The trailer had not been cleaned but was cleaned before I returned it. I did not get the size trailer I needed. Said I could not have one of the 12" trailers that was on the lot because I was dropping off at a different location. People take equipment one way all the time, not sure why I was was the exception to the rule this time. Personnel were friendly, just not accommodating with their equipment.Chester M.

First, I am a big fan of UHaul but this pickup that I rented was filthy when i picked it up (inside and out). When I asked why it was so dirty, the response was that we only wash them every Thursday. NOTE: When I went into the location masks were required due to Covid, which I appreciate....I had mine on. But the vehicle I rented was clearly not sanitized inside so it seems odd that you would ensure safety of your customers in the facility but not in the vehicle. Disappointed for sure in this experience and this locationRoss M.

We ended up not being able to buy the house in Kentucky so we were stuck in Murfreesboro. The gentleman at the counter was in need of a 26ft truck and that's what we had, so instead of charging us a wrong destination fee, he actually refunded us the difference. Uhaul may have given us some difficulties but we will lalwags come back because the customer service is amazing!Emily C.

The truck I received had 171k miles, lots of body damage, leaky box that ran in the window of driver door if it was cracked even. Truck was not firing on all cylinders and even with only about 1/3 of the trucks weight capacity it couldn't pull 50 up a small hill on the interstate. After 55mph it bounced and shook so badly we had to keep pulling off the road just to rest my hands and arms for the vibrationOWEN S.

I rented the space online but when I got in the store, I was told that somebody else had already rented that space and was moving in on the same day I was suppose to. It took them almost 4 days to put my money back on my cardAntonio B. | Online Move In
The staff was AWFUL. Absolutely zero customer service. Every employee had a terrible attitude. I waited in the store alone for 10+ minutes before anyone showed up & then the first thing that was said to me was â€œwhat do you need?â€ I had a reservation & the truck that I reserved was not available. I drove only 5 miles... When I topped off the tank, it took 3 gallons... At current prices, that was almost $8... That comes to .6 miles per gallon or $2.66 per mile... While this is not a great amount of money to some, as a retired Sr. Citizen on a fixed income, small amounts add up and make or break my budget... I also had difficulty in getting a trailer hitch at this location months ago and had to seek another establishment for installation... In the future, I will only consider UHaul if no other avenues are available...JOHN S.

I want to say this location was good, but the process to return a trailer after hours was a huge frustration and time wasting. I returned the trailer at approx 9:20 pm and wasn't able to successfully use your website for return. It continued to say unable to find location. I called Cust service and waited on hold for over 25 minutes. I then finally emailed some pics to a Cust service rep. She said there is no way for me to see if they arrived until after I hung up so I called back and waited about 18 min for next rep and they confirmed pics were received and I didn't have to pay the extra $20 for not using the website to correctly drop off trailer. Here's my thoughts, why in the world would I need to pay you to bring back your trailer early after trying diligently to use your system to return. I will never rent with them. This is a scam. After talking to someone to set up a move out day and pay a settlement offer because I was effected by Covid. They continued to charge me for miscellaneous things Causing my bill to go up to a thousand dollars and tried to sell my items to get nothing and then tell me I still owe a thousand dollars.Taira C. | Overall Experience

The staff is rude. Aside from the date I signed my contract, whenever I have to speak with the staff they have a tendency to make one feel unimportant and that I am an interruption to whatever they have going on. They often park equipment in the way of the door to the storage units creating a trip hazard. When you ask them to move it they are always too busy to do so in a timely fashion. When moving out I called to cancel my contract. the rep stated that its not really a contract and all i have to do is move out. I asked him to please make a record of my move out anyway. I then started receiving late notices with assessed fees so I called back in. the rep noted said she would e-mail the store to notify them of my original move out date but would not copy me on that e-mail nor provide a copy for my records. I find that policy absurd. She stated all calls are recorded and that if needed I could get said recording. When I requested it she put me on hold and after 20 minutes i gave up. The only saving grace for this particular facility was the price. That said I did get a letter notifying me that the price was increasing on my unit. With all this in mind, no I would not recommend this facility, especially for storage rentals. Additionally, after my support experiences with your company, I will shop other brands before choosing a uhaul location in the future.George M. | Overall Experience
