Upon drop off, we called customer service to help. Our reservation wasn't on the check-in page, said we didn't have a u-haul. We called and spoke to a lovely woman who said we were good to go and they would check the rest in, in the morning as long as we placed it in the drop off line and sent in a picture. The following day no one contacted me. I then saw they charged me for an entire day because they decided not to check in the truck until 4:15pm. Called customer service again, rude, didn't resolve my issue and hung up on me. Unacceptable. Ill never use u'haul again.Joseph S.

The location itself was great. However, when I called customer service and asked about extending the use for a few days, they said it would only be $20 per day. No mention of the extra charge for coverage that I didn't need at that point. The customer service team also called me and asked about when I planned to return the trailer. They advised me again it would be $20 per day. I would not have extended the use had they disclosed the additional fees.JACOB P.
Jacob is a Great Help I really appreciate him! New girl argued when I returned the van that I owed the full amount after I explained I already swiped my debit card that all I should be billed was the 13 miles I had went over! When placing an order online and we specify a pickup location let us know at that time that the item is not at the pickup location. we went to the pickup location and were told at that time that the item was not there we had to go to another location to pick it up. I was never notified when placing the order, never received a text about the location of the item. I could have saved us 30 minutes going to the correct location to begin with.LA M.

Morton sensor lighting in hallways did not stay on when movement detected. No lights in units. If you don't bring your own light it's very hard to see in unit. Security screen monitor for clients/guests above entrance door not working. Dead mice and droppings found in my storage contents. Access card did not work. We've always had great experiences with Uhaul, for many years and in various states, as we are military, and very dependent on these types of services. So, when we found ourselves needing to do a "traditional activity" for our family and we did not have a truck to use to carry the 6ft-blow-up-cake, we thought about Uhaul... and sure enough Uhaul saved the day! Our granddaughter was very happy, as she was very surprised, and we made a point to let everyone know that we had to rent a Uhaul truck, at the "spare of the moment" to get this done. We went to one Uhaul place and their truck was already rented out, meaning they didn't have a truck, but they called another Uhaul store to reserved a truck for us....that was great, they coordinating with each other in order to help us, in a timely manner, is much appreciated. The courtesy of the staff needs to be noted as well. Thank you very much.JOHN D.
I rented a 26ft truck in the 10 yrs I have rented I have not been so upset. When I got time house to start my move, to my surprise roaches came out I sprayed and waited 30 minutes before I started loading half way through loading they started coming out behind the wall. glad I hadn't put anything on the main floor, sprayed again. then I put a fogger in there waited hour open up we was good to go. Request them show you your truck had been exterminated before leaving. I like ðŸ' renting from them this was just a bad experience.BRENDA W.

It's hard to get a small truck from this location with only a few days notice. Even if the truck is only needed for a couple of hours and will be returned to this location. Would recommend keeping more 10 foot trucks onsite for daily rentals.Angela W.
I wAs disputing the charges for my one-way rental. my contract showed return on 12 August and the vehicle only had a half a tank a gas. But I was charged for gas and an extra day I didn't heard from anyone but I went ahead and pay the charges because I want to stay in good standings.DARLA L.
Messed up my contract. My plan was to rent a car trailer to pick up my girlfriend's car that broke down in Oklahoma city and haul it to her home in Hot Springs Arkansas. Then proceed 192 miles to my cabin in Arrow Point Missouri. This idiot that billed me in billed me for a return back to OKC...that never crossed my mind..I certainly did not want to take it back to OKC. your agent totally botched the original billing. I called the Regional manager off a 1-800 Number the Agents gave me at Hot Springs. She did nothing to help me get it straight. Told me I needed to file a complaint with UHAUL..so here it is...poor company. Ill never use you again. If I ever need a rental again..it will be Ryder, Pensky,...anyone other than your loser company. Totally screwed up my trip and absolutely didn't give a damn to straightened out...BBB is going to get my report also.RACE C.

It took me one hour and ten minutes to check the truck back in. Your credit card system was not working and the employees did not know why. I had to call my wife to drive to store. We paid in cash. It was a bad feeling when you are told your credit card was declined after trying four times with two cards. when your credit score is in the 800. Bad experience.HUGH B.
