Your app is misleading in that it says to park in the location where I picked up the vehicle, however, upon returning the key to the employees inside, I was berated for not pulling it into the return lane. I explained about the app stating to return the unit to the space where I picked it up and mentioned that app is flawed if i did wrong and he said the whole system is wrong. He was agitated and it left a bad taste in my mouth and I was just thankful that it was not my wife returning the vehicle and being fussed at.Dykes B.

Both the truck and the dolly I reserved were not available. Which is fine cause it happens. It was the woman assisting us that was frustrating for me. She was helping too many people at once and did not show any kind of understanding about not having the reserved items. I had a reservation at 9 am and didn't leave till near 940. She was not prepared and had to count drawer in front of me and the other customer she was helping at the same time. She also yelled over me to customers walking in helping them too with returns and how to get that's complete. I understand multi tasking but not to a fault.KAYLA P.

The pickup process was awful. I was supposed to be able to do it via my phone and it never worked. Then when I went inside to start the process again it took 20 minutes and she had to start over three times as well as run my credit card three times.KATIE L.

I reserved a large space. Showed up and no large space was available. The man working was nice about it and was going to combine two into one. That solved the problem. I decided to not use the storage at this location because of the distance it would take to walk back and forth. It was not convenient so I decided to cancel. It took two months and numerous phone calls before it was able to be cancelled. I kept getting emails about payment due. No one ever answered the phone. One guy said he would close it but never did. I would not recommend using the Uhaul Truck Share 24/7. I was awaiting approval for over 15 minutes, no one was responding to the chat, and eventually I had to go into the store where they were extremely helpful. However because I had originally chosen the 24/7 option, the service member at the desk had to go through the whole check in process twice. Took more than 30 minutes to check in.MELINDA G.

After having an accident while on vacation I needed something one way to tow my popup camper back home. The gentleman (Jeffery) set me up with a 10" box truck reservation for a couple of days later one day before my planned return home. A follow up call from U-Haul on the morning of pick up day was made to confirm my reservation. The actual pick up of the truck was outstanding with a full discussion of the rental contract. The inside of the van I have dog hair all over the seats and did not smell real good. I had to travel 2000 miles like this the outside of the van was dirty. when I took it back after two weeks I clean the outside and clean the inside very well a lot better than when I received itPATRICK P.

Process is too slow. You stand in line entirely too long. Key pad didn't work a single time that we tried. You also make it too complicated to key in codes. Forget trying to call. I tried several times when storage fee was due. Finally got a 1-800 employee who was fantastic. Her name is Linds Richter. My email was wrong so I couldn't access it. Easy to return. My only problem is with the reservation process. I was driving from Michigan to Tennessee and they didn't have a truck for me on the day I was picking it up. My pickup location helped me out and got me a truck. If it want for them , I was switching to Penske.DAVE P.

They I used the van for an hour. They charged my credit card $186.00 stated I went 279 miles over. There is no way I went 279 miles in an hour. And other They applied to my card.DENISHA B.
Location manager did a good job, so did the employees trying to make this right this is U-Haul's fault not the location manager or employees. Maybe it's the scheduling department that's horrible at their job. I put a reservation in two months prior to moving your company tried to put me in a vehicle that was not safe to drive over 1000 miles. So I had to wait five hours until They can find me a new vehicle to take. I should of had a vehicle waiting for me Saturday morning bright and early ready to go but no that was not the case. Then I had to come back and get my Tow hook up. So how can you improve make sure when people have reservations you have their vehicle there waiting and not banking that someone will be coming in the a.m. to return your vehicles. I think it's time to try out other company's. Also fix the damage vehicle. I'm sure u charge the people who damage them. So fix them. Also don't try to put people who are driving 1000 mile in a vehicle with 168k mileage that beat to hell, light not working strong gas smell body damaged all over the truck and that u are trying to sell. That is what you tried to do to me. Having a CDL I was able to know this was not a safe truck to take. Other may not. Great job u-Haul.DONALD C.

I decided to change storage companies as I got more space, first month free rent, & the monthly fee is about what I was paying plus more space.
