I would like to acknowledge Tristan. He was very pleasant, patient and professional with not just me but as I watched him interact with other customers. I find it to be rare lately to come across someone that makes a positive impression on his customers. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves. The windshield had frost, requiring it to be scraped. While the truck engine warmed up 5 minutes to help melt the heavy frost, a loaner scraper was used. The 26' truck performed to expectations. Thank you for the opportunity to rent.

My truck was double booked to another renter. Then after leaving, I looked at the paperwork that they had given me and discovered that the gas gauge reading was not correct and I had to return, adding several miles charged against my billing. I was under a time constraint and the lost 40 minutes delayed our move out, angering the buyers of our home.

I was charged 12.38 fuel charge, and I brought the truck back in with more fuel in it than when I picked it up. I have both emails showing fuel gauge at check out and check in. Will be calling to complain and ask for refund.

I rented a pickup for $19.95, went approximately 50 miles at .52 cents a mile, no add on, put gas in the tank back up to level, and came away with paying $100.00 That sucks!

Make sure lights work properly and trailers are well maintained. Not sounding like it will break down any time. Had very bad lighting and very loud noises coming from the frame or bearings. Thank goodness I made it to my destination safely with very careful driving.

Make sure the gas tanks are full everytime you rent a truck! When I rented the truck the sales agent said the truck was at 7/8 of a tank of gas. When I got into the truck, the gas level was at 3/4. I drove 45 miles and had no clue how much gas to put into the tank. I put $15 in gas that filled it up to 7/8 tank of gas. I was not reimbursed for my overfill. Feels a little shady to me.

One of the chains on the trailer was pretty rusted. The tech at the drop off location saw it and mentioned it to me. Otherwise the trailer was in excellent condition.

I stopped down the road from the Uhaul dropoff and put gas in it. The gas gauge appeared to be in the same spot as when I picked it up. Upon receiving my final bill I see I was charged $15 for fuel.

There are State, CDC, OSHA guidelines for our current Michigan mask mandate. Both during the pick up and drop off your employees were not properly wearing mask as they were hanging below the nose and at times the mouth. It is not the responsibility of patrons to make your business a safe environment for everyone during these times. If your employees cannot properly wear a mask, can they be trusted to actually properly clean a truck?

Awesome customer service from the younger guy that helped me and set things up for me to get going. I rented a pickup and a two wheeled dolly. Truck and dolly were great! Only thing I would say I wasn't entirely happy with is cost but was worth it so I could tow my car and get the new engine I have for it start getting put in since it wasn't at my house or have the means for it. Would definitely recommend and plan to use this location again when needed.

Trailers and trucks need to be kept in working order. We had a trailer that had no turn signals or brake lights and kept blowing my fuse on my truck. And the first trailer we tried only allowed the door to go up half way. Unacceptable!!! Then when I asked for a refund cuz we had all these issues and we also returned the trailer an extra day early I was refused a refund. Not a happy customer about these issues.

Scheduling for delivery was impossible to get set. I will never use uhaul again based on the lack of service. My property sat in Muskegon for 15 days before finally being delivered, I called almost daily for information and couldn't get a straight answer.

The staff were friendly. However, the agent who rented me the truck informed me of the special that month- stating I was eleihible for a one-month free storage unit. And beyond a month it would be regular price. He did not share that the unit was at the dropoff site from my one way trip. I called to reserve the unit, explained that I wanted to take advantage of the special and a different agent booked it. Again I was not told that the unit had to be at the other location. So when I arrived with my belongings to put in the unit I rented, I was surprised to find I was being charged full price. I am very disappointed that the first two agents didn’t tell me the exact details. It feels like a bait and switch.

I went by one weekend and the gate was stuck open. If you are 3 days late on the monthly rent they lock you out of your storage unit and won't unlock it until it is paid in full.
