Truck was old but clean and ran well for local move. Lot attendant was excellent. Reservation was smooth (in person). BUT Counter help at pickup was dismal at best. No smile, not friendly, and didn't seem to care about anything at all. Dealt with her before - really should find a different line of work where you don't have to deal with people.

The vehicle was a little dirty. Even the seats look like they had dust or dirt on them in the crevices. The inside was just very dusty. It don't look like it was wiped down inside the cab. I don't know the last time it was used but they said it was cleaned after they last customer used it. Soon as I turned they key, It told me it needed an oil change when I first got in the vehicle. That was the only day I could use the U-Haul so I had to go with it. However, It worked for what I needed it for. I was able to get the task done that I needed. They just need to be cleaned more.

This was the 2nd Storage Unit I had reserved from this location. (2nd unit at this location. First time was EXCELLENT service etc.). The facility had rented the unit out from under me and when we arrived it wasn't available. While the owner/operator Chris did a great job getting us the same rate for a larger outdoor unit to compensate for the indoor climate controlled unit we had reserved, all of our furniture and electronics were covered in a thick layer of Georgia's famous yellow-green pollen and dust when we accessed it to clear it out this weekend. This was very unfortunate and has required several hours of cleaning everything before bringing it into our newly constructed home. Other than that, the rental, price and consistency of the payment process and smooth checkout were painless and simple.

Train your customer service desk person to be aware she is in a customer service position. She was rude, and would not engage in any conversation. When asked a direct question, she responded with one word answers. I felt extremely uncomfortable dealing with the individual. Extremely unprofessional!

I made a reservation for a 10x10x12. I stopped by just to make sure everything was in place. They told me the 10x10x12 was no longer available and if I wanted the 10x10x10 I need to rent it now a week and a half before I needed it or it will be gone. I guess you don't honor the reservations. I had called a week before to change the date I needed the 26ft truck and they didn't even have that.

When I need a unit for a short period, I always choose this location. The manager is knowledgeable. The only downfall would be the cleanliness, the community section was always junky and full of broken furniture. The outside bathroom needed attention. Finally, the trashcan by the exit door was never emptied. I will be back the next time I need a short-term unit. Thanks!

Your check in person was rude. He could have been more professional and asked me to drive over to the check in station, with a “Please”. Instead he gave me a bad look and told me to bring the trailer to him. Even after I requested he ask me nicely, he refused. Politeness goes a long way. I won't be referring or using your store again.

The rep at the counter did not tell me that I would receive an email telling me to check the gas and the truck for damage. When I returned it , I was told the gas level was lower even though I put it back to the original level. Luckily I took a picture of the gauges. Owner was very rude. I would never recommend this location to anyone.

I rent trailers from you many times / year and I have a storage unit with you; however, on every visit, it like I'm a new customer. Very strange experience. It would be pretty cool if you could come up with an automated, self-service system for repeat customers. Would also be nice to be recognized as a regular when I return, but I can live without that.

Make sure windshield is clean and wipers work well. It was a PITA to drive at night in the rain with those wipers. Also the lock on the cargo door needs to be lubed. I locked it and it almost wouldn't release. Feel like I overpaid for that truck. *** Also, when I set up my account there was another email and address on it like someone had used my contact info to rent something in Roswell GA. I took screenahots of the info and deleted the address, email, and vehicle the person was using with my name and contact info. His email and my name are not even close (different nationalities). It is very negligent to not double check someone's Identity and contact info when renting out a truck. I can send screenshots if you'd like. Not super excited about UHaul after I discovered all this tonight. Yikes. Hope they don't have my CC info attached to my account too.***

After personally visiting 3 locations I finally found a car towing trailer in Newnan. I was told that the other two locations had what I needed a car tow bar but after driving over to them I was told they did not have a car tow bar or a car towing trailer. We ended up at Newnan and he had a car towing trailer at $15 more than the bar but we had to take it. The young lady at the reception doing our paperwork had absolutely NO customer service and attitude made us feel we were bothering her doing business there. Fortunately the manager assisted us with the final hook up and he was very pleasant & helpful.

Some of the side lights were not working on the trailer. All the rear worked fine. During the day side lights are no big deal, but when you're towing at night it gives you the peace of mind that others can see you better.

I was not informed that the movers that I hired from Uhaul were responsible for spilling paint at my storage facility. The damages should have been reported to me which I would have in turn reported to them but I was not made aware of it. Otherwise I would have informed the front desk of the damages caused there. I am working with them to rectify this but as seriously disappointed at the handling of this. This is unacceptable and has caused me a great deal of embarrassment and has tarnished my reputation with the company. They should have informed me. The company has now accusing me of abusing their facility and even threatened to cancel my unit. This is not good business.

I like the security and elevator. I dont like that you charge extra for 24hr access. When you work and off shift 12hr job you need 24hr access but its not worth $10 extra. I wish you gave a military and first responder discount. Im a veteran and i also am a hospital worker.

Been here twice to rent trucks and both times the ladies at the desk were very rude. Any questions i'd ask the lady would roll her eyes like I was completely inconveniencing her. I don't understand why a company would allow this kind of behavior to exist in there company.

Both outdoor storage units leaked and damaged some of my items. When I informed UHaul, they said they would inform the manager and I was never contacted for follow up. The computer system at UHaul is horrible. When I first rented the units and set up my online account, UHaul's system linked my account to an old account ten years old, including an old credit card, which it then tried to run for auto pay and of course failed. I was then charged late fees, & a delinquent letter was sent in the mail to my MOTHER'S address THREE states away. When I went to UHaul to correct these issues, they apologized and admitted that their computer systems were horrible. They removed the late fees, but it should have never happened in the first place.

Called several times. Wait time 10-15 minutes. Last call was on hold for 38 minutes. No one ever picked up. Was still on hold when i walked in building. Girl at counter was on her cell. No one in line when i arrived. Brought this issue up with management. Other employees were great!

I moved into the storage on a Sunday afternoon late in the day when it was soon to be time for the associates to go home. The trash cans in the storage building could have used some taking out, but again, it was around quitting time and I know how it feels to be ready to get off work! Other than the trash cans being full, everything else was clean as a whistle and looked great!

I'm so frustrated. Came in a few weeks ago and thought I had reserved a 10x10 unit for sometime this month. Came in yesterday to move from my 5x5 to 10x10 and was told "no, you don't have a reservation and we don't have any available.  Also was told you don't keep a waiting list for 10x10's.

My only complaint with u haul Newnan is about a single employee. All agents were busy when I arrived, so I was waiting. This young lady came in to start her shift, she had a thin T shirt with no bra and house slippers, she clocked in and went outside in the shop area and sat down and started smoking. She was still there smoking and talking on her phone after I unloaded a truck and checked out. So I asked another employee about her and what her job was. I was told she had the same job as the rest of the folks at the counter. Why she chose to go outside and smoke instead of helping me while I was in line I do not know. She seemed extremely comfortable ignoring your customers so this tells me she does this quite often. Her dress was completely unacceptable for public work. Her work ethic would get her fired if she worked for me. You are really being unfair to your other employees by allowing this employee to act like this. All your other folks were very professional and very helpful and working their butts off, I feel pretty confident you know exactly who I am talking about and I hope that you address it.
