We had scheduled moving help they never called or show up. I injured myself moving stuff and I am already disabled. I do not know what happened but we are very sad about this. We really needed the help on Friday. I know it is not up to the location to book movers, we did separately online through the website. Please if you can look up our information. Outside of that the truck was great. We did not know if we were supposed to keep the furniture pads, so we put them in the cab of the truck. We only used one pad. Thank all your employees for their service during this pandemic.

I'm glad that Ford Transit cargo available to avoid these Chevy cargo van or Fiat made Ram cargo van because I still need good visibility and much easier to drive that I have two dimensional vision and hearing impaired since birth. This is only for Ford Transit cargo van have most important safety. I wish that Ford Transit cargo vans should have medium roof, sliding door and extended side view mirrors much easier for me because I have ataxia and imbalance problems with unequal ears and two dimension vision and hearing impaired with full view mirrors driver license restriction. This is very important for all hearing impaired drivers.

There was an old folded up cardboard box and papers in the cab that I had to dispose of for my passenger. Was also charged an extra $30+ because the gas tank was below 1/4 tank. I got the truck just barely on 1/4 tank, and obviously didn't fill it up enough. I don't think the $30 fee was explained clearly enough. The person at the counter who helped me was talking SO fast, I had to keep asking him to repeat himself and then he seemed irritated at repeating himself!

I made an online reservation in a hurry. The woman at the counter was fantastic on checking me in and explaining everything for me. I was rushed and stressed walking in and her helpful cheer was much appreciated. I wish I remembered her name, maybe Terri. Anyways A+ customer service.

Nothing, this was an amazingly easy process. I checked in online ahead of time, and was in and out of the store in 2 minutes with my truck ready to roll. Drop-off was so easy and fast, and I was emailed my receipt within 5 minutes so did not have to worry about getting hit with a random fee (which I wasn't) a week later. One of the best rental experiences I've had from any company, ever.

The cashier that checked me out when I picked up my rental gave me the feeling that I was inconvenience him! The truck I rented had a unbalanced wheel on the front right and was hard to keep in my lane. The AC only blew air to the windshield and kept fogging up. I ran into rain on my trip and the windshield wipers definitely need to be replaced.

Recently I rented a trailer and a truck for my moving. I had good experiences with the staff, except this place. They were so rude, no kindness to my needs or questions. They just wanted to complete the rental process. So rude to the customers. Customer service was the worst. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

Gas tank was NOT full when I received the vehicle, though the gas gauge said it was. Though we went about 30 miles, it cost me $14 to fill the tank to full when I returned the vehicle. A problem with the person who returned the vehicle before me .. or with the inspection process upon return. Gas gauge should be fixed.

I recently rented a truck from this location and yes I did drop it off with low fuel and I knew I was going to get charged but when I initially rented it it was under a quarter tank which they said it was at 3/8 of a tank I took a picture and processed it before I left and when I returned it the next day I knew I would have to pay a gas fee but they charged me $93 to fill it up 56 gallons on a 40 gallon tank and $30 for returning it under a quarter tank which when I got the truck it was already at 1/8 of a tank under a quarter tank

I select this Uhaul location in Syracuse, NY because I continue to have a very positive experience with the staff. The location also is very close to my organization's address. Almost all of the time I am able to reserve the vehicle I need for the project with just a couple of days' notice. I rented a outdo transport and when I went to load the vehicle the ball coupler became detached and hit my truck because it was not properly attached and the 3rd chain for the break away brakes was not attached the staff is in educated and lacks proper trained luckily it happened during loading and not while I was heading down the road or this may have ended in death

It took a long time to process the reservation. I had one that got cancelled because I showed up a day later than my start date. Then I was placed in a unit that requires the portable staircase, which is not what I wanted. However, since it took over an hour to get to the unit because of the short staffed office I was not about to re-do the reservation.

They need to train new employees better before having them on their own. New guy put MY storage unit under my moms name when my mom was only supposed to be 1/3 contact person they require for unit. My mom was emailed my bill information and sent letters and I didn't get anything when it's my unit. Until, I called and complained that they had it messed up. Also, they never pick up the phone or give you a call back when call center sends them a message to do so.

Tammy (manager), Mark(manager), Jerome (moving crew chief) , and the moving crew were great. The crew moved some awkward/heavy but delicate furniture from an existing unit to a new one to allow for proposed renovations. The scheduling/ coordination was seamless and prompt. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. Many thanks to all. (My only suggestion is that the crew wear masks.)
