Great staff very helpful and efficient
Instructions indicated that we there was supposed to be a second security checkin that was not found. Tried calling U-Haul but was kept on hold for too long. Eventually just cut zip tie to get into unit.
The woman who assisted me was very helpful and kind. Made it a great experience compared to other storage facilities in the area.
I would have rated higher but a lock was still on unit when I tried to store my belongings. Had to wait for someone to remove lock.
The staff and management were extremely helpful and thoughtful.

I had to move my stuff out as there are too many spiders. I still needed the space but moved out early coz of the spiders and insects getting into my stuff.
I had trouble accessing support after business hours. It was challenging that the general uhaul support line refused to give the gate code. My experience of using the facility was positive and easy.
The staff at the Ithica UHAUL are polite and helpful, However, every time I have been there I have had to wait 20-30 minutes in live. Hire more staff and treat them well!!
Excellent value for money.
At checkout office was open but nobody around. After waiting, calling out, etc. I left. Checkout procedure or where to find someone wasn't clear at the site or on the website. Perhaps clearer signage?
Spiders crawled into my furniture at the storage unit.
I could never get in contact with the staff from this facility as they never answer the phone. I had to call for 5 days in a row before I could directly speak to someone from the location.
The actual storage facility/unit was nice & well maintained; however, the process to get access to the unit was a nightmare & going to the unit in the evening is unsafe because someone is living there

Excellent and cheerful staff.
A few minor issues: e.g. the code I was given to open the gate does not work, and I need to always use the emergency code (which makes me feel that one day I won't be able to go past the gate)
Clean, convenient, and one free month included with my truck rental was awesome!

Unhelpful / ignorant staff members. Can't reach anyone via phone call. Had to pay for a full 2 months on a storage unit when I only used it for 1 month and 1 week. I will never go here again.

Nothing but problems since they took over Sunny’s Storage.WEEKS to sort out problems IF you can speak to someone in the Ithaca office.Do not rent!If you need a truck-rent Penske-half price and 👍 CS!

I miss Sunny's! They were personable, always there, and very professional and organized. The attendant on duty was helpful, but your system does not seem to be working.
I have not even moved in yet! But, so far have been unable to get through to the local office at least 5 times, spent over 10 minutes on the phone making a reservation that disappeared
The billing was difficult while transitioning ownership. We had many requests for payments that were already made, bills sent to tenants, late fees applied, etc although our account was paid in full.
