I tried to reserve online and had a price quote of $235.however the truck was not available. I called the 800# and the truck was available so I reserved it and I was quoted the same $235. When I arrived to pick up the truck and pay with my credit card, the card reader said $361 not $235.I asked the person and he said that is what it was and I told him I was quoted $235. I then made another reservation on my phone and showed him that. He stated that he could not change it. I then called the 800# number and I spoke with Shelby who looked at my reservation and told me it was $235. I put her on speaker phone to explain this and the person then told me he found the problem. I was being charged for and extra 2 hours and that the person who made my reservation did it (which I do not believe). After I hung up with Shelby he sighed and asked me why I was giving him a hard time. I said I didn't give him a hard time until the rate was different. I felt that he was trying to get an extra day of rental out of me. We went out to the truck and he had an attitude. He hooked up the tow dolly and walked away. I asked him about the damage on the truck and he said follow the link on your text to document it. The truck also had a broken tail light.KYLE Z.
Close this location. Staff was rude, not welcoming, and not helpful. Truly a terrible experience. I returned truck late so I wouldn't have to deal with staffâ€"incurring fines. Never again.MATTHEW M.
Had to return to replace wiper blades as were wrong blades and scraping. Inside cab not wiped down clean. Gas in dispute as it said fill but ran out in 70 miles refueled $130.00. App would t let me close out uploading pictures, so was charged for not using app, charged for refuling charged for cleaning. Truck was swept out clean interior no trash. Wiped down interior. No reason to charge for any. Contacted Store and spoke with Ray store manager. He was rude, would not help me on any disputes including gas. I asked him if people have issues with app and he said all the time. I too have had various lengthy issues in the past.Keith H.

I had difficulty reserving the moving help on your website and found out that after going through all the steps, the movers were never reserved. Needless to say, I was very upset but Ray stepped in and literally saved the day. He had found reasonable movers for me while I was on the phone with him. I was skeptical but the movers he recommended showed up and they were excellent. This could have gone very badly but Ray found a solution very quickly and didn't give any excuses or place blame like the moving helpers listed on your website did. In a nutshell, Ray cared about the customer during a time when many businesses simply don't seem to care at all. HARD TO FIND EMPLOYEES LIKE RAY!RENEE W.

The employee (Ray?) was great. Super nice, helpful and patient especially when YOUR software keeps crashing. Why do you have such cheap/poor internet? I was waiting 15 minutes for your POS software to work and the U-haul employee had to do it off his mobile. This is embarrassing for a company the size of Uhaul. Get your shit together.Roman K.

I was speaking to Ray (GM for Uhaul). I got the dolly and general inspection was fine until we strapped the car and noticed the strap was torn. I had to buy a strap because it would take hours for the "help" to come to us. Then the lights on the dolly kept popping out on the socket. I had a few hours before it turned dark and taking a risk of having to get pulled over .SAJID M.

Had to drive 45 miles to Nikes to pick up the rental truck. My original location (reserved 6 weeks prior) was 1 mile away from my home. This same result has now happened to me 3 times. You comped me 35 miles but it was 10 miles less than my drive home and no comp for gas. I also had to have a driver take me to Niles. No compensation for his time, miles, and gas. All in all I got screwed despite being very prompt with my reservation. Truck was fine. Reservation or lack there of suckedJon S.
