I have tried since 3 pm Friday to reach my rental office because I had a problem not with the vehicle but with the loss of keys to a vehicle which was blocking the u-haul van. I am unable to move the van. But I have tried every number on contract or on web to no avail. A bunch of advertising but NO service. The service to rent the vehicle was well done and friendly. But now I have to wait until morning to advise anyone of my situation. Poor, poor service, would not recommend U-Haul because of lousy customer service. I needed to keep you informed and you had no one to answer the phone and listen and make adjustments to my contract.

Mr Fisher and his complete staff have always went above and beyond to ensure that the customer was satisfied and left with a smile from the time the doors open till close of business they have been accessible by phone email and text reliable flexible and friendly Especially during a national pandemic when Life is already cautioc and the unknown and the normalcy has changed for all of us they remained consistent and also caring about our life values and possessions I believe they protected items as if they belong to them or their families. I have lost two storages in the past with family memories and photos children things the last fear you want is after you have started over so many times is to loose again. I don't like to complain but in this case I was charged more than I expected to pay for mileage. It was explained differently from two different employees. More so over truck cab was full of pet hair and we had a reaction to it. Also I had bite marks on my body. I mentioned this to the staff upon returning to truck......There was no response and no offer of correction.

During pandemic this is the worst babe I have seen any type of rental. It was disgusting from the steering wheel to the back of the truck. The appliance dolly that we ordered did not get loaded. And the truck did not have a ramp the load that appliances. Associate did not let us know that at all. I walked in and made the reservation you can reach me at 2149010001. The associate explained that he would not charge me for mileage.

I did not use the Dolly nor was given a appliance dolly and was charged for both of them. Even when I asked about it, I was told that they did not have a furniture dolly and that when I returned vehicle I would not be charged.

Right front turn signal bulb was not working. Both rear left side tires were not legal, tread was less than required depth. Tires on right side were in excellent condition. Switch for inside dome light did not function as indicated and dome light would not turn off. When I tried to indicate these issues to the person who checked in the vehicle, he showed absolutely no interest in resolving the issue or making notes for their correction.

Hell no...this is my second time in temple and the same story don't go there PLEASE!,, the person that help me was not train at all and poor service...she call me after i left and she figured it out that was her fault on the computer on the first time...the second time she make me go to a second location in temple twice and end up realizing my appointment was the old appointment from the first of the month instead of my previously appointment that date....this was just a joke cause it happened the first time and then the second time...I was very disappointed cause first time is ok but a second time? Please!,

I rented from a location closer to my home. I received an email that my location to pick up a truck was changed. I picked up the truck 11 miles from my home and had to drive back to load it. Apparently I was given 42 miles to get from my home to the next town to turn in the truck. I guess that was to leave my load in the truck because when I turned in the vehicle, I was charged for going over the mileage. This is poor service. I will not use UHaul again. Better read the fine print.

Was given the wrong trailer number which created havoc. U-Haul wanted to know why their trailer was not at the right location. Luckily I took a photo of the trailer and provided management with the unit number that was actually issued to me and not the unit number on my contract. I would recommend this location but with caution.

When securing the vehicle, please have the employee verify and reconfirm your telephone number. No confirmation text or email was sent due to the number being written wrong. Also, we had secured a dolly but no dolly was present Ok the vehicle. Please have your employees confirm this before releasing the vehicle to the customer. When returning the vehicle, the gentlemen taking care of us were very short and ran out the door. They also didn't seem to mind that the appropriate paperwork beforehand was never signed. Not the best customer service

The sign-in instructions could be a bit clearer. I did not realize until I asked an employee that I needed to use the keypad to sign into the storage facility even during business hours to avoid setting off the alarm. Still, every step of the process from choosing a room size, through securing the reservation, to moving in was pleasant.

This location (Drop off) was oustanding and compassionate about me and their services by going above and beyond!!! However, my pick-up location in Tucson (450 N Freeway) made my move a horrific experience. The assistant Manager (Devin Kirchgatter) need addtional training. He's rude with no understanding or compassion for customers and/or team members. I was extremely disappointed how he even address other uhaul staff at other locations when speaking with them to locate equipment. He actions made me want to cancel my move and just place my belongings in storage. I convinced that he doesn't have a clue to the pressures or emotions that are involved with moving, especially long distance ones. In the past, I've always recommended Uhaul to my family and friends. I'm now revisiting my choices now due to this move experience.

I called to rent a second 10x20. The exact unit was discussed. I was told when I rented the 1st 10x20 we had till 10pm. I can only deliver at night. 3/6 went to drop a load - the sliding door was locked. I called and a person was there within 20 minutes. I was told the 10x20 was in front of my other unit - licks were on those doors tho. The rep tried to get me another unit however the only one open had a roll up and a door. The door is not good to get furniture in. Even tho numerous 10x10s were available and my assigned were given to someone else, I had to take the door unit or move into another blog. I had my reservation and all however was given a unit I dont like and can hardly get stuff into. I'm sorry uhaul does not have enough 10x20s, and have more than enough 10x10s - more money. I have gone from very satisfied customer to very displeased. I'm letting everyone kno what happened to me and I'm not recommending uhaul to anyone at this time. I wish I had a 10×20 with 2 roll up doors as my 1st unit has. Thank you for letting me vent. Gary Kattner
