold an insurance product for my trailer, which I was told would cover things like windshield breaking and the likes. I specifically asked the case of a windshield on MY VEHICLE (towing vehicle) breaking if the trailer kicked something up AND the case where my things broken in the trailer and I was told that would be covered. Not only was it not (my claim was denied) customer service told me they would contact me about working out if a refund was possible, but no followup ever occurred. I want a refund for this safetow/safetravel policy.SENECA V.

When my reservation was made, over the phone, prior to my pickup, I thought my reservation was confirmed because all the information was given only to find out that I had NO RESERVATION when I went to pick a van up the next morning. It was finally determined by the person I spoke with over the phone that I had used a Prepaid Card which could not be used. Nothing was said to me at the time I thought I had a reservation nor did I get notified through text or email. I say all of this to sayâ€¦that it should be stated up front that you cannot use a prepaid card ONLY MAJOR CREDIT CARDS OR BANK CREDIT CARDS which is what I used after the fact. I was given a van with less than a 1/4 tank of gas even though I was told that I should be full. I needed to drive in NYC where gas stations are few and far between. At one point I thought I might run out of gas. I think that there should be a minimum of at least a half a tank of gas when picking up any rental.RAYMOND K.

What a horrible wait time and management. I vê been receiving phone calls and voicemails even though I check out this storage on the last month that was giving to me as courtesy. The young lady at the front desk told me that all I needed was to return my card and nothing else that it will be close that same day. Apparently she is mistaken or just didn't care being that she was busy! I'm going through a lot at this time in my life reason why I choose not answer! The facility always appeared short staff and there was always a line. Never felt like the employees knew how to answer questions properly and always had to reach out to the manager. Also, didn't appreciate that mid way through my rental the price was increased from what I was originally told and this was an inconvenience considering there was no forewarning. The facilities were great, new, and really clean. The only reason I rented here was because I needed 24 hour access. Well it's currently 230am and I need to get into my unit and the woman at the front desk didn't add the 24hour access into my account so now I'm our here in the cold and can't get in!
