THE TRUCK I WAS GIVEN IS NOT SAFE The website experience was excellent, the people working at the UHAUL place in Newport were very good. The problem was the truck itself: going at 45mph on the highway a tremendous vibration would appear, apparently coming from the front wheels from what I could tell. The whole truck would shake and the steering wheel too. THIS TRUCK IS NOT SAFE. It must be taken out of circulation and given a thorough check. I mentioned this to Shane when I returned the truck yesterday. In addition the handle for opening the window keeps coming off every time I open/close the window. Orlando Merino

I parked the truck, walked in to the open and unlocked door, and a voice from somewhere shouted they were closed. I said I just want to drop off the truck, but they were very rude and repeated loudly that they were closed, despite an open, unlocked door with all the lights on. I never saw the person.

I lost due to water damage, many items on the morning after the flood. Is there a way to recoup losses? Being that the entire place was a crowded, wet, truck laden area, with people running around, we had to dump many items because you wanted all units emptied, I had no place to store items, and felt rushed to empty and get out of there.
