The kid who checked me in was either not trained very well or just didnt know what he was doing. i was checked in via on line and it still took 15 minutes. plus he asked me if i had ordered blankets an i said yes one dozen. then he never gave them to me. i thought he had already put them in the back of truck. so not impressed with service. You have a girl there with date tattoo on arm and she was great. bought queen plastic cover and rope from her and she was very good.

Many phone calls promised from many people and I get nothing except more failed promises. I tried branch employees....national call center...and going through your Facebook page....I get no solutions just empty promises and ME having to constantly call cause no one apparently is interested in service.

I've always had great service at this location. I was originally going to pick up a cargo van using the 24/7 truck share service, but after reading the terrible reviews and realizing I'd have to get friends and family involved, I figured I'd just walk into the store and handle it that way. The cargo van hadn't been returned yet, so the employee swapped it out for a pickup truck (which was perfectly fine by me) and got me in and out in about 5 minutes. I have zero complaints about this location or U-Haul in general.

The staff were great. The storage unit was filthy; glad I had a large broom and time. I also am concerned that I have to sit on the ground to see my lock combination and when it snows both I will be cold and the lock will be covered in snow.

When we would go to our unit there would always be an extra lock on our storage unit. There was NEVER ANY REASON FOR IT. We paid for 24 hour access, never did we pay late and the general manager would put the extra lock on our unit so we couldn't get into when we wanted. We would ask the young man that was working and he had no idea why the extra lock. Also when we took our storage elsewhere there was mold all over all my stuff and the floor was wet. Destroyed alot of my antique furniture Destroyed. I will never recommend this place for storage units.

The first truck sounded like it needed a new muffler, but they immediately put me in another truck that was fine without delay and I was on my way. Was dreading the hassles of moving some furniture, thinking the rental process and truck would be a hassle too. Wow, were we surprised! It was concierge-level service from beginning to end: service was marked by friendliness, competence, consideration, hospitality. The cargo van was immaculate, super-clean, and all ready to go. Returning the van at the end was very simple. We are so impressed, and so grateful! We feel all of you had our back every step of the way . What might have been an onerous task was instead pleasant and fun! Thank you all! We'll be back!

I changed my reservation to the weekly rate by phone. I thought I had the U-Haul for 7 days 750 mi at $295 plus the $10 a day for the accidental insurance which would be another $70. With all the go go go and moving in frantic things going on I couldn't remember what day I rented the U-Haul so I specifically checked my email and it said on the paperwork sent to me by U-Haul that it was due back that Sunday. receipt clearly stated that the vehicle had to be back on Sunday. so we decided to be lazy all day Sunday and relax after the move and didn't take the U-Haul back until Sunday evening. Obviously thinking that that was our seventh day because that's what the email said. But actually it was our eighth day and I was charged at $295 plus the $70 plus $79. Also then I was charged for fuel because the truck was on a half a tank when I rented it and my paperwork says that it was below an eighth of a tank when I returned it. Which hat is absolutely positively impossible because I put gas in it right across the street and it was actually over a half a tank. Just to add insult to injury as well I was told nothing would be taken out of my account at the time I rented it. so as I was busy moving and such I did not stop and make the deposit to the bank. instead of one withdrawal when I returned the truck I got one when I rented it one in the middle of my rental and one at the end. For each of these I was also charged a $37.50 overdraft fee which I would not have had if I was not told that nothing would be taken out of my account until I returned the truck. I even talked to the gentleman I returned the truck back to and made sure that I was going to be charged one rate and those other three were going to be taken off or combined or whatever and he assured me that that would happen it would take about 5 to 7 days. I've used this location several times with my children and myself and have never had a problem, all the employees are nice, helpful, and respectful. But this time I must say I was extremely disappointed and I'm not sure if I will go with U-Haul on my move coming up in the next couple weeks.

The female employee on the morning shift was very helpful and immediately called me after I had left the store to notify me we had forgotten to load the moving blankets - very good service. In the evening when I returned to pick up the car dolly a different employee attached the dolly to the truck but did not provide any assistance while I loaded the car onto the dolly - help aligning the car while driving onto the dolly would have been appreciated. .

Wonderful store manager at this location. Truly tries to help the customers above and beyond. I ordered for a last minute pick up (within the hour) on a busy Saturday, and she made it happen, even though the policy is a 24-hour notice from the customer which I hadn't realized. Couldn't recommend this location enough! Was never disappointed

I wish there was a way in general to get a truck to the location of choice. I had to drive 7 miles one way out of my way in order to get the truck I needed. When there was a uhaul less than 2 miles away and also on the way to where I was going.

This is absolute bullshit. I got charged twenty bucks because your website wouldn't work with my browser -firefox- to recognize my location. I returned after hours and ended up paying an extra hundred dollars for a van that has $19.95 a day on it in HUGE letters. How does that add up?

The cab if the 10' truck I rented was very dirty. It had not been wiped down for dirt let alone for germs. But, other than that it was a good experience.

The truck was broken (cabling came off spool after I loaded the truck). I had to wait an hour for a repair when it was estimated at 30min. When I went to get my Jeep loaded on the auto transport no one was able to help me. There were two employees present who stated they had only watched instructional videos and did not know how to load it.
