Start with full fuel and return with full or charge. I got truck half full and returned with 3 quarters and they gave me no credit for that. I got ripped off for a quarter tank of gas. But you would have charged me if I was below. This is a bad practice. Either start full return full or credit when it is due

Truck operationally perfect, except air conditioner has problem. The air will not come out of the dash vents , only the defrost ( windshield) vent. No fun in 103 degree weather.

The truck smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. My stuff was in the truck for 24 hours and now my house has the same smell. I had to purchase an air freshener for the cab in order to be able to drive.

Pros: The hitch looks great and is the best price in town. Staff was very friendly during install. Cons: Phone staff will hound you for a booking/appointment and credit card. WiFi was not accessible. If you’re waiting at the site for the install, there is a small table with two chairs. Adequate but not a lounge. I imagine it’s rarely used so it serves its purpose. Install took about 90 min instead of the quoted 60. Was not an issue but FYI. I would definitely use them again and would definitely recommend/refer.

I am greatly dissatisfied with what happened with my reservation. I reserved a 6X12 utility trailer with a ramp for June 15th. When I arrived with my father to get said trailer the employees informed me the internet was down and that they could not find my reservation. I opened my email to prove I had reserved the trailer and there was an email that I had picked up my trailer June 14th and had returned it. This was frustration as I had not gotten the trailer the day prior and the employee could not tell me if I had been charged for this. I am checking my account to make sure there is no charge as I did not get a trailer. It is also worry-some that anyone can walk in and get another person reservation. My name is very unique so there is no way this was a simply mix up with names. When I informed the employee I had not picked up the trailer I was told I would have to re-reserve another trailer. At this point my father was also frustrated with customer service and how my reservation had been handled.

Only thing I can mention is maybe upgrade the audio in the trucks to allow for Bluetooth Connectivity from Mobile Phones since the radio isn’t really up to par and wouldn’t pick up much reception at all or was rare!

Was shorted milage when I rented the truck. Uhaul only Allows enough miles to get you around 30 miles from the drop off. Then charges you per mile for the 30 miles that Hhaul shorted you when you pick up the truck UHAUL SCAMMING HONEST CUSTOMERS!

2 out of 3 of your representatives were very rude to the customers. The lady behind the counter was rude to every customer she interacted with unless it was with her regulars as she called them. If she was part of management I understand why the rest of your employees act that way. You had a guy from IT working on the computers that if he is honest could verify this information. The only one that had any respect for customers was the one that checked me in he was very courteous and respectful when he checked me in. Someone needs to have a talk with your employees that that they are not doing us a favor

Just keep the same group working there and things'll be great! Even with 4 busses suddenly showing up, 6 uhauls returning (me included), and someone picking one up all at 6:45pm when they close at 7pm, they worked their hardest to make sure I was involved and taken care of.

Fix yalls trucks felt very unsafe driving the truck I couldn't take it back to get new one they was closed the front end felt like it was about to fall out on acceleration and on braking I drive semis for a living if that was my rig dot would most likely shut you down awful told the guy that works there about it he seemed like he didn't care I will never do business with uhaul again and will tell everyone to stay away

I returned my equipment 5 minutes before closing. It was raining. Worker was clearly upset. The worker (Kevin) was using profanity under his breath. The f-bomb was dropped a couple of times. Clearly I was not impressed. He did his job and I was on my way at 4:59 still 1 minute before closing.

Hire a new manager. The red headed curly haired woman who runs the location would have preferred my husband, myself, and our two children to pull an unsafe car carrier all the way to Texas because we inconvenienced her by letting her know we wanted a new one because the one they gave us was unsafe. Once we hit 45 mph the trailer started to bounce and shake our entire truck. It was not a safe situation so my husband returned it and asked for a new one. She made it clear it was fine and didn't care to entertain my husband's concerns and the unsafe nature of it. We ended up receiving a new car carrier but she was unpleasant and could have cared less about our safety. She's rude and abrasive. You should really reevaluate who you have running your business.

Working with this facility was an absolute nightmare. You will never be able to call and speak to the store, you will always have to go down there to speak to anyone. They were incredibly rude also.

I did not keep the unit and rated below average because there was no light. I had to use a lantern, flashlight or my cell phone flashlight in the unit which was very inconvenient.
