The Slide out loading ramp broke during my Move and it took 3 plus hours to get someone to come and Temporarily fix it. I ended up having to load my belongings with the loading ramp halfway out of the truck in a stuck position. I was also charged for an extra day because I returned the Truck a few hours late because I couldn't drive it with the Ramp sticking halfway out of the Truck.

KIM H.Booked a pickup, there was no pickup. Had to use a van instead. Start driving and safety service lights came on. When I returned it with low gas, BECAUSE of the service lights and not wanting to drive an unsafe vehicle, my concerns were ignored and downplayed be “the sensors are on backwards†as if I'm supposed to know that and as if that kind of irresponsibility makes it better. Was still charged the outrageous fuel fee because I rushed to get the vehicle back feeling unsafe driving it.

Jon B.I was charged for fuel after leaving more fuel in the tank than there was before I got the vehicle. I even had a picture showing the tank level. I was told the fee would be waived but it wasn't. Overall service was ok.
Terrell B.Attempted to use the app, less than desirable. It asked for information during pickup that nobody would have on them (passport, deed, utility bill). Ended up going inside, the team was very quick and thorough. Easy process to turn in as well.

Gary C.There was NO ONE in the check out area when we arrived v- we had to go and look for them to get our vehicle. The truck was clean, but the driver side window was next to impossible to roll back up after you opened it. Also whenever the fuel saving gage went into the red when going up hills, the A/C would quit blowing. The gentleman that checked us back in when we returned the truck was fantastic.

Only thing I wish is that there was a way to buy one if there trailers, I love them they are really nice and very heavy duty!!

It was supposed to be a 10x10 indoor unit that was free for the first month...in reality all they had to offer was a 5x10 outside unit for $90. Might use their trucks again but I'll never use their storage.

MELANIE N. | Overall ExperienceThis was the 2nd Storage Unit I had reserved from this location. (2nd unit at this location. First time was EXCELLENT service etc.). The facility had rented the unit out from under me and when we arrived it wasn't available. While the owner/operator Chris did a great job getting us the same rate for a larger outdoor unit to compensate for the indoor climate controlled unit we had reserved, all of our furniture and electronics were covered in a thick layer of Georgia's famous yellow-green pollen and dust when we accessed it to clear it out this weekend. This was very unfortunate and has required several hours of cleaning everything before bringing it into our newly constructed home. Other than that, the rental, price and consistency of the payment process and smooth checkout were painless and simple.

They told me the 10x10x12 was no longer available and if I wanted the 10x10x10 I need to rent it now a week and a half before I needed it or it will be gone. I guess you don't honor the reservations. I had called a week before to change the date I needed the 26ft truck and they didn't even have that.

The only downfall would be the cleanliness, the community section was always junky and full of broken furniture. The outside bathroom needed attention. Finally, the trashcan by the exit door was never emptied. I will be back the next time I need a short-term unit. ¡Gracias!

When you work and off shift 12hr job you need 24hr access but its not worth $10 extra. I wish you gave a military and first responder discount. Im a veteran and i also am a hospital worker.
wayne c. | First ImpressionsBoth outdoor storage units leaked and damaged some of my items. When I informed UHaul, they said they would inform the manager and I was never contacted for follow up. The computer system at UHaul is horrible. When I first rented the units and set up my online account, UHaul's system linked my account to an old account ten years old, including an old credit card, which it then tried to run for auto pay and of course failed. I was then charged late fees, & a delinquent letter was sent in the mail to my MOTHER'S address THREE states away. When I went to UHaul to correct these issues, they apologized and admitted that their computer systems were horrible. They removed the late fees, but it should have never happened in the first place.

When I went to get my stuff the were badly molded. Called the insurance Co, all the say was there wasn't any leak & they denied my claim. Uhal will not do anything for me either. Chris - regional manager- newnan, ga. My lost $3000.00.
