This is an amazing location. The GM was very helpful and went out of her way to help me with my reservation. I was going to go to public storage, but the staff there was so rude, so I went to U-Haul and I needed storage so they told me about the U-box and how it works and so I went for it and was excited about where the location and the cleanliness of this U-Haul was and the staff was terrific. So yes this was a plus for me.

the contactless check in process did not work for me so I had to go. In addition, it would have been nice for the employee to mention if I knew the procedure for returning the truck. I asked and the person said I would get a text but I never did. Perhaps this is a technical issue that needs to get fixed. However, final payment went smoothly so no complaints there.

Transmission on truck was going out.. Truck was one bar from e.. I bought it back where it was but was charged $30.. Would recommend telling the guest that the charge at pick up is a holding charge

Tony at6 the traffic control center did not follow through and make sure that my containers got delivered to the sunset location for loading. I had to rent a truck (currently at my cost - have disputed the charges) load my goods and drive them across town to this location and load them into the containers (only needed 3 out of 6). Howard at this location was awesome and went out of his way to try and make my experience as positive as possible.

Tank was empty upon arrival for pickup. What's the point of having no contact pick up if you still have to go inside to get the key.

Trucks should be rented with full tank. It only benefits u-haul to rent trucks with varying degrees of fuel in the tank. If you can calculate how much to charge me for under fills then you can calculate my refunds for overfills. You are ripping off your customers.

They did not let me drop off the truck at other u-haul location. So I had to bring back the truck at this location which was wast of my time and gas and it cost me more money.

Employees at this location provide excellent service. They are courteous and friendly. Will definitely use them again.

Their masks were hanging off below their face if they were even on. They didn't walk the truck with me. I was given a model without a drop walk and wasn't made aware. I was told if I needed more time to just give them a call.. well you all are closed on Sunday's. I called the number they gave me and ITS closed on sundays. So instead of making money the truck got to sit in the lot for a day. It's clear that this location isn't trained and doesn't uphold a professional ideal. I've previously visited the location on El Camino and the difference is night and day. Your biggest take away from this review should be the negligence to COVID compliance. How disrespectful to every person that comes into your building. Just circles back to poor training and lack of accountability.

Gas tank in truck had a leak in the gas tank when we left, did not notice until we filled up with gas, and ended up wasting about $40 on gas because half of it spilled out of the tank.

Getting my uhaul and trailer was way more difficult than it should have been. It took an hour to get my equipment, the staff was not professional and in no rush to help us. When we received the truck, it smelled AWFUL of cigarette smoke, there was no washer fluid and the trailer was not already set up. The staff has to redo my whole reservation because the company made it two separate orders and the tank was not full when we received it. The staff also changed my pickup location because he said it was closer and it was not and completely out of the way when I dropped it off. Awful experience for paying $755.

Check in after hours was not explained nor was it explained on the website. I had to make a second trip to the location after I had dropped off the truck and key. At that point i could not take pictures of the inside (odometer and box) since the trucked was locked. I had to use dummy photos to get through the check in sequence. I assumed I could do the check in from home using my home computer.

Staff was less than friendly and did not wear a mask. Additionally, when we arrived a staff member saw us and walked away, when I chased her down she said someone would be with us shortly. No one arrived (10 mins) - so I had to call the office and someone ran to the phone and saw us, then we received service.

We cannot speak highly enough for the Uhaul container experience. It was an easy process to order online. The day that Diana brought out the U boxes, she was on time, friendly and courteous. She did not rush us when we were all trying to figure out where to put the containers, she worked with us. We could also see at that point that we would need two more containers, and Diana, the driver got those ordered for me and brought them out the next day… What a lifesaver!! And then the very next day came back out to pick up the containers and take them all back to Uhaul. Great company to work with!

The truck needs a front end alignment. It pulled to the right the entire 16 hours I drove it. The right tire was bald on the outside edge by the time we made it to Spokane.

Don't make false promises to customers that do not end up being fulfilled. I was told that I could get a refund for an extra unused day of rental, so I adjusted my timeline so that I could bring it back earlier than originally scheduled. When I dropped off the trailer, I was told that I would have to contact the location where I picked it up in order to receive my refund. I have spoken with multiple people from UHaul, including an area manager, but they refuse to give me what they promised, stating it is not part of their policy.

Ileage on contract was wrong,, so had to ask to be corrected.. Didn't give us blankets, so had to go back next day. Took a while at the counter when renting due to tech issues. Not the best experience.

My overall experience with this particular location is both excellent and gratifying. I went in this store because I was told to do so by a branch in Arden Way. I was informed in Arden Way branch that a pick up truck was available at the Uhaul Natomas Branch. So, they made the necessary reservation for me. But when I went to Natomas branch, I was told that the pick up truck is not available as there was something wrong with it. My concern is that, Arden branch should have made the necessary verification first or even a phone call on that branch verifying the availability of the vehicle. I tried renting the cargo van but was not available at that time. The very kind and considerate black lady who assist me tried her very best in looking for a cargo van nearby, but the location was far from me. I left the Natomas branch very please with the lady who assist me. While I was 5 minutes away from the branch, I received a call from them and I was informed that the cargo van was available. I went back to pick it up. I even left my credit card in the store, but the people over reached out to me as soon as they found out about it and informed me. I was really thankful with the way the people over there handle my needs. They are really know about customer service and they went above and beyond their responsibilities, and for that, I am very well pleased and thankful!!! More power to the team members of this branch!!! You guys are one of a kind!!!
