Whoever I talked to the first time said the location closed at 6 while we were there picking up the van the general manager â€œBrian â€œ pulls up looking like he does drugs even though the store was close he walked right passed not asking did I need help or anything.. and your online check in sucks I can't imagine if I was on a time frame it took extremely to longShawnece K.

They were a little rude about where to park. Then asked to help with light check. They asked me to turn on lights which I did. Then they reached in through open side window and turned the headlights from on to auto which turned off the headlights (really bright daylight). The person who did that seemed to be the boss and I felt it was rude. I was asked if I wanted to pay cash or card for mileage overage and he proceeded to charge my card but I didn't realize my credit card was saved â€œin system.â€ Was this even notified to me at time of contract placement?Jeremy H.

I (for USPS Henderson Offices) rented a total of 12 vans for our PEAK Season, from 5 different Uhaul locations. Uhaul representatives Andrea, Brittany, James, Michelle, Javier, and others, were all courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Her manager came out and told her to hurry up because she has a bunch of people waiting and VERY calm, respectful and professionally she told him she got everyone handled. The staff was not professional, they did not move with any sense of urgency. I was overcharged. The vehicle smells like someone was smoking marijuana in it previously. Employees were extremely unprofessional, unprepared, uncoordinated, & slow! The area designated for equipment return was occupied by random vehicles. Customer service was decent! The employee helping me with my trailer was extremely inconsiderate! This man was unprepared & not motivated whatsoever! When I asked for my trailer, he lethargically walks over. Claims he has to move two other trailers to get to mine. Then claims he has to go get some dolly to move the other trailers (which, I understand), but it took him 10 minutes to get this Dolly! Once he got the dolly, he finally moved the other trailers. & claimed he needed an extension harness for the lights! Which I understand! Safety first! AGAIN! Another this task took 10 minutes! I will NEVER go back to this location! I've been renting from uhaul for 10+ years, & have never experienced such horrible service! I NEVER write reviews! I just feel like whoever owns this place needs to hire different management & possibly clear out staff & start from scratchRAFAEL B.
the cashier did not ask me if I wanted insurance coverage. Charged me anyway for coverage. When I returned the vehicle (the same cashier) said I would have to call back on Monday to see if it can be reversed. He also did not ask how many miles I was need the vehicle. I was disappointed that military discounts weren't given at this particular establishment, also the van we rented was very dirty inside and outside. It's especially important with the pandemic going on that at least the inside of vans and/or should've been cleaned. Another thing that we didn't like was the fact we returned van with more gas in tank than what was in van when we picked van up, but that extra money wasn't refunded. I would never rent a van, truck or any other equipment from this location.Sharon N.
