Staff were friendly and efficient. Was in and out quickly both picking up and dropping off the 6x12 trailer I rented. Filled out most of my info on line ahead of time which saved time at the store.

A dust cap was missing from the right side wheel bearing, allowing dirt in the bearing leading to excessive wear. As a result the bearing felt loose, causing me to worry.

I rented 10’ truck for 1 day and returned following morning, I was charged for several days use and now have to monitor credit card to be sure I get properly refunded....

Was told I had a full tank of gas, drove maybe a mile and a half across downtown and back. Had to refill a quarter of a tank. They should've been able to look at the mileage and see I didn't use that much fuel. Thumbs down!!!

Hire better qualified employees. My experience was a disaster. The icing on the cake was when I actually had to hook the trailer to the truck because the kid didn’t know how to do it.

Scheduled for installation at 7:00 didn't get it done till 12:00 I felt it could have been done earlier, was told it's a 35 min job an employee told me this before was schedule week before installation cancelled because workers who could have completed all called in sick, last time I will use yous

Organize lot better

"online check-in" saves no time. It was 10.+ Minutes waiting for the customer before me and then 15 minutes to get my trailer rented that had already been setup online. Trailer was old and showed considerable wear. The licence plate was barely readable. The center strip of running lights were calling off only a few miles later when I stopped to load my car. I purchased some a boxes and asked to pay for them separately from the trailer yet they billed it together on my credit card. 3 strikes your out.

The motor cycle trailer I had rented via the general customer service line and reconfirmed to be available the night before WAS NOT at this location when I showed up to pick it up. The location had no record if one was on site or not and the agent had to search their storage yard to determine if they had one. They did not. The second trailer offered turned out to be not available for one way travel - after it had been hooked up and had to be cancelled. Finally, a third trailer option was provided with no compensation or discount offered due to the delays and runaround of over an hour.

The parking here is always an issue. The systems were down all day and which resulted in being charged for 2 additional rental days that I did not rent because of the issues with the systems. I submitted a report to the company but have yet to hear back. I will be looking for other moving truck rental options the next time I move.

This location was dirty. There was trash all over the parking lot. I waited for 30 minutes for someone to come and check in my returned equipment. They seemed understaffed for the amount of business that morning. When personnel finally did come out, they were friendly and helpful. While I waited for 30 minutes, two other employees were busy moving car dollies in the yard and they should have been available to help me. Again, once personnel did come to check me in, they were friendly and I was able to leave right away. So in summary, if the place were clean and if employees could have checked me in instead of making me wait, the service would have been very good. But I think making me wait while moving car dollies around in the yard was unnecessary and not a good order of priorities.

I have rented sooooo many trucks from this location the best 2 trucks I had was EL 2040 K and JH 4493 K but this 10ft needed work couldn't track straight, tires are rounded and bald and was dirty.

Better communication!!! When it was my turn in line, after waiting 30 min! I was told the system was down nationwide and only cash was accepted, in order to activate the reservation! I left and drove 5 miles to the nearest open CHASE BANK! It was windy, cold and rainy and even snowed!!! By the time I got back with the cash, the system had gone back up!!! No need for CASH!! The two people at the counter should have made a public announcement that the system was down and needed to have cash!!! There were too many people in line for just 2 employees!!! I will never go back to tjat location ever again!! And the parking is ridiculous!!!! No place to park without blocking someone!!! I did not jave a good experience at this location!!!!

The lighting was good but on several occasions the timer light turned off while I was in my unit leaving me in the dark. Also I think there were homeless people in there the last 2x I was there.

Although things were finally taken care of...there were too many miscommunications about due dates. They locked my storage unit 2x for "non payment" when payment was not due. Grateful to be out of th
