In very bad area and if more than 4 customers are there then you have to park on the street. This location was a redirect from the call center as I was told there was no vehicle at the location I chose. This location did not have a dolly available that I reserved so I had to drive the rental vehicle (@ $.89 a mile!) to the other location to get a dolly. There were 4 vehicles at that location that was the same as the vehicle I rented sitting in the parking lot! This is the 2nd time this has happened! I not only had to drive the rental vehicle to pick up the dolly but had to drive my vehicle back home to park as there aren't enough safe parking spaces around.Karri S.

I needed to get a one way truck to save money on the move. I tried all week and one never became available. Also it seemed that uhaul now has a preference to rent truck by 4,6,8 hours instead of the 24hrs. Maybe you can discount a bit when one way trucks are not available. My husband and I walked over so the different location was out of the question. However the customer service rep offered a van and the $50.00 trip guarantee refund so we where happy! I had the worst experience at the Agoura Hills location. The worst customer service by Harrison. I had reserved my truck 2 weeks in advance and when I go to pick it up, Harrison rudely tells me it is unavailable and wants to send me to Simi Valley to pick up a small van which I refused. He did not apologize and was not customer friendly at all. When I contacted the manager twice he did not return my calls. Just plain rude and awful.ANA M.

As a frequent U Haul customer, I was disappointed on the level of service I received at this location. I normally go to the one on Van Nuys, which I always get exceptional service. I had an appointment at 6:45 PM and felt extremely rush by the Latino gentleman there. He just seem like he was really irritated that I was there at almost closing time very unprofessional. It was a smooth drive. 15' seemed too small but there was plenty of room. Very nice height even though we didn't need it. The Manager was great; very together, nice and helpful. I had difficulty with returning my rental at 7am on Sunday morning. The Uhaul app on my phone would not let the location finder show which store I was returning the truck to. The oil light was on and the truck needed oil, but they just gave me the truck anyway without addressing this until I asked them to fix it even though they had just checked the truck as I watched. Also the wiper fluid was full, but the spray did not work. And, the air intake was loose which caused the truck to break down in the desert for over 3 hours outside El Paso in over 105 degrees heat. This is unacceptable, especially on an 80 mph highway with trucks passing by at a dangerous rate.Robert P.

I think the workers should do a walk around of the vehicle and take pictures before giving the rental to the customers. I know U-Haul sends a link for pictures already taken but those pictures can be old and not taken the day of the rentalANDREW G.

There were (2) two main issues, the first being that my original reservation --which was set for a different pickup location-- was somehow accidentally cancelled costing me time and effort having to drive another 9+ miles to the other location; this I did not appreciate. The second issue was with the treatment at the other location: it was terrible. The U-Haul representative Benjamin was rude, condescending and I never once felt like he was sincerely trying to help me out. I think the customer service I received was the WORST I have received anywhere in the past decade. There was also one further issue regarding the equipment: my carhauler was old and beat up. The driver's side strap ratchet was obviously damaged and in need of replacement, and, the braking mechanism was obviously in need of a serious service and/or replacement ... whenever I pressed the brakes the trailer shook my entire towing combination like mad and this was not my previous experience with other U-haul car haulers and this exact same setup. Please have better and more thorough maintenance checks performed and remove equipment that is no longer up to par. Many thanks in advance!SHEARGO H.
