My experience was good, it was a simple process to pick up my rental and the counter associate went over the process for me and all my options. He convinced me to drop off back in Manchester to save some money. After bringing my rental to my moving location I found that there was a drop off location right near me and called to determine if I could drop off there. This is where my frustration and disappointment begins. I was assured on the phone that I could update my drop off location no problem and would just pay the difference. I was told that my total would be $132 which matched what I saw online when mocking up quotes. This was no problem for me and I decided to drop off at the below mentioned location. Upon receiving my receipt I was charged $99.71 which is more than my original charge for the actual rental at pick up! I was appalled that I was charged a gas fee and a wrong drop off fee when none of this was disclosed. When picking up the rental I was told that the tank needed to be returned with 3/4 tank of gas and in fact it was returned nearly full. I have been calling and chatting with Uhaul to figure this miscommunication out and get it amended but am not receiving any follow up. The Manchester location told me to contact my drop of location because there was nothing he could do for me and when I called the drop off location they entered a dispute. It has been 3 days since I was told I would hear back and still nothing. I am not one to complain but that charge is significantly more than I was expecting. I did my part and specifically called to make sure I could return at a new location. Had I known about all of the extra charges, I would have brought it back to Manchester. I rented 2 dozen pads. Had to go really far to pick up this truck (and had to go even farther to pick up the auto transport), got home, and realized some of the pads were soaked in the plastic bags. With all the extra time, gas, and mileage I already incurred with the experience, I did not have time to run back to any UHaul to get new pads.Renee S.

No improvement needed. The entire rental experience was excellent. I did not care for the on-line reservation system because the system wanted to force me to go your South Willow Street location which was not convenient for me. I called the Hooksett Road location and Richard immediately took care of my needs and scheduled me for a pick-up/drop-off for his location on Hooksett Road, which is what I wanted. Richard on the phone, then the person who checked me in, and then the person who later checked me out were all helpful, very friendly, and good personalities. Excellent customer service from all 3 team members!!! Your 443 Hooksett, Road Manchester, NH location is superb and the place to rent from!!!David D.

1. I had to wait until the last minute to know whether or not the store had the parts for the hitch install 2. Took 3 hours between check-in, install, and another 20 minutes just to settle the bill, which was already paid for 3. My personal belongings were not put back into the vehicle - luckily I discovered this before I left the property 4. Upon close inspection of my hitch, done just today, I discovered NO wiring harness visible, despite paying for same 5. A trim piece that was removed for the wiring access (which again, I can't find a harness for), was not replaced and is missing 6. Calls have been left for the President, Brian Polanco, and GM, Richard Andrews on this date, after calling the store to inquire about the missing wiring and trim piece, and being rudely placed on hold for at least ten minutes, at which time I hung up and contacted the above listed managers. Very unhappy with this experience!!!!!Neal C.

I'm leaving this bad review because I got charged multiple times for my truck, for multiple different amounts, for no apparent reason and not getting any help from the store as to why this is happening. When I dropped the truck off, I was told by the attendant that I owed $107.95 but I have received an additional charge for $119 and with no explanation and I never got a receipt or statement in my email.Alexandra T.
