At Age 50+, I have used this, as well as, numerous other Uhaul locations spanning multiple States. This location at Grapevine Hwy (Hwy 26) in N.R.H., TX 76180 has always been my personal go to location for most all of my Rental needs. The Staff is knowledgeable and professional. They make a sincere effort to expedite as promptly as is realistically possible in what can be at times a chaotic environment and even apologize for delays. I know that this review comes across as a padded Review, It isn't and I rarely waste my time on these Type of Review Requests. I haven't completed a Uhaul Review in some time. Occasionally, We need to take a brief moment of our lives to acknowledge the People who ARE doing a Good Job in order to compensate for ALL the frustrated or negative People whom they encounter in the course of their normal Work . Sometimes that one "Thanks, I see the good Job you're doing and I appreciate your efforts ." keeps the beneficial Employee/ Manager so that they are there for You the next time that you need their assistance . Doesn't just apply to this Uhaul... So, this is the part that I try to help and make both My and other Customers Lives better... I fully understand the dynamics involved in the Operations of a Rental/ Storage Operation and why there is a realistic need to add rolling phone coverage for Inbound Calls. However, there are times that Uhaul Corporate Call Center isn't equipped with the Site Specific Knowledge to answer specific customer questions 樂. Perhaps adding a specified Text Capability on a Corporate to Store and Back, would help overcome this aggravating gap in the Customer Interaction Abilities of Customer Phone Calls and the information they are seeking, which is answerable only at a Store Level. I was very frustrated. I returned the vehicle after only using it for 2 hours. Left key in truck like I've done many times when renting from y'all and left truck where I was told to park it. Went into office and told them keys in truck and asked was that all? And was told yes have a good day. Next day at 10:00 I received a voicemail asking when I was going to return the truck and did I need it more days. WTF? After the end of my shift at work went up to Uhaul and couldn't even get an apology or anything. I was scared someone maybe took the truck and I was liable!! All I got was we are short staffed. Please learn from this. No one bothered to call me back to say sorry we found the truck. It only takes one bad experience to not come back. I've had many good experiences with y'all.DAWNE G.

Tell your customers to NOT book online. The experience was TERRIBLE. THREE changes in locations. And the last change was done about 2 hours before I was to pick up the van. The location that I should have called and rented was the last location that the online team sent me to pick up the van. Nice people at that location and very accomodating. But your online service is a waste of time and energy. I won't rent from U-Haul again. I would rather rent a truck from Lowes/Home Depot or rent a van/truck from Enterprise.Mark M.

I am very satisfied with this location and their service. Just one thing was that the charges at the end were a bit unclear, because I kept extending every 10 day for total of 44 days and the first 10 day I prepaid for 950 miles, however at the end they still charged for the total accumulated miles. A bit frustrating, because I couldn't actually verify exactly how much I was paying for every 10 days , when I was extending, however the owner dealt with me personally, and he assured me, the computer calculates it so I get the best deal for the 44 days of rental. I decided to trust him! The ladies and guys at the location all seem like honest and good people.George C.

North Richland Hills was not the problem they were great. However Oasis Auto Shop LLC Changed my reservation at 6:59pm the night before when they closed at 7:00pm so i couldn't get in contact with anyone. When I called to talk to someone about the next day the customer service lady was very rude and told me because I am a â€˜secondary reservation' whatever that means? that my problems didn't matter. I returned the truck before the time agreed on, but I was still charged for 2 days of rental and a service fee as well because the website could not find my location. Emailed about my receipt days ago with no response.Jeremy H.
The app had a check-in process that differed from the actual process. I sat a few minutes at their drop-off site and nobody came, so I took several minutes with the app, taking pictures, etc Then it said 'take a picture of your parking place. So I parked, my app timed out, so I started doing everything again. Then someone finally came out and said I did not had to do the app, but I had to get back in the drop-off line.Jim C.
You undersell or overestimate your uhauls for what they can do and hook people to go back and get more space. Our 20' foot uhaul was barely just enough to hold our things for a one bedroom/bathroom (and we got professional movers to help us as well). Also, I put a preference for the original location I wanted to pick things up at and they didn't have the uhaul. So, I had to drive 30 minutes to pick up my uhaul. Don't give people pick-up options if they aren't guaranteed. Our movers were super amazing and I would recommend hiring them! They made the loading and unloading super easy.David D.

Lady helping us seemed in a rush and was very brash. My first online booking apparently didn't go through even though it said i had registered on my phone. We had to book at another location and then picked up the truck at this one. When I got there and tried to hand her the paper saying we had a truck booked she barked "I don't need that" and proceeded to bark orders for our DL and information. I understand it was a Saturday and they were busy, but coming from working customer service myself, I found the experience distasteful and disrespectful towards her customer.Kristina C.

The two gentlemen working the morning of pick up acted as if neither wanted to help me. One guy finally did. The other guy met me at the trailer. We moved my son's apartment into a unit over four years ago. When we recently came to get his stuff, we found a U-Haul lock in a slot next to the lock we put on. When we asked the staff, they said that they did not have the key and that the U-Haul lock was required. He said he had been working there two years and they always require that lock. When I told him that we were not required to get that type of lock when we moved in, he said it was required back then also. Obviously he was lying as he was not there four years ago and I was. I called Diane, the manager to see if they had a remedy but alas more terrible service as she never called me back. Probably too embarrassed by there blatant incompetence. We had to call a locksmith to have the U-Haul lock removed for $173. I would never use this location and warn everyone to stay away.Donald M. | Overall Experience

I've used uhaul many times and this experience has by far been the worst. Pick up location was amazing . The staff was helpful, polite, courteous and friendly. They were above amazing with customer service. The drop of location was the worst experience I have ever had with a business ever. The location itself was clean and tidy. Jarom/ jason not sure exactly his name. ( Light blonde/Reddish fuzzy hair in a bun on his head, wore orange bandana) and the the other man who Claimed to be the assist manager by far worst customer service from those two. You never tell or talk down to your customers. The assistant manager wouldn't reprimand his employee from be obstinate after I asked him several times to stop speaking to me. I even called Diane Talley.....useless ....she just wanted me to use online. I had to continue to tell her employees to stop telling at me so I could even speak to her. The way to this store is run is absolutely ridiculous. I will be calling and filing s formal complaint. They had one employee that went above and beyond to try and fix the situation. Angel May. He apologized even said he was sorry that I shouldn't have been treated like that. You definitely need to go through clean house and hire more people like Angel May.
