The staff helped me get a locking hitch off of my truck after the key was misplaced. They spent considerable time and effort to make sure my vehicle didn’t get so much as a scratch.

Rented a car Dolley. When picking it up, I explicitly asked the lady writing the contract when I need to return it, I followed on with, “Should I return it this afternoon, or tomorrow morning?” because it would simply be more convenient for me to return in the morning on my way to work. She stated it would be the same price regardless. I picked up the dolley at 10:30 AM on Monday. When I went to return it at 8:30 AM the next morning (Tuesday, less than 24hrs), I was told my total was double what I was expecting (being charged an extra day). When I went inside to investigate, they stated my return time was put as yesterday afternoon. The gentlemen who I was speaking with had a badge that he was the owner and the lady I dealt with yesterday was at the kiosk/station next to him. When he stated that my return time was 4:30 yesterday (Which I could have returned it by if I had known) I stated that the lady next to him stated it would be the same price regardless if I returned it yesterday or in the morning. While ultimately he removed the charge, he did state “You need to review your contract to make sure you know your return time.” I get that, and for now on I will. But what that ultimately translates to is “Don’t trust my employees to give you accurate information.”

Auto transport had clearly been used to haul some kind of aggregate materiel like sacks of concrete as the trailer was loaded with it. Had to take time to wash it all off before use to prevent loose stones from flying off and presenting a hazard to other drivers and/or shipping their windshields. Should have been obvious to the yard tech!

The folks here were very helpful! They did a great job installing my hitch and wiring and when time came to pick up the 5X8 trailer, they hooked it up, made sure all the lights were working and even double checked the tire pressure for me before I hit the road. Great service all around!

On Friday, Oct. 11, 2019 I went to the store to make a change to my reservations. The sales associate had POOR customer service. He did not greet us, had on sunshades the entire time while providing a service as if he was hungover, he made us feel like we were bothering him and I had to ask for my drivers license back before leaving the store because he acted as if he did not want to give it back. After the adjustment to the reservation was completed he did not ask “is there anything else I can do?”. As a customer I had to ask “is it fixed?” Because he just looked at me, I guess he was looking with his sunshades on unable to see who and what exactly he was focusing on. Poor customer service!!

Checking in online doesn't make any difference. You still have to wait in line to get the paperwork. And the last 3 times I've checked in online I've provided copies of my drivers license. Only once has a counter person noticed this and not required my license. The other times it's like it doesn't matter what I do, I still have to stand in line, and still have to show my license so they can take a picture of it, even though I've already done that. And there was only 1 guy to hook up trailers. The staff didn't seem real enthusiastic. It's a good enough place, but really, get motivated just a little bit.

For the number of steps you ask to do an after hours digital equipment return there shouldn't be a $20 convenience fee. The fee should be for those unwilling to do the check in who just drop the keys in the box and leave similar to your "optional" cleaning fee.

This is the only Uhaul that I use, the people are friendly and very courteous and they really care about their customers. the whole staff that I encounter with. Laura and Albert are very welcoming and easy to talk to.

4X6 trailers hard to come by at all locations even with advanced reservations. Also trailer cost is nearly as high as a van or truck. If not I would have rated a 5 star.

Truck was clean. Service was impeccable. Location is great. Mileage rates are too high - for $19.95 a day it cost me $156. for six hours.

Try to keep non-storage vehicles out of the loading spots. During busy periods there may have been a wait to park. They appeared to be rentals mostly.

The manager (Stephen Gould) and employees were not friendly. I waited 15 minutes to check in and at least 4 personnel were behind the counter. I was still charged a late fee for being 15 minutes late!
