Hazard road conditions prevented travel to Helena MT. Truck was on 1/4 tank, I filled it for the trip $100. Had to stay at Missoula Motel, next day still hazard roads, returned to Uhaul, approx 15 miles on truck, Mgr. wouldn't refund my gas fill up & even charged for the day. We had to return to Spokane in our own vehicle.We've spent thousands with Uhaul, my sister Evelyn Sass. Ck her acct. We want the $100 gas taken off the credit card. We will be taking the trip from Spokand WA to Helena MT when driving conditions are safe. Please reply. ThanksPETER K.

There were issues every step of the way. Wrong lock box code, very begrudging location customer service, dolly I asked for not provided, 40 min wait on hold to get dolly taken off bill, dolly not actually taken off bill when returned to self service station, 20 more minutes to have it taken off. There was some garbage. left in the truck when I got it. I was told there was a half a tank of gas but there was just over a fourth of a tank. That is my bad, I should have taken a picture. I filled it to half of a tank. I also should have kept track of the mileage because I don't think I went as far as they said. Lastly I called and asked what I would be charged if I kept the truck until the next morning. I was told it would be $42 and only a couple dollars over that if I had it back by 9:30 the next morning. I took it back at 4:30 the same day I rented it and was charged $116. In the end I needed the truck to move a friend so I'm glad it was available but if I had to do it again I would go elsewhere.Sara H.

No problems returning the truck even though I brought back at near closing rather than my 12:30 pm time. I had forgotten about the time altogether; although my unloaders could not even help me til 1-3:00 pm anyway. They helped 3-5:00 pm.Denise C.

What I was quoted and what I paid was different. The day I had the truck rented for I didn't get it because it was not returned which put me in a bind and then the customer service in this store was just terrible. Things were not explained like they should have been. Oh and having dillies and moving blankets in a truck when you didn't ask for them is horrible and takes up valuable space people need. So really your cheating your customers out of rental space. I can tell you this was the worst U-Haul experience I've ever had and won't use you again in the future.Joshua L.

The customer service rep was extremely helpful and friendly. He answered all my questions and quickly/professionally hooked up my trailer and sent me on my way.DANIEL C.
I made a reservation for a storage unit for ~2.5 wks and was verbally told that the unit would be free for 30 days with my trailer rental. My reservation also said 30 days free. When I arrived at the facility to unload and return the trailer I was told that there were no open units and my reservation could not be found. This was solved for after ~10 minutes. Then the four people there were unable to check me into the storage unit and I was told that I needed to come back the next day. The manager called me later that night to tell me that he could get me checked in over the phone but that he wasn't going to honor the 30 days free. He also wouldn't pro-rate the unit for actual time used. I made other arrangements and cancelled my reservation with U-haul the next morning. The manager was very friendly when I arrived to turn in the trailer.KELLY W.

The guy at the uhaul place was awesome - but good thing they were open when I arrived, because the access info I was given was completely incorrect. There is no gate, no keypad next to my unit, and no lockbox with a keypad to get into the unit.
